南方某污水厂提标扩建工程,一期A^(2)/O好氧区采用MBBR工艺改造并增大缺氧区容积;二期提标采用高效沉淀池+纤维转盘滤池+紫外消毒工艺,强化脱氮除磷及SS去除,并对全厂进行除臭设计。提标扩建后总规模12×10^(4)m^(3)/d,直接运行成本约0.63元/m^(3),出水均值为COD 17.10 mg/L、BOD55.40 mg/L、SS 5.80 mg/L、NH_(4)^(+)-N 0.90 mg/L、TN 5.90 mg/L、TP 0.30 mg/L。均优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准,其经验可供其他污水厂借鉴。

目的探讨显微外科手术治疗儿童出血型颅内动静脉畸形(AVM)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2022年6月郑州大学第一附属医院神经外科行显微外科手术治疗的34例出血型颅内AVM患儿的临床资料。术前Spetzler-Martin评分(SMG)1分4例,2分11例,3分13例,4分6例。所有患儿均开颅行AVM切除术及血肿清除术,根据适应证选择合适的手术方案。术后第1天行头颅CT检查评估有无颅内出血及脑组织肿胀情况,术后1周行头MRI检查评估有无血管畸形团残留;采用格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)评估患儿术后意识障碍的改善情况。采用门诊或电话方式对患儿进行随访,术后3、6个月行头颅MRI或者全脑数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查评估有无血管畸形残留或复发;采用改良Rankin量表评分(mRS)评估患儿神经系统功能恢复情况,mRS0~1分为预后良好;并根据术前SMG分级情况分为SMG≤3分组和SMG>3分组,比较两组存活患儿的预后差异。结果34例患儿的手术均顺利完成,其中25例患儿直接行开颅手术切除AVM及血肿;6例行复合手术;3例先行AVM部分栓塞,再行手术切除。31例(91.2%)患儿初次手术行AVM全切除;3例(8.8%)行近全或大部分切除,其中1例二次手术行AVM全切除。术后2例(术前SMG均为3分)患儿死亡;3例(术前SMG3分1例,4分2例)出现重度残疾。出院时GCS3~8分2例,9~12分2例,13~15分28例。32例存活的患儿均获得临床随访,随访时间为(35.2±10.1)个月;至末次随访,均无AVM残留或复发,预后良好26例,预后不良6例。与术前SMG>3分组相比,术前SMG≤3分组患儿的预后明显较好(预后良好比例分别为2/6、23/26,P=0.012)。结论显微外科手术是儿童出血型AVM首选的治疗措施,尤其对于SMG≤3分的患儿。根据患儿适应证采取合理的手术方案,术前血管栓塞、复合手术治疗均有助于实现AVM全切除。

Druse Calcite Crystals Formed by Mesoproterozoic Paleo-Earthquake Activity in the Northern Margin of the North China Craton

The Meso-neoproterozoic Bayan Obo rift is located along the northern margin of the North China Craton,and was associated with the break-up of the Columbia supercontinent.During rift evolution,syn-sedimentary deformation occurred due to tectonic activity and earthquakes.Seismic events are recorded in the Jianshan Formation of the Bayan Obo Group,Inner Mongolia,as soft sediment deformation structures in the central Bayan Obo rift.Druse calcite crystals and collapse breccias in the Jianshan Formation may provide information on the rift evolution.The druse calcite crystals are idiomorphic-columnar in shape and associated with graphite,pyrite,and quartz.δ^(13)C values of the graphite are−20‰,indicative of biogenic deoxygenation and formation in water.The druse calcite crystals are inorganic in origin and formed in water at a temperature of 55℃,based on calciteδ^(13)C andδ^(18)O data.The calcite grew in paleo-caves containing fault breccias,with heat derived from faulting.As such,the druse calcite crystals are important evidence for seismic events.The collapse breccias(i.e.,fault breccias)and other indicators of slip show that displacement occurred from NE to SW,which is different from the paleocurrent direction in the Jianshan Formation.The thickness of the collapse breccia is∼200 m,which represents the height of the fault scarp.The strike of the fault scarp was NE-SW,based on the distribution of the collapse breccia.The Bayan Obo and Yanliao rifts experienced rapid NW-SE extension,and developed similar deformation structures at ca.1.6 Ga related to break-up of the Columbia supercontinent.

A dark envelope solitary-wave solution in bulk dispersive linear media is obtained from the (3+1)-dimensional time-space coupled linear wave equation by taking account of the interplay between physical effects of transverse confinement and group velocity dispersion (GVD) effect under certain appropriate conditions.The characteristics of the solution are discussed in both normal and anomalous GVD regions.

This paper mainly introduces the parallel physics-informed neural networks(PPINNs)method with regularization strategies to solve the data-driven forward-inverse problems of the variable coefficient modified Korteweg-de Vries(VC-MKdV)equation.For the forward problem of the VC-MKdV equation,the authors use the traditional PINN method to obtain satisfactory data-driven soliton solutions and provide a detailed analysis of the impact of network width and depth on solving accuracy and speed.Furthermore,the author finds that the traditional PINN method outperforms the one with locally adaptive activation functions in solving the data-driven forward problems of the VC-MKdV equation.As for the data-driven inverse problem of the VC-MKdV equation,the author introduces a parallel neural networks to separately train the solution function and coefficient function,successfully addressing the function discovery problem of the VC-MKdV equation.To further enhance the network’s generalization ability and noise robustness,the author incorporates two regularization strategies into the PPINNs.An amount of numerical experimental data in this paper demonstrates that the PPINNs method can effectively address the function discovery problem of the VC-MKdV equation,and the inclusion of appropriate regularization strategies in the PPINNs can improves its performance.

