旋流式井下二次油水分离同井注采技术适用性分析

针对含水率已达99%、超过经济开采极限的采油井,为进一步降低地面产出液量,在旋流式井下一次油水分离同井注采技术基础上,通过采用井下水力旋流器串联的方式,将采出液在井下再浓缩,形成旋流式井下二次油水分离同井注采技术。室内实验表明,两个水力旋流器串联后,分流比在15%~45%时,最大分离效率达到98.5%。通过现场试验,验证了旋流式井下二次油水分离同井注采技术的可行性,可将地面日产液量降幅提高至85%以上,实现了因特高含水关停的井组再利用,提高了油井采收率,为特高含水油田后期经济、有效开发探索一种新的模式。

The design of a conventional zoom lens is always challenging because it requires not only sophisticated optical design strategy, but also complex and precise mechanical structures for system adjustment. Here, we propose a continuous-zoom lens consisting of two chiral geometric metasurfaces with dielectric nanobrick arrays sitting on a transparent substrate. The metalens can continuously vary the focal length by rotating either of the two metasurfaces around its optical axis without changing any other conditions. Due to the polarization dependence of the geometric metasurface, the positive and negative polarities are interchangeable in one identical metalens only by changing the handedness of the incident circularly polarized light, which can generate varying focal lengths ranging from-∞ to +∞ in principle.

Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia/cardiomyopathy(ARVD/C) is a genetic cardiac muscle disease that accounts for approximately 30% sudden cardiac death in young adults. The Ser358Leu mutation of transmembrane protein 43(TMEM43) was commonly identified in the patients of highly lethal and fully penetrant ARVD subtype, ARVD5. Here, we generated TMEM43 S358L mouse to explore the underlying mechanism. This mouse strain showed the classic pathologies of ARVD patients, including structural abnormalities and cardiac fibrofatty. TMEM43 S358L mutation led to hyper-activated nuclear factor κB(NF-κB) activation in heart tissues and primary cardiomyocyte cells. Importantly, this hyper activation of NF-κB directly drove the expression of pro-fibrotic gene,transforming growth factor beta(TGFβ1), and enhanced downstream signal, indicating that TMEM43 S358L mutation up-regulates NF-κB-TGFβ signal cascade during ARVD cardiac fibrosis. Our study partially reveals the regulatory mechanism of ARVD development.

Particle engineering has opened the floodgates to material science in both fundamental and application field. However, covalent interactions have not yet been adequately designed in the particle engineering for functional colloidal photonic crystals(CPCs). Herein, we achieved covalent coupling between carboxylrich poly(styrene-acrylic acid)(P(St-AA)) monodispersed colloidal particles and amine-rich carbon dots(CDs) based on an feasible and universal particle engineering strategy. The designed CDs-grafted P(St-AA)monodispersed colloidal particles initiate a hydrogen bond-driven assembly mode and ensure the construction of large-scale crack-free CPCs. Moreover, the CDs equipped with selective broad-band absorption capacity could improve the saturation of structural colors for high-visibility CPCs. Furthermore, an injectable photonic hydrogel(IPH) is developed to design CPC supraball hydrogel via integrating the CDsgrafted P(St-AA) CPC supraballs with supramolecular hydrogel. Combining superior flexibility, sufficient self-healing capacity of supramolecular hydrogel with visual optical information of our CPC supraballs, a cyclically reversible coding and decoding system was developed. Meanwhile, we firstly demonstrated the novel strategy of 3D supraballs-based passive cooling. The designed 3D CPC supraball hydrogel presents nearly full observation angle reflections behavior and excellent water evaporation capacity and achieves3.6 ℃ temperature drops, showing the application advantages in 3D thermal management. This work not only provides a new insight for manipulating optical properties of CPCs, but also demonstrates an easyto-perform platform, as well as indicates the direction for the promising application of CPCs.

Reducing the process variation is a significant concern for resistive random access memory(RRAM).Due to its ultrahigh integration density,RRAM arrays are prone to lithographic variation during the lithography process,introducing electrical variation among different RRAM *** this work,an optical physical verification methodology for the RRAM array is developed,and the effects of different layout parameters on important electrical characteristics are systematically *** results indicate that the RRAM devices can be categorized into three clusters according to their locations and lithography *** read resistance is more sensitive to the locations in the array(~30%)than SET/RESET voltage(<10%).The increase in the RRAM device length and the application of the optical proximity correction technique can help to reduce the variation to less than 10%,whereas it reduces RRAM read resistance by 4×,resulting in a higher power and area *** such,we provide design guidelines to minimize the electrical variation of RRAM arrays due to the lithography process.

Highly efficient multi-dimensional data storage and extraction are two primary ends for the design and fabrication of emerging optical *** metasurfaces show great potential in information storage due to their modulation for different degrees of freedom of light,a compact and efficient detector for relevant multi-dimensional data retrieval is still a challenge,especially in complex ***,we demonstrate a multi-dimensional image storage and retrieval process by using a dual-color metasurface and a double-layer integrated perovskite single-pixel detector(DIP-SPD).Benefitting from the photoelectric response characteristics of the FAPbBr2.4l0.6 and FAPbl3 films and their stacked structure,our filter-free DIP-SPD can accurately reconstruct different colorful images stored in a metasurface within a single-round measurement,even in complex environments with scattering media or strong background *** work not only provides a compact,filter-free,and noise-robust detector for colorful image extraction in a metasurface,but also paves the way for color imaging application of perovskite-like bandgap tunable materials.
