[Objectives]To observe the effect of Jianpi Xiaowei Decoction on gastric function and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)of liver-stomach heat stagnation type.[Methods]Seventy-two elderly patients with CAG of liver-stomach stagnation-heat type were randomly divided into study group and control *** two groups were treated with Jianpi Xiaowei Decoction and Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets *** curative effect of TCM syndromes,serum pepsinogen I and II(PG-I and PG-II),gastrin-17(G-17)and quality of life(SF-36 table)scores of gastric function indicators before and after treatment were observed.[Results]After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 97.22%(35/36),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.78%(28/36)(P0.05).After treatment,the indicators of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=12.239,6.010,5.928,10.420,P0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=3.520,10.335,11.300,9.693,P<0.05).[Conclusions]Jianpi Xiaowei Decoction can achieve significant curative effect in the treatment of CAG with liver and stomach stagnation heat type in the elderly,and can significantly improve the key gastrointestinal hormone levels and quality of life of elderly *** is worthy of promotion in the same clinical cases.

[目的/意义]及时精准地识别变革性研究对探索前沿性科学问题发现和提出机制、面向国家高质量发展新格局具有重要意义。[方法/过程]基于变革性研究在广度、强度和速度维度的特征,借助机器学习方法,采用熵权法、因子分析法和回归分析法分别构建了引文视角下的变革性研究识别模型。将上述模型应用于基因靶标、磁阻效应、富勒烯领域以评估不同模型的早期识别效果,并将早期识别效果最高的模型应用于2017年分子生物学、聚合物科学和天体物理学领域。[结果/结论]从“排名”和“top%”指标看,基于回归分析法的变革性研究早期识别模型的识别效果优于其他两个模型,识别出的变革性研究排名更靠前,且在发表后第3年即可对变革性研究进行识别;该模型在基因靶标和富勒烯领域的识别准确率高于磁阻效应领域。基于回归分析法的变革性研究早期识别模型的准确率、召回率均为80%,十折交叉验证结果显示该模型的平均得分为0.764。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of the protective effect of modified Pulsatilla decoction(加味白头翁汤, MPD) on the mechanical barrier of the ulcerative colitis(UC) intestinal epithelium in vitro and in vivo. METHODS: We established an intestinal epithelial crypt cell line-6 cell barrier injury model by using lipopolysaccharide(LPS). The model was then treated with p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase-myosin light chain kinase(p38MAPK-MLCK) pathway inhibitors, p38MAPK-MLCK pathway silencing genes(si-p38MAPK, si-NF-κB, and si-MLCK), and MPD respectively. Transepithelial electronic resistance(TEER) measurements and permeability assays were performed to assess barrier function. Immunofluorescence staining of tight junctions(TJ) was performed. In in vivo experiment, dextran sodium sulfate-induced colitis rat model was conducted to evaluate the effect of MPD and mesalazine on UC. The rats were scored using the disease activity index based on their clinical symptoms. Transmission electron microscopy and hematoxylineosin staining were used to examine morphological changes in UC rats. Western blotting and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction were performed to examine the gene and protein expression of significant differential molecules. RESULTS: In in vitro study, LPS-induced intestinal barrier dysfunction was inhibited by p38MAPK-MLCK pathway inhibitors and p38MAPK-MLCK pathway gene silencing. Silencing of p38MAPK-MLCK pathway genes decreased TJ expression. MPD treatment partly restored the LPSinduced decreased in TEER and increase in permeability. MPD increased the gene and protein expression of TJ, while down-regulated the LPS-induced high expression of p-p38MAPK and p-MLC. In UC model rats, MPD could ameliorate body weight loss and disease activity index, relieve colonic pathology, up-regulate TJ expression as well as decrease the expression of p-p38MAPK and pMLC in UC rat colonic mucosal tissue. 目的:研究滋肾通关方对糖尿病大鼠肾损伤的改善作用及其机制。方法:将50只8周龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组(每组10只):对照组、模型组和滋肾通关方低剂量(7.0 g生药/kg)、中剂量(14.0 g生药/kg)、高剂量(28.0 g生药/kg)组。除对照组外,其余组大鼠高脂高糖喂养4周联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ,35 mg/kg)构建糖尿病肾损伤大鼠模型。造模成功后,各组分别连续4周灌胃给予相应药物或生理盐水,1次/d。给药前和给药后第1、2、3、4周检测空腹血糖(FBG)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)含量,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量;苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法观察肾损伤情况,蛋白质印迹法检测肾组织转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))/Smads通路相关蛋白的表达。结果:与对照组比较,模型组的大鼠FBG和血清BUN、Cr、TC、TG、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β均显著升高(均P<0.05);肾组织可见病理学损伤改变;TGF-β_(1)、Smad3、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)和波形蛋白(Vimentin)的表达明显上调,而Smad7的表达明显下调。滋肾通关方低、中、高剂量组治疗4周后糖尿病肾损伤大鼠FBG和血清BUN、Cr、TC、TG、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量均明显降低(均P<0.05),肾组织病理学损伤明显改善,TGF-β_(1)、Smad3、α-SMA、Vimentin表达下调且Smad7表达上调,在不同剂量的滋肾通关方观察组中,其作用表现出一定的剂量依赖性。结论:肾通关方可通过抑制TGF-β_(1)/Smads信号通路改善糖尿病大鼠肾纤维化损伤。

