Oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) plays a critical role in many energy conversion and storage ***, a comparative study of the electrocatalytic activity for ORR in 0.1 mol/L KOH solution was conducted using layered perovskite-like LaSr_3 Fe_3 O_(10) and LaSr3 Fe_3 O_(10)-graphene oxide(GO) composite as electrodes. Linear sweep voltammetry(LSV) results show that the LaSr3 Fe_3 O_(10)-GO hybrid exhibits higher current density, a more positive onset potential(-0.15 V vs. Hg/HgO) in comparison with LaSr_3 Fe_3 O_(10).The value of the overall transferred electrons for both catalysts implies a dominant two electron process for ORR. Both catalysts under alkalic conditions exhibit a two-step Tafel slope, suggesting a change in the reaction mechanism for ORR. The composite electrode exhibits a higher ORR current density, but inferior durability performances in relative to the LaSr_3 Fe_3 O_(10) electrode.

Epileptogenic hypothalamic hamartoma is characterized by intractable gelastic seizures.A systematic analysis of the overall brain metabolic pattern in patients with hypothalamic hamartoma(HH)could facilitate the understanding of the epileptic brain network and the associated brain damage effects of *** this study,we retrospectively evaluated 27 patients with epileptogenic HH(8 female patients;age,2–33 years)by using ^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission *** correlations among tomography result,seizure type,sex,and structural magnetic resonance imaging were *** metabolic patterns and voxel-based morphometry findings were assessed by group analysis with healthy *** of the whole metabolic pattern in patients with HH revealed several regional metabolic reductions in the cerebrum and an overall metabolic reduction in the *** addition,areas showing hypometabolism in the neocortex were more widely distributed ipsilaterally than contralaterally to the *** in glucose metabolism and gray matter volume in the neocortex were predominant ipsilateral to the *** conclusion,the glucose hypometabolism pattern in patients with epileptogenic HH involved the neocortex,subcortical regions,and *** characteristics of glucose hypometabolism differed across seizure type and *** in glucose metabolism and structural changes may be based on different mechanisms,but both are likely to occur ipsilateral to the HH in the *** hypothesized that the dentato-rubro-thalamic tract and cerebro-ponto-cerebellar tract,which are responsible for intercommunication between the cerebral cortex,subcortical regions,and cerebellar regions,may be involved in a pathway related to seizure propagation,particularly gelastic seizures,in patients with HH.

Plant leucine-rich repeat(LRR)receptor-like kinases(RLKs)and LRR receptor-like proteins(RLPs)comprise a large family of cell surface receptors that play critical roles in signal perception and *** LRR-RLKs and LRR-RLPs rely on regulatory LRR-RLKs to initiate downstream signaling *** INSENSITIVE 1-ASSOCIATED KINASE 1/SOMATIC EMBRYOGENESIS RECEPTOR KINASE 3(BAK1/SERK3)and SUPPRESSOR OF BIR1-1(SOBIR1)are important and extensively studied regulatory LRR-RLKs with distinct *** the regulatory mechanism of BAK1 activation has been studied in detail,the activation mechanism of SOBIR1 remains poorly ***,the crystal structures of the catalytically inactive kinase domain of SOBIR1(SOBIR1-KD)from Arabidopsis thaliana were determined in complexes with AMP-PNP and Mg^(2+).The results show that SOBIR1-KD contains a uniquely long β3-αC loop and adopts an Src-like inactive conformation with an unusual architecture at the activation segment,which comprises three *** studies revealed that SOBIR1 is transphosphorylated by BAK1 following its autophosphorylation via an intermolecular mechanism,and the phosphorylation of Thr529 in the activation segment and the β3-αC loop are critical for SOBIR1 *** functional analysis confirmed the importance of Thr529 and the β3-αC loop for the SOBIR1-induced cell death response in Nicotiana *** together,these findings provide a structural basis for the regulatory mechanism of SOBIR1 and reveal the important elements and phosphorylation events in the special stepwise activation of SOBIR1-KD,the first such processes found in regulatory LRR-RLKs.

