苦阿乳膏对银屑病动物模型的实验性研究

目的研究苦参素与阿司匹林配伍制成的乳膏(苦阿乳膏)对银屑病动物模型的治疗作用。方法采用苯甲酸雌二醇注射液腹腔注射制造的小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂模型和利用小鼠尾鳞片表皮天然缺乏颗粒层的鼠尾鳞片表皮模型,分别于小鼠阴道和鼠尾给予相对应的药物,观察苦阿乳膏对小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂的抑制及促进鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的影响。结果苦阿乳膏对小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂的抑制作用与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);苦阿乳膏对小鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的促进作用与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论苦阿乳膏对银屑病动物模型有明显的治疗作用。

The Mg_(17)Al_(12)-phase,which is common and important in Mg-Al alloy,has long been regarded as a brittle phase in experiments but theoretical calculations report controversial *** unravel why theoretical calculations report controversial results and determine whether Mg_(17)Al_(12)is brittle or ductile,density functional theory calculations on atomic level are performed to investigate mechanic properties of Mg_(17)Al_(12)without containing alloying elements and without taking the size *** results showed that the parameter k-point played critical role in the DFT-based elastic *** convergent G/B ratio of Mg_(17)Al_(12)was about 0.52,suggesting that the Mg_(17)Al_(12)-phase was theoretically ductile although its ductility was *** chemical bonding in Mg_(17)Al_(12)was the mixture of metallic Mg-Mg bond and covalent Al-Al *** advantage of metallic bonding over covalent bonding provided a possible explanation for the ductility of Mg_(17)Al_(12).Possible reasons for the brittleness of Mg_(17)Al_(12)in experiments are also discussed.

The quest for lightweight and functional materials poses stringent requirements on mechanical performance of porous ***,the contradiction between high strength and elevated porosity of porous materials severely limits their application scenarios in emerging ***,high-strength multifunctional mullite-based porous ceramic monoliths were fabricated utilizing waste fly ash hollow microspheres(FAHMs)by the protein gelling *** to their unique shell-pore structure inspired by shell-protected biomaterials,the monoliths with porosity of 54.69%–70.02% exhibited a high compressive strength(32.3–42.9 MPa)which was 2–5 times that of mullite-based porous ceramics with similar density reported ***,their pore structure and properties could be tuned by regulation of the particle size and content of the FAHMs,and the resultant monoliths demonstrated superior integrated performances for multifunctional applications,such as broadband sound insulation,efficient thermal insulation,and high-temperature fire resistance(>1300℃).On this basis,mullite-based porous ceramic lattices(porosity 68.28%–84.79%)with a hierarchical porous structure were successfully assembled by direct ink writing(DIW),which exhibited significantly higher compressive strength(3.02–10.77 MPa)than most other ceramic lattices with comparable *** unique shell-pore structure can be extended to other porous materials,and our strategy paves a new way for cost-effective,scalable and green production of multifunctional materials with well-defined microstructure.

Orthogonal frequency division multiplex/offset QAM (OFDM/OQAM) has been proven to be a promising multi-carrier modulation (MCM) technique for the transmission of signals over multipath fading channels. However, OFDM/OQAM has also the intrinsic disadvantage of high peak-to-average-power ratio (PAPR) that should be alleviated. In this paper, a novel selective mapping (SLM) method is proposed for OFDM/OQAM system. Since the pulse shape may cover a few OFDM symbols, the basic principle of the proposed method is to apply the SLM method in the range of the most relevant OFDM symbols. Analysis and simulation results show that, compared to the existing SLM algorithms for OFDM/OQAM system, the proposed method has better PAPR performance and lower computation complexity.

Comparisons of Short-Prefix Based Channel Estimation in Single-Carrier Communication Systems

In this work,a series of molecular dynamics simulations have been carried out to investigate the structure and dynamics properties of protic ionic liquid（IL）ethylammonium nitrate（EAN）at various *** simulation results showed that the temperature has a considerable influence on the dynamics properties of EAN rather than its structure *** temperature can significantly accelerate the translational and rotrational motions of cations and *** found that the ion-pair lifetime of protic EAN can be up to several nanoseconds at 300K and the corresponding structural relaxation time can reach up to several tens of nanoseconds,which are one order of magnitude greater than the counterparts of aprotic IL[bmim][PF6]in the previous work.[2]Such differences can be attributed to the stronger hydrogen bonds（HBs）between cations and anions in protic *** comparison,we found that both the lifetime and structural relaxation time of HBs in protic EAN are obviously longer than those in aprotic[bmim][PF6],especially for the HB structural relaxation time of protic EAN also up to several nanoseconds at 300K,which can be comparable with the ion-pair *** simulations reveal clearly that the HBs play a more important role in determing the dynamics properties of protic ILs compared to the aprotic ILs.