Profiling biotoxicities of hexafluoropropylene oxide trimer acid with human embryonic stem cell-based assays

Hexafluoropropylene oxide trimer acid(HFPO-TA), an emerging replacement of perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA), has recently been reported to be a potential environmental *** to the similar structure to PFOA, HFPO-TA may cause comparable adverse effects on human health. Therefore, evaluating the toxic profiles of HFPO-TA has become an urgent *** this study, we investigated the cytotoxicity and hepatoxicity of HFPO-TA using human embryonic stem cell(h ESC)-based assays. Results showed that HFPO-TA reduced h ESCs’ viability in a dose dependent manner, and the calculated IC50 for 24, 48 and 72 hr were 222.8,167.4, and 80.6 μmol/L, respectively. Significant intracellular ROS accumulation and mitochondrion membrane potential reduction were detected with HFPO-TA exposure, and increased apoptotic/necrotic cells were also observed in high dose of HFPO-TA treated ***, HFPO-TA at noncytotoxic concentrations also significantly impaired the functions of induced hepatocytes by diminishing cell glycogen storage ability and deregulating specific functional genes. Transcriptome sequencing analysis identified a set of hepatic associated biological processes responding to HFPO-TA exposure. PPAR was the most significantly enriched pathway. Genes including FGA, FGB, FGG, AHSG, HRG, ITIH2, ALB were characterized as hub genes by cyto Hubba plug-in. These data indicated that HFPO-TA is a potential hepatotoxicant, and may not be a safe replacement for PFOA.

Data-driven unsupervised anomaly detection and recovery of unmanned aerial vehicle flight data based on spatiotemporal correlation

Anomaly detection is crucial to the flight safety and maintenance of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)and has attracted extensive attention from ***-based approaches rely on prior knowledge,while model-based approaches are challenging for constructing accurate and complex physical models of unmanned aerial systems(UASs).Although data-driven methods do not require extensive prior knowledge and accurate physical UAS models,they often lack parameter selection and are limited by the cost of labeling anomalous ***,flight data with random noise pose a significant challenge for anomaly *** work proposes a spatiotemporal correlation based on long short-term memory and autoencoder(STCLSTM-AE)neural network data-driven method for unsupervised anomaly detection and recovery of UAV flight ***,UAV flight data are preprocessed by combining the Savitzky-Golay filter data processing technique to mitigate the effect of noise in the original historical flight data on the ***-based feature subset selection is subsequently performed to reduce the reliance on expert ***,the extracted features are used as the input of the designed LSTM-AE model to achieve the anomaly detection and recovery of UAV flight data in an unsupervised ***,the method's effectiveness is validated on real UAV flight data.