In this paper,fully distributed time-varying formation tracking problem for general linear time-invariant（LTI） multiagent systems is investigated by using an adaptive-based *** communication topology is a spanning tree in which a leader’s output is available to only a subset of the agents（followers） among which the communication is *** followers can form a time-varying formation that is specified by predefined time-varying vectors and at the same time track the leader’s trajectory that is also time-varying.A new class of fully distributed observer-type protocol based on each follower’s relative output measurements of neighboring agents is proposed,which does not need the absolute or relative state information that is required in some observer-type *** with the existing works,one main contribution of this paper is that the proposed protocol is fully distributed which requires no global information of communication topology and is based on output ***,a simulation is provided to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

背景与目的:目前腹腔镜腹部外科微创技术日益成熟,腹腔镜全脾切除术已在各大医疗中心及基层医院广泛开展。但全脾切除术后导致的血栓形成、免疫功能低下、爆发性感染等并发症的出现使得外科医生进行新的思考,比如腹腔镜下脾脏部分切除术因保存了脾脏部分功能而成为新开展的外科技术。然而,腹腔镜脾脏部分切除术因切除平面难以评估、术中出血难以控制,又是许多外科医师仍不敢轻易尝试的手术方式。笔者就近年来开展的腹腔镜脾脏部分切除术患者资料进行总结,探讨其安全性及疗效。方法:回顾性收集湖南省人民医院2018年1月—2021年7月8例行腹腔镜脾脏部分切除术患者的临床资料。患者术前常规检查诊断为原发性脾脏良性肿瘤或诊断为脾脏外伤(Ⅰ~Ⅲ级),经讨论后认为有手术指征和条件。术中采用二级脾蒂分离技术行腹腔镜脾脏部分切除术。结果:8例患者均顺利完成腹腔镜脾脏部分切除术,脾上极切除2例,脾下极切除6例。手术时间150~350 min,平均(227.5±70.0) min;术中出血量200 (50~1 000) m L。术后腹腔引流管引流量为5~120 mL,平均为(84.4±24.1) m L,引流管均于3~5 d拔除。术后出现1例血小板增多,予以血小板单采治疗后血小板降至正常,其余7例患者出院前复查血小板计数平均为(308.3±56.0)×109/L。术后所有患者均未发生出血、胰瘘、感染、脾梗死等并发症。住院时间为5~12 d,平均(5.9±2.6) d。术后病理为假性囊肿2例,真性上皮囊肿4例,血管瘤1例,外伤1例。8例患者均在门诊进行随访,复查血小板均在正常范围,平均(218.1±29.2)×109/L;CT检查均未发现肿瘤复发、静脉血栓及脾梗死情况发生。结论:对于脾脏良性疾病或外伤,术前严格掌握手术适应证,术中控制入脾的动脉血流与掌控切除平面,术后定期随访,如此联合手术技巧进行腹腔镜脾脏部分切除术安全、有效。

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了In2O3纳米粉体,通入NH3进行反应得到了中间产物InN基底材料,再通过原位氧化过程最终获得了InN-In2O3纳米复合材料,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等对所制备材料的组成、形貌及结构等进行了表征测试.结果表明,该纳米复合材料呈瓶状结构.气敏性能测试结果表明,其在较低工作温度(75℃)下对甲醛气体的检出限可低至ppb级(1 ppb=1.3μg/m3),具有灵敏度较高(对0.13 mg/m3即100 ppb甲醛的灵敏度为12)、响应时间较短(2 s)以及选择性和稳定性较强的优良性能.在湿度对传感器灵敏度的影响测试中,由于甲醛的水溶特性,随着湿度的变化,传感器的灵敏度发生变化.在低甲醛浓度时湿度的变化对灵敏度的影响较大,高浓度时影响反而较小.

使用电芬顿法处理对硝基苯酚(PNP)废水过程中,提升阴极反应面积可提升降解率。采用分段电沉积方法在铜基材表面制备了多孔结构铜电极,提高电极活性面积。对电极的电化学活性面积与PNP降解率、PNP降解阻力进行了比较,电化学活性面积最大的多孔铜电极表现出最小的PNP降解阻力和最大的降解率。以电化学活性面积最大的多孔铜电极为阴极,考察了电芬顿体系中反应时间、电流密度、Fe^(2+)浓度、pH对PNP降解效果的影响。Fe^(2+)为0.1 mmol/L,pH为3,电流密度为10 mA/cm^(2),降解500 mL、50 mg/L的PNP,2 h后降解率最高可达40.3%,并且电极在连续10 h的5次循环试验中表现出良好的稳定性和催化活性。
