Promoting grain production through high-s.andard farmland construction:Evidence in China

Food security is a strategic priority for a country’s economic *** China,high-s.andard farmland construction(HsFC)is.an important initiative to stabilize grain production and increase grain production *** on panel data from 31 sample provinces,autonomous regions.and municipalities in China from 2005–2017,this study explored the impact of HsFC on grain yield using the difference-in-differences(DID)*** results showed that HsFC significantly increased total grain production,which is robust to various *** increased grain yield through three potential ***,it could increase the grain replanting ***,it could effectively reduce yield loss due to droughts.and ***,HsFC could strengthen the cultivated land by renovating the low-and medium-yielding *** analysis found that the HsFC farmland showed a significant increase in grain yield only in the main grain-producing areas.and balanced *** addition,HsFC significantly increased the yields of rice,wheat,and maize while leading to a reduction in soybean *** findings suggest the government should continue to promote HsFC,improve construction s.andards.and strictly control the“non-agriculturalization”and“non-coordination”of farmland to increase grain production *** the same time,market mechanisms should be used to incentivize soybean farming,improve returns.and stabilize soybean yields.

Despite the rapid development of probes for targeting single organelle, the construction of robust dual-organelle targeting probes with multicolor emission was rarely reported. Herein, two dual-emissive aggregation-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens)with donor-π-acceptor structures were designed and synthesized, namely QT-1 and QF-2. Both two AIEgens exhibited excitation wavelength-dependence defying the Kasha's rule, and could stain lipid droplets(LDs) and mitochondria in blue and red fluorescence, respectively. Moreover, thanks to the near-infrared emission and abundant reactive oxygen species(ROs) generation efficiency of QT-1, it was chosen as a photodynamic therapy agent to selectively kill cancer cells from normal cells. Upon light irradiation, an obvious decrease of mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP) and serious change of mitochondrial shape in cells were observed, which corresponded to the efficient inhibition of tumor growth in vivo. This work afforded a promising strategy for the construction of multicolor emission by tuning anti-Kasha behaviors.and expanding their application in dualorganelle targeting-based phototheranostics.

Deep-red/near-infrared fluorescence is highly suitable for bioimaging owing to its ability to deeply penetrate tissues,organs.and live ***,developing organic fluorophores with high deep-red/near-infrared fluorescence quantum yield(Φ_(FL))and fluorescent brightness remain a significant challenge owing to the energy gap ***,we developed a straightforward and effective chalcogen-annulation strategy by introducing O,s.and se into the bay region of TDI and QDI fluorophores,realizing the increase ofΦFLand fluorescent brightness up to 10 *** our best knowledge,this study potentially s.ands as the pioneering ins.ance showcasing the anti-heavy-atom effect of chalcogens.and the absoluteΦFL(93%)and fluorescent brightness(128,200 cm^(-1)mol^(-1)L)of se-TDI is among top deep-red/near-infrared organic fluorophores currently *** femtosecond transient absorption(fs-TA)measurements show the absence of obvious changes of the excited state lifetime after the introduction of chalcogens in TDI and QDI fluorophores,indicating that intersystem crossing(IsC)can be neglected in TDI and QDI *** calculations further reveal the chalcogen-annulation strategy increase the radiative rates.and reduce the reorganization energy of several accepting modes at the ground state in TDI fluorophores,leading to the suppression of internal conversion(IC)*** chalcogen-annulation strategy,which effectively increases the Φ_(FL)and restricts the IC processes,while remaining unaffected by the heavy-atom effect,offers novel insights.and theoretical support for the design and synthesis of deep-red/near-infrared organic fluorophores with high Φ_(FL)and fluorescent brightness.

主流文献关于存款乘数和货币乘数的认识在理论逻辑上存在着易被忽视的缺陷,与实践逻辑也不完全一致。一是忽视了对中央银行-商业银行层面存款派生机制的考察,仅从商业银行-客户的层面分析存款乘数;二是将货币乘数中的“货币”界定为包含商业银行准备金存款在内的基础货币,夸大了货币乘数的分母,降低了货币乘数的倍数;三是将法定存款准备金率从中央银行对单家或若干家商业银行的调控效应扩展到整个商业银行系统,过度高估法定存款准备金率在货币政策操作中的功效。本文提出基于双层存款派生乘数的货币乘数理论,指出法定存款准备金率的误区,将货币乘数中的“货币”界定为中央银行发行的“流通中货币”,重新梳理中国和美国货币政策实践中的货币乘数变化趋势。

数字经济不仅有助于提升经济运行效率和质量,而且有助于加强中国与RCEP国家经贸合作程度。构建数字经济发展水平的三级指标评价体系,测度中国数字经济发展的实际水平,采用2011—2021年面板数据检验了数字经济对中国与RCEP国家出口持续时间的影响,研究发现:第一,数字经济发展会显著增加中国与RCEP国家出口持续时间;第二,数字经济通过降低贸易成本、提升区域创新能力和增加贸易开放度渠道降低出口风险率,延长出口持续时间;第三,对于不同收入水平RCEP国家来说,当期与上一期数字经济发展会延长中国与中低收入和高收入RCEP国家的出口持续时间,但对中高收入RCEP国家的影响并不显著;第四,对于不同类型产品来说,数字经济发展均会延长中国与RCEP国家出口持续时间。数字经济发展对劳动密集型产品的出口持续时间影响较大,对初级产品的影响较小,说明随着产品附加值的提高,数字经济对中国与RCEP国家出口持续时间的影响逐渐增加。

文章旨在探究L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化和免疫指标的影响。试验将200头初重(8.14±0.07)kg、日龄相近、健康的杂交仔猪随机分为4组,每组5个重复、每个重复10头。试验日粮分别向基础日粮中添加0%、0.1%、0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg。饲养试验持续70?d。结果表明:0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg添加组仔猪的终末体重分别显著提高5.02%和4.18%(P 0.05)。日粮添加0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg显著提高仔猪血清TP、GLB和ALB含量(P sT活性无显著影响(P> 0.05)。日粮添加0.2%和0.4%的L-Arg显著提高仔猪血清IgA含量(P 0.05)。日粮添加L-Arg对仔猪肝、肾、脾和腹股沟淋巴结均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。在本试验条件下,L-Arg最适添加量为0.3%。

玉米是我国第一大粮食作物,对我国粮食安全影响深远。依据重心模型,运用地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIs)测算了1999—2022年我国玉米生产重心与消费重心的移动方向、距离、速度等变化特征,利用耦合模型分析玉米生产与消费的空间匹配性,并结合自然、经济、政治等因素,研究其变动原因。结果表明,1999—2022年我国玉米生产重心整体呈现从西南-东北移动的特点,共移动了148.55 km,平均移动速度为6.46 km·a^(-1);玉米消费重心总体呈现从西南-东北-东南-西南-东北环形变动的特点,阶段性特征明显;生产与消费重心的耦合距离呈先升高后降低的总体特点,但增幅远大于降幅。耦合距离由471.02 km(1999年)变为513.02 km(2022年),其中2013年二者的重心耦合距离达最大值,为557.91 km。2020年以来,玉米生产与消费的耦合距离又出现增加趋势,空间匹配性再度下降,为新时代粮食安全带来了挑战。因此,提出优化玉米区域利益协调机制、构建多主体利益联结机制和支持政策体系、优化玉米区域生产与消费空间格局、实施区域差异性的粮食政策等政策建议。
