Intensive research effort is currently focused on the development of efficient, reliable, and environmentally safe electrochemical energy storage systems due to the ever-increasing global energy storage demand. Li ion battery systems have been used as the primary energy storage device over the last three decades. However, low abundance and uneven distribution of lithium and cobalt in the earth crust and the associated cost of these materials, have resulted in a concerted effort to develop beyond lithium electrochemical storage systems. In the case of non-Li ion rechargeable systems, the development of electrode materials is a significant challenge, considering the larger ionic size of the metal-ions and slower k.netics. Two-dimensional(2D) materials, such as graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides, MXenes and phosphorene, have garnered significant attention recently due to their multi-faceted advantageous properties: large surface areas, high electrical and thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, etc. Consequently, the study of 2D materials as negative electrodes is of notable importance as emerging non-Li battery systems continue to generate increasing attention. Among these interesting materials, graphene has already been extensively studied and reviewed, hence this report focuses on 2D materials beyond graphene for emerging non-Li systems. We provide a comparative analysis of 2D material chemistry, structure, and performance parameters as anode materials in rechargeable batteries and supercapacitors.

salmonella infection, ranging from mild, self-limiting diarrhea to severe gastrointestinal, septicemic disease and enteric fever, is a global health problem both in humans and animals. Rapid development of microbial drug resistance has led to a need for efficacious and affordable vaccines against salmonella. Microbial heat shock.proteins （HsPs）, including HsP60 and HsP70, are the dominant antigens that promote the host immune response. Co-administration of these antigens with cytok.nes, such as IL-22, which plays an important role in antimicrobial defense, can enhance the immune response and protection against pathogens. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to determine the immunogenicity of rGroEL （Hsp60） of s. Typhi, alone or administered in combination with murine rlL-22, and its protective efficacy against lethal infection with salmonella, in mice. There was appreciable stimulation of the humoral and cell-mediated immune responses in mice immunized with rGroEL alone. However, co-administration of rGroEL with rlL-22 further boosted the antibody titers （IgG, IgG1 and IgG2a）, T-cell proliferative responses and the secretion of both Thl and Th2 cytok.nes. Additionally, rGroEL alone accorded 65%-70% protection against lethal challenge with s. Typhi and s. Typhimurium, which increased to 90% when co-administered with rlL-22.

Effectively identifying and preventing the threat of Byzantine nodes to the security of distributed systems is a challenge in applying consortium ***,this paper proposes a new consortium chain generation model,deeply analyzes the vulnerability of the consortium chain consensus based on the behavior of the nodes,and points out the effects of Byzantine node proportion and node state verification on the consensus process and system ***,the normalized verification node aggregation index that represents the consensus ability of the consortium organization and the trust evaluation function of the verification node set is *** either of the two is lower than the threshold,the consortium institution or the verification node set members are dynamically *** this basis,an innovative consortium chain generation mechanism based on the Asynchronous Binary Byzantine Consensus Mechanism(ABBCM)is *** on the extended consortium chain consensus mechanism,a certain consensus value set can be combined into multiple proposals,which can realize crossdomain asynchronous message passing between multi-consortium chains without reducing the system’s *** addition,experiments are carried out under four classical Byzantine Attack.BA)behaviors,BA1 to *** results show that the proposed method can obtain better delay than the classical random Byzantine consensus algorithm Coin,effectively improving the consensus efficiency based on asynchronous message passing in the consortium chain and thus meeting the throughput of most Internet of Things(IoT)applications.

This article presents a novel people-track.ng approach to cope with partial occlusions caused by scene objects. Instead of predicting when and where the occlusions will occur, a part-based model is used to model the pixel distribution of the target body under occlusion. The subdivided patches corresponding to a template image will be track.d independently using Mark.v chain Monte Carlo （MCMC） method. A set of voting-based rules is established for the patch-track.ng result to verify if the target is indeed located at the estimated position. Experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In situ and operando infrared spectroscopies are powerful techniques to support the design of novel materials for batteries and the development of new battery *** techniques can support the study of batteries by identifying the formation of new species and monitoring electrochemical energy ***,few work. have employed these techniques,which can be used to investigate various materials,including systems beyond lithium-ion technology,in the research of ***,this review presents a comprehensive overview focusing on the main contributions of in situ and operando infrared spectroscopy for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)and other battery *** techniques can successfully identify the formation of species during the electrolyte reduction,electrode degradation,and the formation of the solid-electrolyte interphase(sEI)*** these outcomes,it is possible to conclude that this characterization approach should be employed as a protocol to overcome remaining issues in batteries,consequently supporting battery *** review aims to be a guide on how infrared spectroscopy can contribute to monitoring battery systems and to lead researchers interested in applying this technique.

Effect of exhaust gas recirculation and ethyl hexyl nitrate additive on biodiesel fuelled diesel engine for the reduction of NOx emissions

Cetane improvers reduce the ignition delay, which in turn reduces the combustion temperatures thereby reduce NOx emissions. Exhaust gas recirculation （EGR） proved to be an effective way to reduce the NOx emissions. In this present experimental work. a combination of exhaust gas recirculation and cetane improver ethyl hexyl nitrate （EHN） is used to investigate the performance and exhaust emissions of a single cylinder four strok. naturally aspirated direct injection and air cooled diesel engine. Test results show that the brak. thermal efficiency increases with the increase in the percentage of EGR which is accompanied by a reduction in brak. specific fuel consumption and exhaust gas temperatures, and that bio- diesel with cetane improver under 20% EGR reduces NOx emissions by 33% when compared to baseline fuel without EGR. However carbon monoxide （CO）, hydro carbon （HC） and smok. emissions increase with an increase in percentage of EGR.

Pure nano-All3 and aggregates at various concentrations were prepared to examine the particle size effect of coagulation with inorganic polymer flocculant. The property and stability of various species formed were characterized using Infrared, 27Al-NMR, photo correlation spectroscopy （PCs）, and Ferron assay. Results showed that concentration and temperature exhibited different roles on the stability of Al13. The quantity of Alb species analyzed by ferron assay in the initial aging period corresponded well with that of Al13, which has been confirmed in a dimension range of 1-2 nm by PCs. Al13 solutions at high concentrations （0.5-2.11 tool/L） were observed to undergo further aggregation with aging. The aggregates with a wide particle size distribution would contribute to the disappeared/decreased Al13 basis on the eTA1-NMR spectrum, whereas a part of Al13 would still remain as Alb. At low concentrations, All3 solution was quite stable at normal temperature, but lost its stability quick.y when heating to 90~C.
