Sedimentary and Heavy Mineral Records for the Oligocene-Miocene Exhumation of the Easternmost Tianshan

The topography of the Harlik Mountain has a strong impact on the formation of current arid climate in the Turpan-Hami Basin.However,it is still controversial if Harlik Mountain experienced significant exhumation during the Middle to Late Cenozoic according to the previous thermochronology studies.The features of the Oligocene to Miocene sediments in the foreland basin could provide productive information for resolving the debates.The peak ages of detrital apatite fission track analysis of the Oligocene–Miocene sandstone in the Turpan-Hami Basin are well comparable with the cooling age records of the Harlik Mountain rocks,indicating that the Oligocene–Miocene Taoshuyuanzi Formation in the basin was mostly derived from the Harlik Mountain.The stratigraphic sequence exhibits coarsening upward,reflecting that the source area was in a tectonically active period during the deposition process.Heavy mineral assemblages also suggest that the unstable minerals in the sediment increased significantly at the end of the deposition.Moreover,the proportion of apatite increased up-section,while the garnet content decreased significantly,indicating that the Carboniferous metamorphic rocks have been gradually eroded out and more intrusive rocks have been exposed to the surface.These observations suggest that the Harlik Mountain experienced exhumation during the Oligocene to Miocene,and the denudation depth afterward was probably less than 2.5 km according to the previously apatite(U-Th)/He data.The Oligocene–Miocene exhumation probably acted as one of the triggers for the heavy drought of the Turpan-Hami Basin during the Middle–Late Neogene.

Detrital Zircon Fission-Track Thermochronology of the Present-Day River Drainage System in the Mt. Kailas Area,Western Tibet:Implications for Multiple Cooling Stages of the Gangdese Magmatic Arc

It is still controversial how the high elevation of the Tibetan Plateau established after the Indian-Asian collision during the Cenozoic. The timing of Gangdese magmatic arc exhumation and uplift history would provide useful message for this disputation. We present six zircon fission-track(ZFT) data from modern river sand in the western Tibet, around the Mt. Kailas, to decipher the long-term exhumation histories of the Gangdese magmatic arc. The data suggests that all the Gangdese magmatic arc rocks experienced rapid cooling during the Eocene(~46–35 Ma) and Oligocene(~31–26 Ma). The movement along the north-south trending extensional fault and dextral strike-slip Karakoram fault induced the adjacent rocks exhumed at the Middle Miocene(~15–16 Ma) and Late Miocene(~10–11 Ma), respectively. According to the minimum and central AFT ages for each sample, the fastest exhumation rate is about 0.4 km/Ma, with average long-term exhumation rates on the order of ~0.3 km/Ma since the Oligocene. This result supports the outward growth model for plateau forming, indicating the southern margin of the Gangdese magmatic arc attained high elevation after the Oligocene.

Paleozoic convergence processes in the southwestern Central Asian Orogenic Belt:Insights from U–Pb dating of detrital zircons from West Junggar,northwestern China

The West Junggar orogen,located in the southwestern Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB),preserves an abundant record of tectonic processes associated with the evolution of the Junggar Ocean.In this study,we use detrital zircon U–Pb age data from Ordovician to Carboniferous sandstones in the southern and central West Junggar domains,complemented by literature data,to better constrain the tectonic evolution of the southwestern CAOB.The Kekeshayi,Qiargaye,and Laba formations in the southern West Junggar domain were deposited during the Darriwilian-Sandbian,Katian-Aeronian,and Homerian-Emsian,respectively.Detrital zircon provenances of these formations display a marked shift from the southern West Junggar domain to the Paleo-Kazakhstan Continent(PKC).This suggests that the southern West Junggar intra-oceanic arc might have gradually accreted to the northern margin of the PKC prior to the Emsian,which has significantly contributed to the lateral growth of the PKC.The Carboniferous strata,Xibeikulasi,Baogutu,and Tailegula formations,in the central West Junggar domain represent a coherent sequence of volcaniclastic turbidites and were deposited in a progressively shrinking remnant oceanic basin during the Visean to Moscovian.They contain unimodal detrital zircon distributions and are derived from the local and coeval magmatic rocks in the central West Junggar domain.We propose that the final closure of the Junggar Ocean likely occurred in the end of the Late Carboniferous in response to regional amalgamation events in the southwestern CAOB,which marks the final assembly of the Kazakhstan Orocline.The central and southern West Junggar domains underwent individual evolution in the Paleozoic,and were recombined by the significant intra-continental reworking along the large-scale strike-slip faults.

地球表面空间承载着诸多地理实体,随着时空大数据时代的到来,以还原论为基础、以独立分层建模为特征的传统信息描述方式越发难以描述地形及其关联环境要素所具有的海量信息、产生的复杂相互作用和呈现的时空变化规律,相关研究亟需以系统和整体的角度考察研究对象。针对这一问题,本文从场景学的视角对地形本体及关联环境要素的内容和相互作用开展系统的地理空间认知,提出了地形场景的概念,用于整体性地描述地形场景中的实体、联系与时空变化过程;分析了地形场景的要素构成和逻辑结构,使用时间、地点(空间)、事物、事件、现象为核心的更加整体化、语义化和逻辑化的要素对地形场景进行描述;对地形场景对象及其信息的内容构成进行解析和整理,创建了以“要素-对象-信息”为核心的结构描述框架,并对地形场景未来的发展与可能的技术应用进行了展望。地形场景的提出是场景学概念从整体表达朝向整体研究的一次探索,为进一步进行地形问题的场景化求解和表达奠定基础。

