Fast heat transfer in the pyrolyzer can increase the yield of pyrolysis gas and tar,and improve the quality of *** with the downer pyrolyzer,the cyclone pyrolyzer can simultaneously achieve high solids holdup and violent turbulence,and correspondingly faster heat *** this work,the heat transfer behavior in the cyclone pyrolyzer is specifically studied using the computational fluid dynamics-discrete element *** simulation results reveal that the gas-solids heat convection contributes mainly to the heat transfer process,and the heat radiation and conduction are relatively small and almost negligible,*** with the downer pyrolyzer under the same operating conditions,the heating rate is significantly increased in the cyclone *** analyzing the flow characteristics in the cyclone pyrolyzer,it is found that the region of high convective heat transfer rate coincides with that of natural cyclone ***,the final coal temperature increases with the increase of gas velocity and exists a maximum *** results can offer some qualitative understanding of the heat transfer behavior in the cyclone pyrolyzer.

China is a hotspot of relict plant species that were once widespread throughout the Northern *** research has demonstrated that the occurrence of long-term stable refugia in the mountainous regions of central and south-western China allowed their persistence through the late Neogene climate *** of these relict lineages is Dipteronia,an oligotypic tree genus with a fossil record extending to the ***,we investigated the genetic variability,demographic dynamics and diversification patterns of the two currently recognized Dipteronia species(Dipteronia sinensis and ***).Molecular data were obtained from 45 populations of Dipteronia by genotyping three cpDNA regions,two single copy nuclear genes and 15 simple sequence repeat *** genetic study was combined with niche comparison analyses on the environmental space,ecological niche modeling,and landscape connectivity *** found that the two Dipteronia species have highly diverged both in genetic and ecological *** the incipient speciation processes that can be observed in ***,the occurrence of long-term stable refugia and,particularly,a dispersal corridor along Daba Shan-west Qinling,likely ensured its genetic and ecological integrity to *** study will not only help us to understand how populations of Dipteronia species responded to the tectonic and climatic changes of the Cenozoic,but also provide insight into how Arcto-Tertiary relict plants in East Asia survived,evolved,and diversified.

An extreme rainfall event occurred over Hangzhou,China,during the afternoon hours on 24 June *** event occurred under suitable synoptic conditions and the maximum 4-h cumulative rainfall amount was over 150 *** rainfall event had two major *** was caused by a quasi-stationary convective line,and the other by a backbuilding convective line related to the interaction of the outflow boundary from the first rainband and an existing low-level mesoscale convergence line associated with a mei-yu frontal *** rainfall event lasted 4 h,while the back-building process occurred in 2 h when the extreme rainfall center *** far,few studies have examined the back-building processes in the mei-yu season that are caused by the interaction of a mesoscale convergence line and a convective cold *** two rainbands are successfully reproduced by the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF)model with fourlevel,two-way interactive *** the model,new cells repeatedly occur at the west side of older cells,and the backbuilding process occurs in an environment with large CAPE,a low LFC,and plenty of water *** from older cells enhance the low-level convergence that forces new *** precipitation efficiency of the back-building training cells leads to accumulated precipitation of over 150 *** experiments without evaporation of rainwater show that the convective cold pool plays an important role in the organization of the back-building process in the current extreme precipitation case.

Photovoltaic(PV)and battery energy storage systems(BESSs)are key components in the energy market and crucial contributors to carbon emission reduction *** systems can not only provide energy but can also generate considerable revenue by providing frequency regulation services and participating in carbon *** study proposes a bidding strategy for PV and BESSs operating in joint energy and frequency regulation markets,with a specific focus on carbon reduction benefits.A two-stage bidding framework that optimizes the profit of PV and BESSs is *** the first stage,the day-ahead energy market takes into account potential real-time forecast *** the second stage,the real-time balancing market uses a rolling optimization method to account for multiple ***,a real-time frequency regulation control method is proposed for the participation of PV and BESSs in automatic generation control(AGC).This is particularly relevant given the uncertainty of grid frequency fluctuations in the optimization model of the real-time balancing *** control method dynamically assigns the frequency regulation amount undertaken by the PV and BESSs according to the control interval in which the area control error(ACE)*** case study results demonstrate that the proposed bidding strategy not only enables the PV and BESSs to effectively participate in the grid frequency regulation response but also yields considerable carbon emission reduction benefits and effectively improves the system operation economy.

