This paper theoretically studies the axisymmetric frictionless indentation of a transversely isotropic piezoelectric semiconductor(PSC)half-space subject to a rigid flatended cylindrical indenter.The contact area and other surface of the PSC half-space are assumed to be electrically insulating.By the Hankel integral transformation,the problem is reduced to the Fredholm integral equation of the second kind.This equation is solved numerically to obtain the indentation behaviors of the PSC half-space,mainly including the indentation force-depth relation and the electric potential-depth relation.The results show that the effect of the semiconductor property on the indentation responses is limited within a certain range of variation of the steady carrier concentration.The dependence of indentation behavior on material properties is also analyzed by two different kinds of PSCs.Finite element simulations are conducted to verify the results calculated by the integral equation technique,and good agreement is demonstrated.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the most common chronic liver disease worldwide,and the development of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)might cause irreversible hepatic damage.Hyperlipidemia(HLP)is the leading risk factor for NAFLD.This study aims to illuminate the causative contributor and potential mechanism of Kallistatin(KAL)mediating HLP to NAFLD.221 healthy control and 253 HLP subjects,62 healthy control and 44 NAFLD subjects were enrolled.The plasma KAL was significantly elevated in HLP subjects,especially in hypertriglyceridemia(HTG)subjects,and positively correlated with liver injury.Further,KAL levels of NAFLD patients were significantly up-regulated.KAL transgenic mice induced hepatic steatosis,inflammation,and fibrosis with time and accelerated inflammation development in high-fat diet(HFD)mice.In contrast,KAL knockout ameliorated steatosis and inflammation in high-fructose diet(HFruD)and methionine and choline-deficient(MCD)diet-induced NAFLD rats.Mechanistically,KAL induced hepatic steatosis and NASH by down-regulating adipose triglyceride lipase(ATGL)and comparative gene identification 58(CGl-58)by LRP6/Gas/PKA/GSK3βpathway through down-regulating peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPARy)and up-regulating kruppel-like factor four(KLF4),respectively.CGl-58 is bound to NF-kB p65 in the cytoplasm,and diminishing CGl-58 facilitated p65 nuclear translocation and TNFa induction.Meanwhile,hepatic CGl-58-overexpress reverses NASH in KAL transgenic mice.Further,free fatty acids up-regulated KAL against thyroid hormone in hepatocytes.Moreover,Fenofibrate,one triglyceride-lowering drug,could reverse hepatic steatosis by down-regulating KAL.These results demonstrate that elevated KAL plays a crucial role in the development of HLP to NAFLD and may be served as a potential preventive and therapeutic target.

Compared with traditional sodium or calcification roasting process for vanadium extraction from raw vanadium slag(V-slag),ammonium sulfate(AS)roasting could reduce about 470℃ roasting temperature and avoid Cl_(2),HCl,sodium-containing waste-water and waste gypsum discharging.To reduce the amount of AS added in vanadium extraction process,an efficient AS two-stage cyclic roasting and acid leaching process was proposed.The result of TG analysis indicates V-slag could be decomposed in 275-380℃ using AS roasting process.Using 2.03:1 total mass ratio of AS to V-slag,90.86%V and 80.54%Ti could be extracted after 380℃ roasting for 30 min and 8%initial concentration of H_(2)SO_(4) leaching at 70℃ for 100 min.XRD analysis indicates V-containing spinel phase in the 1st stage leaching residue would be efficiently decomposed by the cyclic two-stage roasting and leaching process.Furthermore,the valence of V(Ⅲ)in raw V-slag was not changed after the 1st AS roasting stage,but a part of V(Ⅲ)in the 1st leaching residue was oxidized to V(V)after 2nd roasting process.

Separation of lithium and nickel using ionic liquids and tributyl phosphate

With the vigorous development of the electronics industry,the consumption of lithium continues to increase,and more lithium needs to be mined to meet the development of the industry.The content of lithium in the solution is much higher than that of minerals,but the interference of impurity ions increases the difficulty of extracting lithium ions.Therefore,we prepared an imidazole-based ionic liquid(1-butyl-3-methylImidazolium bis(trifluoromethyl sulfonyl)imide)(IL)for efficient lithium extraction from aqueous solutions by solvent extraction.Using an extraction consisting of 10%IL,85% tributyl phosphate(TBP),and 5% dichloroethane and an organic to aqueous phase ratio(O/A)of 2/1,over 64.23% of Li were extracted,and the extraction rate after five-stage extraction could reach more than 96%.The addition of ammonium ions to the solution inhibited the extraction of Ni,and the separation coefficient between lithium and nickel approached infinity,showing a very perfect separation effect.Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy and slope methods were used to analyze the changes that occurred during extraction,revealing possible extraction mechanisms.In addition,the LiCl solution generated during the preparation of ionic liquids was mixed with the stripping solution,and the battery-grade lithium carbonate was prepared by Na_(2)CO_(3) precipitation,with a purity of 99.74%.This study provides an efficient and sustainable strategy for recovering lithium from the solution.