文章探讨超声波辅助提取芡叶总黄酮的工艺,以芡叶总黄酮得率为评价指标,乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声时间和超声温度为影响因素,采用单因素实验和Box-Behnken(BBD)实验设计优化芡叶总黄酮的提取工艺,并测定其体外抗油脂氧化能力。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数68%、料液比1:19 g/mL、超声时间30 min、超声温度49℃,芡叶总黄酮得率为(1.69±0.12)%。芡叶总黄酮能够明显减缓油脂过氧化值(Peroxidation value,POV)值的升高趋势,且具有一定的浓度依赖性。在高温诱导后的第16天,加入0.05 mg/g芡叶总黄酮的动物油脂,其POV值为(15.2±1.16)mmol/kg,仅为空白对照组的33.9%;同样实验条件下的植物油脂,其POV值为(32.1±2.15)mmol/kg,仅为空白对照组的38.6%,二者数值上均接近于加入量为0.03 mg/g丁基羟基茴香醚(Butyl hydroxyanisole,BHA)的抗氧化效果。该实验模型设计达到要求,工艺条件可行、可靠,芡叶总黄酮具有一定的体外抗油脂氧化能力,为当地芡叶资源的充分开发利用提供理论依据。

雷斯青霉Penicillium raistrickii能够产生丰富的次级代谢产物,然而,对其生物合成途径和沉默基因簇的产物研究鲜有报道,这是由于高效遗传操作系统的缺乏严重阻碍了其分子生物学机制研究和天然产物的开发利用。本研究建立了未作为特定对象广泛研究的非模式真菌雷斯青霉CGMCC 3.1066的遗传操作系统。我们逐步确定了孢子萌发培养条件、抗生素筛选浓度、原生质体制备条件和转化DNA片段浓度,利用PEG介导的原生质体转化技术,成功敲除了5个长度分布在1-10kb的基因,平均敲除阳性率为17.5%。此外,我们敲除了雷斯青霉中黑色素前体1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene(DHN)-melanin的合成基因。结果表明,该基因的缺失会导致雷斯青霉孢子颜色变为白色,但不影响正常生长,这使得该位点可作为以雷斯青霉为宿主的异源表达整合位点,可快速可视化辨别整合外源基因的转化子。雷斯青霉遗传操作系统的建立,将为其基因功能鉴定、化合物生物合成途径解析等研究奠定基础,同时为其他非模式丝状真菌转化体系的建立提供重要参考。

顺北地区断控缝洞体蕴藏有丰富的油气资源,断裂带控制了油气运移和聚集。断裂带结构复杂,发育断层、裂缝等多种储集空间,断层中充填不同物质。多种类型的储集空间和充填物导致常规测井响应复杂,加之研究区测井资料不尽相同,断控缝洞体类型识别困难。依据录井和电成像测井等信息,确定了未充填断裂洞穴型、角砾充填断裂洞穴型、泥质充填断裂洞穴型和裂缝型4种断控缝洞体类型。分析了单井测井资料,包括各种测线曲线、无密度测井曲线、无密度和无能谱测井曲线、无密度和无中子测井曲线、无密度和无中子以及无能谱测井曲线和无中子和无能谱测井曲线共6种情况。对比不同类型断控缝洞体的自然伽马、无铀伽马、声波时差、中子、密度、深侧向和浅侧向电阻率等测井响应差异,将测井响应两两组合进行交会分析,优选出5个对断控缝洞体类型敏感的测井响应交会图版,结合不同的测井资料情况,形成4套逐级识别断控缝洞体类型的流程,建立了一种利用常规测井资料识别断控缝洞体类型的方法。应用该方法对顺北地区实际井资料进行处理解释,识别结果与岩心、电成像测井解释结论一致。该识别方法能满足研究区各种测井曲线资料情况的断控缝洞体类型识别需求,识别结果为断裂带内部结构解释提供有效支撑。

We summarize the most important advances in RNA delivery and nanomedicine.We describe lipid nanoparticle-based RNA therapeutics and the impacts on the development of novel drugs.The fundamental properties of the key RNA members are described.We introduced recent advances in the nanoparticles to deliver RNA to defined targets,with a focus on lipid nanoparticles(LNPs).We review recent advances in biomedical therapy based on RNA drug delivery and state-of-the-art RNA application platforms,including the treatment of different types of cancer.This review presents an overview of current LNPs based RNA therapies in cancer treatment and provides deep insight into the development of future nanomedicines sophisticatedly combining the unparalleled functions of RNA therapeutics and nanotechnology.

目的分析滇东地区直肠癌造口患者配偶的预期性悲伤与核心自我评价之间的关系,探究创伤后成长的二者间的中介作用。方法采用预期性悲伤量表、核心自我评价量表、创伤成长量表对130例直肠癌根治术患者的配偶进行问卷调查。结果直肠癌术后腹壁永久造口患者的配偶的预期性悲伤程度与核心自我评价、创伤后成长存在显著负相关,核心自我评价与创伤后成长呈显著正相关。预期性悲伤对核心自我评价有显著负面影响(P<0.001)。预期性悲伤和创伤后成长显著影响核心自我评价,预期性悲伤也显著影响创伤后成长,后者在预期性悲伤对核心自我评价的影响中起中介作用(P均<0.001)。医疗付费方式对创伤后成长的中介作用有显著调节作用(P<0.001)。结论滇东民族地区直肠癌造口患者配偶的核心自我评价影响预期性悲伤程度,该影响被创伤后成长中介,医疗付费方式在二者间起调节作用。