To address the shortcomings of single-step decision making in the existing deep reinforcement learning based unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)real-time path planning problem,a real-time UAV path planning algorithm based on long shortterm memory(RPP-LSTM)network is proposed,which combines the memory characteristics of recurrent neural network(RNN)and the deep reinforcement learning *** networks are used in this algorithm as Q-value networks for the deep Q network(DQN)algorithm,which makes the decision of the Q-value network has some *** to LSTM network,the Q-value network can use the previous environmental information and action information which effectively avoids the problem of single-step decision considering only the current ***,the algorithm proposes a hierarchical reward and punishment function for the specific problem of UAV real-time path planning,so that the UAV can more reasonably perform path *** verification shows that compared with the traditional feed-forward neural network(FNN)based UAV autonomous path planning algorithm,the RPP-LSTM proposed in this paper can adapt to more complex environments and has significantly improved robustness and accuracy when performing UAV real-time path planning.

Neurotrophic keratopathy is a persistent defect of the corneal epithelium,with or without stromal ulceration,due to corneal nerve deficiency caused by a variety of *** treatment options for neurotrophic keratopathy are *** this study,an ophthalmic solution was constructed from a chitosan-based thermosensitive hydrogel with long-term release of murine nerve growth factor(CTH-mNGF).Its effectiveness was evaluated in corneal denervation(CD)mice and patients with neurotrophic *** the preclinical setting,CTH-mNGF was assessed in a murine corneal denervation ***-mNGF was transparent,thermosensitive,and ensured sustained release of mNGF for over 20 hours on the ocular surface,maintaining the local mNGF concentration around 1300 pg/mL in *** denervation mice treated with CTH-mNGF for 10 days showed a significant increase in corneal nerve area and total corneal nerve length compared with non-treated and CTH treated mice.A subsequent clinical trial of CTH-mNGF was conducted in patients with stage 2 or 3 neurotrophic *** received topical CTH-mNGF twice daily for 8 *** sodium images,Schirmer’s test,intraocular pressure,Cochet-Bonnet corneal perception test,and best corrected visual acuity were *** total,six patients(total of seven eyes)diagnosed with neurotrophic keratopathy were *** 8 weeks of CTH-mNGF treatment,all participants showed a decreased area of corneal epithelial defect,as stained by ***,six out of seven eyes had fluorescence staining scores<***,best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure,Schirmer’s test and Cochet-Bonnet corneal perception test results showed no significant *** increase in corneal nerve density was observed by in vivo confocal microscopy after 8 weeks of CTH-mNGF treatment in three out of seven *** study demonstrates that CTH-mNGF is transparent,thermosensitive,and has sustained-release *** effecti

In order to expand the color-change range and make the discoloration temperature suitable for the daily textiles,a new formulation of mixed-colorants thermochromic core material is designed,in which crystal violet lactone(CVL)is the basic color former,bisphenol A(BPA)is the developer,especially the solvent-based dye and dodecyl dedecanoate are used as the extended dye and the solvent,*** electron microscope(SEM),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)were applied to study the morphology,encapsulation rate,non-isothermal crystallization behavior and thermal stability of the mixed-colorant thermochromic microcapsules(MCTMs)prepared by in-situ *** results show that MCTMs have good sphericity,uniform particle size,good thermal stability and the encapsulation rate can reach 86.73%.Under the non-isothermal conditions,the encapsulation of formaldehyde-melamine resin wall material can slightly reduce the crystallization rate of the solvent,but does not affect the relative crystallinity,thermal properties and discoloration sensitivity of the core *** the variety of ambient temperatures in the range of 20–35℃,the printed cotton fabrics with MCTMs could change color reversibly between different tones with good reliability and durability,and exhibit more gorgeous colors than the common thermochromic materials.

The microscopic characterization of isolated bubbles in gassy soil plays an important role in the macroscopic physical properties of sediments and is a key factor in the study of geological hazards in gas-bearing *** on the box-counting method and the pore fractal features in porous media,a fractal model of bubble microstructure parameters in gassy soil under different gas con-tents and vertical load conditions is established by using an industrial X-ray CT scanning *** results show that the fractal di-mension of bubbles in the sample is correlated with the volume fraction of bubbles,and it is also restricted by the vertical *** three-dimensional fractal dimension of the sample is about 1 larger than the average two-dimensional fractal dimension of all the slices from the same *** uniform porous media fractal model is used to test the equivalent diameter,and the results show that the variation of the measured pore diameter ratio is jointly restricted by the volume fraction and the vertical *** addition,the measured self-similarity interval of the bubble area distribution is tested by the porous media fractal capillary bundle model,and the fitting curve of measured pore area ratio in a small loading range is obtained in this paper.
