Parameterized design of nonlinear feedback controllers for servo positioning systems

To achieve fast, smooth and accurate set point tracking in servo positioning systems, a parameterized design of nonlinear feedback controllers is presented, based on a so-called composite nonlinear feedback （CNF） control technique. The controller designed here consists of a linear feedback part and a nonlinear part. The linear part is responsible for stability and fast response of the closed-loop system. The nonlinear part serves to increase the damping ratio of closed-loop poles as the controlled output approaches the target reference. The CNF control brings together the good points of both the small and the large damping ratio cases, by continuously scheduling the damping ratio of the dominant closed-loop poles and thus has the capability for superior transient performance, i.e. a fast output response with low overshoot. In the presence of constant disturbances, an integral action is included so as to remove the static bias. An explicitly parameterized controller is derived for servo positioning systems characterized by second-order model. Practical application in a micro hard disk drive servo system is then presented, together with some discussion of the rationale and characteristics of such design. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of this control design methodology.

本文针对广西某多金属矿山尾矿库渗滤液造成的地下水污染问题,以蛭石、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)改性蛭石及赤铁矿作为PRB复合介质材料,进行了动态去除水中多污染物Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、CrO_(4)^(2–)的实验,研究了三种介质材料的组装方式对多种污染物的去除行为。动态吸附实验表明,介质的不同组装方式会影响体系的p H值,及吸附柱对多污染物的去除效果。通过对反应前后矿物介质的物相、形貌等测试表征,讨论了矿物介质材料对污染物的去除机理。赤铁矿以表面吸附为主,蛭石、CTAB改性蛭石以离子交换为主,也存在表面吸附等过程。以上成果为复合矿物介质实际用于重金属污染地下水的原位修复奠定了重要基础。

We present in this article a MATLAB toolkit with a user-friendly graphical interface for composite nonlinear feedback control system design. The toolkit can be utilized to design a fast and smooth tracking controller for a class of linear systems and nonlinear systems with actuator and other nonlinearities as well as with external disturbances. The parameters of the controller can be tuned easily on the user panel or autotuned by the toolkit. The toolkit is capable of displaying both time-domain and frequency-domain responses on its main panel and generating three different types of con- trol laws, namely, the state feedback, the full-order measurement feedback and the reduced-order measurement feedback controllers. The usage and design procedure of the toolkit are illustrated by practical examples on a rotational/translational actuator （RTAC） system and a hard disk drive servo system. The toolkit can be utilized to design servo systems that deal with point-and-shoot fast targeting.

In order to solve the serious problem of soil adhering blade roller in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River,the anti-adhesion rototiller based on staggered double-roller scraping(ARSDS)was designed by mechanical scraping *** volume equation for scraping the soil adhesion part with staggered rotary blades was *** mechanical conditions for separation of soil adhesion part from blade roller were clarified,and the contact time between rotary blade and soil during rotary tillage was *** this way,the key parameters affecting soil adhering on and separating from the blade roller were determined,which were rotational speed,cutting pitch and tillage *** spatial and temporal trajectory changes for the sidelong section edge of staggered rotary blades were analyzed,so that the rotary blade arrangement was *** the discrete element method,selecting the soil adhesion mass on the staggered blade rollers as the response value established prediction model by Box-Behnken design *** example,taking the tillage depth of 14 cm for wheat cultivation in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River,the optimal combination of parameters was determined to be 230 r/min and 10 cm for rotational speed and cutting pitch,*** this time,the soil adhesion mass was 4566.67 *** the meantime,the process of soil particles adhering staggered blade rollers and rotary blades scraping off the adhering soil were *** experiments have shown that the operation quality of ARSDS met the requirements of rototiller performance *** the rice stubble field of high water moisture,the soil adhesion mass was 13.455 kg and 38.215 kg for ARSDS and conventional rototiller,respectively,which indicated that ARSDS effectively reducing soil adhesion *** research results can provide technical support for the design of rototiller reducing soil adhesion in the agricultural areas of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.

提出一种在双积分伺服系统中实现快速无静差定点跟踪的控制方案。控制律以近似时间最优控制律为主体,引入对未知扰动的补偿,通过一个扩展状态观测器对系统中不可量测的速度信号和未知扰动进行估计。从理论上分析了闭环系统的稳定性。把这种控制方案用于一个永磁同步电机的位置-速度环的定点跟踪控制,并进行了Matlab数字仿真和基于TMS320F2812DSP的实验研究,结果表明所设计的控制系统可以对大范围的给定目标进行快速和准确的跟踪,且对扰动和系统参数差异具有较好的性能鲁棒性。

A parameterized design of speed servo controller for brushless DC motors is presented based on a robust composite nonlinear control *** servo controller consists of a linear control part for achieving fast response,a nonlinear feedback part for suppressing the overshoot,and a disturbance compensation mechanism for erasing the steady-state error.A reduced-order extended state observer is adopted to estimate the un-measurable state variables and unknown *** are first carried out in MATLAB/Simulink,followed by real-time experiment using a TMS320F28335 digital signal controller *** results confirm that the proposed control scheme can achieve fast,smooth and accurate tracking of target speed,and has a good performance robustness against the load disturbance and parameter variations.

有限时间镇定是最近二十年控制领域的一个热门研究方向。采用有限时间镇定技术,可以设计控制系统或观测器使得系统误差或估计误差在有限的时间内收敛到零,这对有严格时间要求的系统至关重要。该文以工业伺服系统常用的永磁同步交流电动机作为被控对象,基于转子磁场定向模式,针对电动机的位置-速度环设计了有限时间观测器和有限时间控制律相结合的位置伺服控制器,并与常规的渐近控制器相比较,通过数字信号处理器TMS320F28335搭建了实验测试平台,实验结果验证了设计方案的有效性。将该综合实验用于本科生计算机控制系统实训和研究生的控制工程实践环节,可帮助学生领会先进控制技术的潜力,激发其创新精神。