An energy-efficient route was adopted to treat titanium-bearing blast furnace slag(TBBFS)in this study.Titanium,aluminum,and magnesium were simultaneously extracted and silicon was separated by low temperature sulfuric acid curing and low concentration sulfuric acid leaching.The process parameters of sulfuric acid curing TBBFS were systematically studied.Under the optimal conditions,the recovery of titanium,aluminum,and magnesium reached 85.96%,81.17%,and 93.82%,respectively.The rapid leaching model was used to limit the dissolution and polymerization of silicon,and the dissolution of silicon was only 3.18%.The mechanism of sulfuric acid curing-leaching was investigated.During the curing process,the reaction occurred rapidly and released heat massively.Under the attack of hydrogen ions,the structure of TBBFS was destroyed,silicate was depolymerized to form filterable silica,and titanium,magnesium,aluminum,and calcium ions were replaced to form sulfates and enriched on the surface of silica particles.Titanium,aluminum,and magnesium were recovered in the leaching solution,and calcium sulfate and silica were enriched in the residue after leaching.This method could effectively avoid the formation of silica sol during the leaching process and accelerate the solid-liquid separation.

数字档案资源的长期保存不仅有利于数字档案资源的可持续利用,还为档案事业高质量发展奠定资源基础。本文基于中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science数据库,利用Co-Occurrence等可视化工具,对截至2023年12月的2 194篇国内外数字保存领域文献进行可视化知识图谱分析,系统展现该研究领域的发展脉络。结果表明:该领域研究经历了缓慢起步,快速发展阶段;国内已经形成在该领域深耕的研究机构和核心作者,且形成了一定规模的合作网络,而国外合作网络整体较为松散,存在规模较小的研究子群;研究议题方面,国内的研究侧重于数字保存的管理方式和风险规避等,而国外则侧重数字保存技术的研究;OAIS、LOCKSS等图书馆数字资源长期保存新方式和新机制的研究是国内外共同的研究热点。

Co（Ⅱ）-salen was encapsulated in MIL- 100（Cr） metal organic framework by ＂ship in a bottle＂ to synthesize a new electrocatalyst, Cosalen@MIL- 100（Cr）. The material was characterized by XRD, FT-IR, UV-Vis and N2-adsorption. The Cosalen@MIL-100（Cr） modified glassy carbon electrode exhibits a well-defined reduction peak at the potential of -0.21 V toward the oxygen reduction reaction （ORR） by cyclic voltam- metry （CV） in pH = 6.84 phosphate buffer. Almost 400 mV positive shift of potential at Cosalen@MIL-100（Cr） modified electrode for ORR compared with that at bare glassy carbon, indicates that Cosalen@MIL-100（Cr） possesses excellent electrocatalytic activity. The transferred number of electrons for ORR was determined by chronocoulometry. The result suggests that the introduction of Co（II）-salen complex into MOF increases the electrocatalytic activity via a four-electron reduction pathway. Furthermore, this electrocatalyst exhibits good stability and reproducibility.

Over recent decades, advancements in complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor integrated circuits(ICs)have mainly relied on structural innovations in transistors. From planar transistors to the fin field-effect transistor(FinFET) and gate-all-around FET(GAAFET), more gate electrodes have been added to three-dimensional(3D) channels with enhanced control and carrier conductance to provide higher electrostatic integrity and higher operating currents within the same device footprint. Beyond the 1-nm node, Moore's law scaling is no longer expected to be applicable to geometrical shrinkage. Vertical transistor stacking, e.g. in complementary FETs(CFET), 3D stack(3DS) FETs and vertical-channel transistors(VFET), for enhanced density and variable circuit or system design represents a revolutionary scaling approach for sustained IC development. Herein, innovative works on specific structures, key process breakthroughs, shrinking cell sizes and design methodologies for transistor structure research and development are reviewed. Perspectives on future innovations in advanced transistors with new channel materials and operating theories are also discussed.
