The virtual cocrystal screening approach based on molecular electrostatic potential surface(MEPS)maps is a fast and feasible computational method to estimate the probability of cocrystal formation by calculating the difference in the interaction site pairing energies of monomers and that of their assemblies prior to experimental *** this paper,we report 12 cocrystal forms of temozolomide with mono-,di-,and trihydroxy benzoic acids,namely,3-hydroxy-,2,4-dihydroxy-,2,5-dihydroxy-,2,6-dihydroxy-,3,4-dihydroxy-,and 3,4,5-trihydroxy-benzoic acids,as well as benzoic acid,as pharmaceutical coformers for the first time.10 single crystals out of the 12 cocrystal forms were obtained and unequivocally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,which clarified spatial arrangements,molecular conformations,and supramolecular *** further gains some insights into the sites of hydrogen bonding interactions for exploring combination patterns in these *** stability of TMZ was successfully achieved by cocrystallization with these acids.

基于知识生成过程的情境性特点,情境学习理论主张情境化教学。应用于课程思政教学实践大致表现为:课程思政德育目标应兼备社会情境性和专业关联性;课程思政元素素材可以着眼于学科专业知识生成过程的历史情境线索、面向社会经济发展的现实问题、学科知识创生提出者的个体背景等方面;采取教学对话和小组讨论等激发学生参与、情感共鸣的情境化教学方法,有助规范性知识的深层理解;情境模拟、观摩走访、课程实习等需要学生行动参与的实践教学,能更好贯通价值认知与价值实践。以具体课程为例,具体展示情境学习理论在课程思政教学中的应用。

家庭农场发展过程中,非家庭成员的农业雇工成为该新型经营组织的重要劳动力。基于雅安市3区(县)12村109名家庭农场农业雇工实地调研数据,探究家庭农场农业雇工劳动权益保障及其对主观幸福感的影响。研究结果表明,家庭农场农业雇工劳动权益保障平均水平整体偏高,但存在性别和年龄差异。家庭农场农业雇工劳动权益保障正向预测其主观幸福感。社会公平感在家庭农场农业雇工劳动权益保障和主观幸福感之间的中介作用显著。在此基础上,提出立法、普法、劳动行政监督、加强内部管理四方面建议,以保障家庭农场农业雇工劳动权益,进而提升其主观幸福感。

为了提升工业机器人在装配作业中的效率和精准度,结合软指派算法进行研究,构建基于相机位姿估计算法的单目标视觉定位系统,并对其进行仿真验证。实验结果显示,在参数对成功率的影响实验中实验成功率最低为92.5%,在图像噪声对成功率的影响实验中成功率最高达到了97.5%,位置估计误差最大值不超过4 mm,旋转误差在伪特征点的数量为最大时得到了最大值7°。

Targeted construction of new covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with specific purposes and rationalities to build colorimetric assay platform for environmental pollutant monitoring have attracted increasing ***,it is still challenging due to lack of available coordination sites inside COFs pores and only a slight bonding ability for anchoring *** this work,a two-dimensional(2D)COFs(termed as Tz-COF)with high crystallinity,excellent chemical stability,and abundant sulfur coordination in its skeletons was synthesized and used for the confined growth of Au *** was found that the Au NPs showed significant dispersibility for the support of *** proposed Tz-COF@Au NPs possessed outstanding Hg^(2+)-activated peroxidase-like activity benefited from physicochemical properties of gold amalgam and synergistic effect between COFs and Au NPs to oxidize chromogenic *** on highly efficient activity and distinctive color evolution,the strategy for detecting Hg^(2+)was developed and successfully applied to determine the content of Hg^(2+)in real environmental *** work manifests that a potential strategy to establish a colorimetric assay platform for environmental pollutant monitoring based on the targeted manufacturing of novel COFs with specific functions.

随着生成式AI时代的到来,金融科技实现智能技术层面的飞跃即将成为现实,而风险治理制度层面的跟进尚未实现。生成式AI阶段金融科技数据风险的防范与规制应成为全新且热潮的法律课题,亟待以更先进、更全面的法律路径对其进行治理。立足生成式AI阶段金融科技的数据质量合规风险、隐私合规风险以及垄断合规风险,合规治理的法律化体系构建被赋予必要性与正当性。但由于其是一种新的法律提法,故而我国的生成式AI阶段金融数据合规体系的构建存在法律制度供给留白、行政引导与监管困境以及司法保护不敷三个层面的法律化障碍。应具有针对性地从立法指引、行政执法、司法运行三个层面实现其法律化体系构建的尝试与突破,但金融数据合规法律化不是生成式AI阶段金融科技数据风险治理的终点,而只是金融科技发展进程中风险治理的阶段性成果,其仍需更多法律化手段的出现。