High-performance ion-conducting hydrogels(ICHs)are vital for developing flexible electronic devices.However,the robustness and ion-conducting behavior of ICHs deteriorate at extreme tempera-tures,hampering their use in soft electronics.To resolve these issues,a method involving freeze–thawing and ionizing radiation technology is reported herein for synthesizing a novel double-network(DN)ICH based on a poly(ionic liquid)/MXene/poly(vinyl alcohol)(PMP DN ICH)system.The well-designed ICH exhibits outstanding ionic conductivity(63.89 mS cm^(-1) at 25℃),excellent temperature resistance(-60–80℃),prolonged stability(30 d at ambient temperature),high oxidation resist-ance,remarkable antibacterial activity,decent mechanical performance,and adhesion.Additionally,the ICH performs effectively in a flexible wireless strain sensor,thermal sensor,all-solid-state supercapacitor,and single-electrode triboelectric nanogenerator,thereby highlighting its viability in constructing soft electronic devices.The highly integrated gel structure endows these flexible electronic devices with stable,reliable signal output performance.In particular,the all-solid-state supercapacitor containing the PMP DN ICH electrolyte exhibits a high areal specific capacitance of 253.38 mF cm^(-2)(current density,1 mA cm^(-2))and excellent environmental adaptability.This study paves the way for the design and fabrication of high-performance mul-tifunctional/flexible ICHs for wearable sensing,energy-storage,and energy-harvesting applications.

Increasing risks of incidental and occupational exposures to two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides(2D TMDCs)due to their broad application in various areas raised their public health concerns.While the composition-dependent cytotoxicity of 2D TMDCs has been well-recognized,how the outer chalcogenide atoms and inner transition metal atoms differentially contribute to their perturbation on cell homeostasis at non-lethal doses remains to be identified.In the present work,we compared the autophagy induction and related mechanisms in response to WS_(2),NbS_(2),WSe_(2)and Nb Se_(2)nanosheets exposures in MH-S murine alveolar macrophages.All these 2D TMDCs had comparable physicochemical properties,overall cytotoxicity and capability in triggering autophagy in MH-S cells,but showed outer chalcogen-dependent subcellular localization and activation of autophagy pathways.Specifically,WS_(2)and NbS_(2)nanosheets adhered on the cell surface and internalized in the lysosomes,and triggered m TOR-dependent activation of autophagy.Meanwhile,WSe_(2)and Nb Se_(2)nanosheets had extensive distribution in cytoplasm of MH-S cells and induced autophagy in an m TOR-independent manner.Furthermore,the 2D TMDCs-induced perturbation on autophagy aggravated the cytotoxicity of respirable benzo[a]pyrene.These findings provide a deeper insight into the potential health risk of environmental 2D TMDCs from the perspective of homeostasis perturbation.

Protein homeostasis is the basis of normal life activities,and the proteasomefamily plays an extremely important function in this process.The proteasome 2os is a concentric circle structure with twoαrings and twoβrings overlapped.The proteasome 2os can perform both ATP-dependent and non-ATP-dependent ubiquitination proteasome degradation by binding to various subunits(such as 19S,11S,and 200 PA),which is performed by its active subunitβ1,β2,andβ5.The proteasome can degrade misfolded,excess proteins tomaintain homeostasis.At the same time,it can be utilized by tumors to degrade over-proliferate and unwanted proteins to support their growth.Proteasomes can affect the development of tumors from several aspects including tumor signaling pathways such as NF-kB and p53,cell cycle,immune regulation,and drug resistance.Proteasome-encoding genes have been found to be overexpressed in a variety of tumors,providing a potential novel target for cancer therapy.In addition,proteasome inhibitors such as bortezomib,carfilzomib,and ixazomib have been put into clinical application as the first-line treatment of multiple myeloma.More and more studies have shown that it also has different therapeutic effects in other tumors such as hepatocellular carcinoma,non-small cell lung cancer,glioblastoma,and neuroblastoma.However,proteasome inhibitors are not much effective due to their tolerance and singleness in other tumors.Therefore,further studies on their mechanisms of action and drug interactions are needed to investigate their therapeutic potential.

In some military application scenarios,Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)need to perform missions with the assistance of on-board cameras when radar is not available and communication is interrupted,which brings challenges for UAV autonomous navigation and collision avoidance.In this paper,an improved deep-reinforcement-learning algorithm,Deep Q-Network with a Faster R-CNN model and a Data Deposit Mechanism(FRDDM-DQN),is proposed.A Faster R-CNN model(FR)is introduced and optimized to obtain the ability to extract obstacle information from images,and a new replay memory Data Deposit Mechanism(DDM)is designed to train an agent with a better performance.During training,a two-part training approach is used to reduce the time spent on training as well as retraining when the scenario changes.In order to verify the performance of the proposed method,a series of experiments,including training experiments,test experiments,and typical episodes experiments,is conducted in a 3D simulation environment.Experimental results show that the agent trained by the proposed FRDDM-DQN has the ability to navigate autonomously and avoid collisions,and performs better compared to the FRDQN,FR-DDQN,FR-Dueling DQN,YOLO-based YDDM-DQN,and original FR outputbased FR-ODQN.
