Uncertainties of landslide susceptibility prediction:influences of different study area scales and mapping unit scales

This study aims to investigate the effects of different mapping unit scales and study area scales on the uncertainty rules of landslide susceptibility prediction(LSP).To illustrate various study area scales,Ganzhou City in China,its eastern region(Ganzhou East),and Ruijin County in Ganzhou East were *** mapping unit scales are represented by grid units with spatial resolution of 30 and 60 m,as well as slope units that were extracted by multi-scale segmentation *** 3855 landslide locations and 21 typical environmental factors in Ganzhou City are first determined to create spatial datasets with ***,landslide susceptibility maps(LSMs)of Ganzhou City,Ganzhou East and Ruijin County are pro-duced using a support vector machine(SVM)and random forest(RF),*** LSMs of the above three regions are then extracted by mask from the LSM of Ganzhou City,along with the LSMs of Ruijin County from Ganzhou ***,LSMs of Ruijin at various mapping unit scales are generated in *** and landslide suscepti-bility indexes(LSIs)distribution are used to express LSP *** LSP uncertainties under grid units significantly decrease as study area scales decrease from Ganzhou City,Ganzhou East to Ruijin County,whereas those under slope units are less affected by study area *** course,attentions should also be paid to the broader representativeness of large study *** LSP accuracy of slope units increases by about 6%–10%compared with those under grid units with 30 m and 60 m resolution in the same study area's *** significance of environmental factors exhibits an averaging trend as study area scale increases from small to *** importance of environmental factors varies greatly with the 60 m grid unit,but it tends to be consistent to some extent in the 30 m grid unit and the slope unit.

Experimental study on the seismic performance of masonry wall reinforced by cement mortar and polypropylene band

Since masonry structures are prone to collapse in earthquakes,a novel joint reinforcement method with a polypropylene band(PP-band)and cement mortar(CM)has been put *** with the common reinforcement methods,this method not only facilitates construction but also ensures lower reinforcement *** systematically explore the influence of joint reinforcement on the seismic performance of masonry walls,quasi-static tests were carried out on six specimens with different reinforcement *** test results show that the joint action of PP-band and CM can significantly improve the specimen′s brittle failure characteristics and enhance the integrity of the specimen after *** with the specimen without reinforcement,each of the seismic performance indexes of the joint reinforced specimen had obvious *** maximum increased rate about peak load and ductility of the joint reinforced specimen is 100.6%and 233.4%,respectively.

Extrapolation reconstruction of wind pressure fields on the claddings of high-rise buildings

Recent research about reconstruction methods mainly used the interpolation reconstruction of the fluctuating wind pressure field on the ***,to investigate wind pressure at the edge of the building,the work presented in this paper focuses on the extrapolation reconstruction of wind pressure ***,we propose an improved proper orthogonal decomposition(POD)and Kriging method with a von Karman correlation function to resolve this *** studies show that it works well for not only interpolation reconstruction but also extrapolation *** proposed method does require determination of the Hurst exponent and other parameters analysed from the original ***,the fluctuating wind fields have been characterized by the von Karman correlation function,as an a priori *** with the cubic spline method and different variogram,preliminary results suggest less time consumption and high efficiency in extrapolation reconstruction at the edge.

提出了一种矩形高层建筑脉动扭矩时程模拟方法,利用广义牛顿第二定律将建筑层间转动惯量和扭转角加速度谱转化成层间扭矩功率谱,结合扭矩竖向相干函数,推导出了扭矩互谱密度函数;采用谐波合成法模拟出沿楼层高度分布的脉动扭矩时程。在时域内对高层建筑扭转向进行了风振分析,结果表明,建筑顶部扭转角加速度略大于UND(美国圣母大学)空气动力数据库结果,平均偏差约为11%,两者在统计意义上基本一致。

用分子动力学方法模拟了Cu双晶和Al双晶薄膜的生长,模拟时假定在薄膜平面内保持恒定的等轴双向应变, 薄膜中两晶粒的能量计算表明:不同晶粒的能量存在差异,能量较低的晶粒在沉积中择优生长,逐渐取代能量较高的晶粒, Cu膜择优生长速率显著高于Al膜;两种薄膜择优生长的机制完全不同,Cu膜中处于不利位向的晶粒通过孪晶过渡转变为择优取向, 转变完成、晶界湮灭后薄膜中残留的缺陷为位错;而Al膜则是通过无序结构重结晶实现上述转变,转变完成、晶界湮灭后薄膜中残留的缺陷为间隙原子.文中对上述择优生长驱动力的来源、以及在纳米多晶中的重要性进行了讨论.

通过浮辊剥离试验测定了Redux322结构胶在室温与湿热情况下的剥离强度-位移曲线,并基于简化的2D浮辊剥离有限元模型,分析了结构胶的断裂韧性、临界相对位移的大小对浮辊剥离强度的影响。研究表明,Redux322结构胶在湿热老化下比室温下剥离强度显著提高,且剥离破坏模式不同。浮辊剥离有限元分析结果和试验数据较吻合。分析表明:湿热条件下剥离强度的大幅提高,并非由于胶膜韧性增加引起,而是由胶膜的软化效应和破坏应变增加所导致。

Villages and towns are the most earthquake-prone areas in China,due to the backward economic conditions and the lack of aseismic awareness of residents in rural areas,earthquake damage in these areas tend to be *** order to understand the aseismic capability of old houses better in rural areas of Jiangxi province,investigation was carried out in numerous counties of *** structural types,construction time and aseismic construction defects of the old houses were mainly investigated;besides,in view of the old houses’ aseismic construction deficiencies,combined with the existing research,the methods and countermeasures for enhancing the aseismic capability of old houses are given.

罕遇地震下偏心支撑框架结构需合理有效地增大消能梁段的延性和耗能能力,并减小消能梁段的损伤,以使该种结构能更好地适应当前的抗震要求。基于剪切型消能梁段的力学特性和扩孔型螺栓连接的受剪滑移能力,提出一种扩孔螺栓连接型消能梁段。采用校正的有限元方法对扩孔型螺栓连接和扩孔螺栓连接型消能梁段进行详细分析,以明确相应试件的力学性能。研究结果表明,扩孔螺栓连接型消能梁段具有高延性和强耗能等特点,能有效提高偏心支撑框架结构的抗震性能和震后功能恢复能力,并为偏心支撑框架结构的抗震设计提供新的思路和方法。

采用不同的淬火-分配热处理工艺对空心楼盖钢板进行了热处理,研究了淬火终点温度和分配时间对钢板力学性能、强塑积、物相组成和显微组织的影响,并观察了不同热处理工艺下的拉伸断口形貌。结果表明,在相同分配时间下,钢板的抗拉强度随着淬火终点温度的升高而降低;强塑积-分配时间曲线与断后伸长率的变化趋势基本一致,断后伸长率的变化对最终产品的强塑积有重要的影响;当淬火终点温度为225℃、分配时间为90 s时,试样的残余奥氏体含量约为6.5%,明显高于其它热处理工艺下试样的残余奥氏体,试样的强塑积最高。