In an effort to incorporate the low thermal conductivity of the silica aerogel and the superior structure strength of the xonotlite,a composite material of these two was produced. It was synthesized under vacuum condition and dried by supercritical drying technique. The thermal conductivity of the new material,which is at 298K with the gas pressure ranging from 1.01×10^5 to 1×10^-2 Pa,was measured using the transient hot-strip method. The mechanism of the low thermal conductivity was studied. The results indicate that the low thermal conductivity mainly results from the significant decrease of gaseous thermal conductivity of the new material due to the restriction of the motion of gas molecules in its fine structures. The formation of the fine structures is because the new material takes the pore structure of the silica aerogel which consists of mainly nanometer-sized pores.

Underwater pulse waveform recognition is an important method for underwater object *** existing works focus on the application of traditional pattern recognition methods,which ignore the time-and space-varying characteristics in sound propagation channels and cannot easily extract valuable waveform *** propagation channels in seawater are time-and space-varying convolutional *** the extraction of the waveform features of underwater acoustic signals,the effect of high-accuracy underwater acoustic signal recognition is identified by eliminating the influence of time-and space-varying convolutional channels to the greatest extent *** propose a hash aggregate discriminative network(HADN),which combines hash learning and deep learning to minimize the time-and space-varying effects on convolutional channels and adaptively learns effective underwater waveform features to achieve high-accuracy underwater pulse waveform *** the extraction of the hash features of acoustic signals,a discrete constraint between clusters within a hash feature class is *** constraint can ensure that the influence of convolutional channels on hash features is *** addition,we design a new loss function called aggregate discriminative loss(AD-loss).The use of AD-loss and softmax-loss can increase the discriminativeness of the learned hash *** results show that on pool and ocean datasets,which were collected in pools and oceans,respectively,by using acoustic collectors,the proposed HADN performs better than other comparative models in terms of accuracy and mAP.

Usage Count： A New Indicator to Detect Research Fronts

Purpose： Research fronts build on recent work, but using times cited as a traditional indicator to detect research fronts will inevitably result in a certain time lag. This study attempts to explore the effects of usage count as a new indicator to detect research fronts in shortening the time lag of classic indicators in research fronts detection. Design/methodology/approach： An exploratory study was conducted where the new indicator ＂usage count＂ was compared to the traditional citation count, ＂times cited,＂ in detecting research fronts of the regenerative medicine domain. An initial topic search of the term ＂regenerative medicine＂ returned 10,553 records published between 2000 and 2015 in the Web of Science （WoS）. We first ranked these records with usage count and times cited, respectively, and selected the top 2,000 records for each. We then performed a co-citation analysis in order to obtain the citing papers of the co-citation clusters as the research fronts. Finally, we compared the average publication year of the citing papers as well as the mean cited year of the co-citation clusters. Findings： The citing articles detected by usage count tend to be published more recently compared with times cited within the same research front. Moreover, research fronts detected by usage count tend to be within the last two years, which presents a higher immediacy and real-time feature compared to times cited. There is approximately a three-year time span among the mean cited years （known as ＂intellectual base＂） of all clusters generated by usage count and this figure is about four years in the network of times cited. In comparison to times cited, usage count is a dynamic and instant indicator. Research limitations： We are trying to find the cutting-edge research fronts, but those generated based on co-citations may refer to the hot research fronts. 目的探讨任氏清胰汤治疗轻中度急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月苏州市中医医院收治的40例轻度及中度急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(20例)及对照组(20例),治疗组采取常规西医综合治疗,对照组采取常规西医治疗联合任氏清胰汤治疗,比较两组临床综合疗效、中医证候评分、腹痛疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、腹胀视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、首次进食时间、首次排便/排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、淀粉酶(AMS)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、急性胰腺炎严重程度床边指数(BISAP)评分。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论任氏清胰汤联合西药治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效确切,可改善临床症状,缓解炎症反应程度,药物安全性良好。