Characterization of alpine meadow surface crack and its correlation with root-soil properties

Quantifying surface cracks in alpine meadows is a prerequisite and a key aspect in the study of grassland crack *** characterization indices are crucial for the quantitative characterization of complex cracks,serving as vital factors in assessing the degree of cracking and the development *** far,research on evaluating the degree of grassland degradation through crack characterization indices is rare,especially the quantitative analysis of the development of surface cracks in alpine meadows is relatively ***,based on the phenomenon of surface cracking during the degradation of alpine meadows in some regions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,we selected the alpine meadow in the Huangcheng Mongolian Township,Menyuan Hui Autonomous County,Qinghai Province,China as the study area,used unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)sensing technology to acquire low-altitude images of alpine meadow surface cracks at different degrees of degradation(light,medium,and heavy degradation),and analyzed the representative metrics characterizing the degree of crack development by interpreting the crack length,length density,branch angle,and burrow(rat hole)distribution density and combining them with in situ crack width and depth ***,the correlations between the crack characterization indices and the soil and root parameters of sample plots at different degrees of degradation in the study area were analyzed using the grey relation *** results revealed that with the increase of degradation,the physical and chemical properties of soil and the mechanical properties of root-soil composite changed significantly,the vegetation coverage reduced,and the root system aggregated in the surface layer of alpine *** the degree of degradation increased,the fracture morphology developed from"linear"to"dendritic",and eventually to a complex and irregular"polygonal"*** crack length,width,depth,and length density were identified as the crack char

Shear resistance characteristics and influencing factors of root-soil composite on an alpine metal mine dump slope with different recovery periods

Artificial vegetation restoration is the main measure for vegetation restoration and soil and water conservation in alpine mine dumps on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,***,there are few reports on the dynamic changes and the influencing factors of the soil reinforcement effect of plant species after artificial vegetation restoration under different recovery *** selected dump areas of the Delni Copper Mine in Qinghai Province,China to study the relationship between the shear strength and the peak displacement of the root-soil composite on the slope during the recovery period,and the influence of the root traits and soil physical properties on the shear resistance characteristics of the root-soil composite via in situ direct shear *** results indicate that the shear strength and peak displacement of the rooted soil initially decreased and then increased with the increase of the recovery *** shear strength of the rooted soil and the recovery period exhibited a quadratic function *** is no significant function relationship between the peak displacement and the recovery *** positive correlations(Phe shear strength of the root-soil composite and the root biomass density,root volume density,and root area ratio,and they show significant linear correlations(Phere are no significant correlations(P>0.05)between the shear strength of the root-soil composite and the root length density,and the root volume ratio of the coarse roots to the fine roots.A significant negative linear correlation(Phe peak displacement of the rooted soil and the coarse-grain content,but no significant correlations(P>0.05)with the root traits,other soil physical property indices(the moisture content and dry density of the soil),and slope *** coarse-grain content is the main factor controlling the peak displacement of the rooted soil.

Ultrafast 3D imaging is indispensable for visualizing complex and dynamic biological *** scanning-based techniques necessitate an inherent trade-off between acquisition speed and space-bandwidth product(SBP).Emerging single-shot 3D wide-field techniques offer a promising alternative but are bottlenecked by the synchronous readout constraints of conventional CMOS systems,thus restricting data throughput to maintain high SBP at limited frame *** address this,we introduce EventLFM,a straightforward and cost-effective system that overcomes these challenges by integrating an event camera with Fourier light field microscopy(LFM),a state-of-theart single-shot 3D wide-field imaging *** event camera operates on a novel asynchronous readout architecture,thereby bypassing the frame rate limitations inherent to conventional CMOS *** further develop a simple and robust event-driven LFM reconstruction algorithm that can reliably reconstruct 3D dynamics from the unique spatiotemporal measurements captured by *** results demonstrate that EventLFM can robustly reconstruct fast-moving and rapidly blinking 3D fluorescent samples at kHz frame ***,we highlight EventLFM’s capability for imaging of blinking neuronal signals in scattering mouse brain tissues and 3D tracking of GFP-labeled neurons in freely moving *** believe that the combined ultrafast speed and large 3D SBP offered by EventLFM may open up new possibilities across many biomedical applications.