In this paper, we compare the performance between channel estimation based on compressed sensing (CS) and time-domain least square (LS) for single-carrier (SC) communication system. Unlike the conventional channel estimation techniques such as frequency domain LS which is used in the condition that the length of pilot sequence is equal to data sequence, the estimation scheme based on CS requires smaller length of pilot sequence. In this paper, the corresponding system structure is presented. Zadoff-Chu sequence is used to generate the pilot sequence, which is shown to perform better in forming measurement matrix of CS than pseudo random sequence. Simulation results demonstrate that channel estimation based on CS achieves a better bit error rate (BER) performance than time domain LS with a smaller pilot sequence and thus raising data rate of the SC communication system.

Recently,the mixed monolayer-protected Au nanoparticles（MPANs）have received much attention due to their potential applications in biosensing,catalysis,drug delivery,and molecular recognition,since more desired properties of mixed MPANs can be achieved not only by varying the size of Au core and ligand length but also by changing the composition and relative position of mixed ligands.A comprehensive understanding of the physical and chemical properties of mixed MPANs is significantly favorable to design and synthesize various MPANs with tailored *** of the most crucial properties is the structure and dynamics of hydrogen-bond（HB）network in the hydration layer of mixed MPANs,which play an important role in determining the interfacial properties of functionalized *** this end,a series of molecular dynamics（MD）simulations have been carried out here to deep investigate the HB dynamics and far–infrared spectra of hydration water around mixed MPANs[Au140（SH（CH2）12（NH3+）x（COO–）1-x）62]（x=0.25,0.50,and 0.75,respectively）with Na+（or Cl–）counterions in aqueous environment,as described by the recent experiments.[1]Our simulation results indicated clearly that the strength of H2O–H2O HBs around mixed MPANs is obvious enhanced for all the compositions of mixed ligands,which is also observed for the charged homo-ligand MPAN.[2]Meanwhile,the vibration mode in far-infrared spectra of HBs between hydration H2O around the mixed MPANs have been calculated for the first time,which undergoes a significantly blue shift behavior as a result of the enhanced H2O–H2O HB *** simulation demonstrated distinctly that the mixed ligand compositions have little influence on the H2O–H2O HB lifetime,while such blue shift should be mainly caused by the stronger HB strength formed by the H2O molecules and terminal groups（i.e.,the H2O–NH3+,and the H2O–COO–）.The detailed HB dynamics and far-infrared spectra of hydration water studied in this work are of great benefit for ex

背景:保护剂导入效果在器官深低温冻存中至关重要,定量分析保护剂二甲基亚砜导入效果可为器官深低温冻存成功提供理论依据。目的:研究兔离断后肢深低温冻存中二甲基亚砜导入效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将50只新西兰大白兔随机分为A1组(n=8)、A2组(n=8)、B1组(n=8)、B2组(n=8)、C1组(n=6)、C2组(n=6)、C3组(n=6),均建立离断后肢深低温保护剂灌注模型,A1组、A2组分别使用10%,20%二甲基亚砜溶液经股动脉持续灌注50min,利用微透析-冰点渗透压仪检测肌肉组织中二甲基亚砜浓度;B1组、B2组分别使用10%,20%二甲基亚砜溶液经股动脉持续灌注30,20 min,利用核磁共振波谱检测血管周围、肌肉与皮下组织中二甲基亚砜浓度;C1组、C2组、C3组分别浸泡于50%,35%,20%二甲基亚砜溶液中30 min,利用核磁共振波谱检测血管周围、肌肉与皮下组织中二甲基亚砜浓度。结果与结论:①A1组、A2组肌肉组织中的二甲基亚砜浓度随着灌注时间的延长而升高,A1组在灌注30 min后浓度稳定在5%左右,A2组在灌注20 min后浓度稳定在12%左右;A2组各灌注时间点肌肉组织中二甲基亚砜浓度均高于A1组(P<0.05);②B2组肌肉组织、血管周围与皮下组织中二甲基亚砜浓度分别为12%,20%,8.6%,B1组血管周围、肌肉组织与皮下组织中二甲基亚砜浓度分别为10.9%,6.9%,1%,两组间相同组织中二甲基亚砜浓度比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);③C1组、C2组、C3组肌肉组织和血管周围未检测到二甲基亚砜存在,C1组、C2组、C3组皮下组织中二甲基亚砜浓度分别为6.5%,2.3%,1.85%,组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);④结果表明,对于兔离断后肢模型,深低温保护剂二甲基亚砜通过传统的浸泡法导入是无效的,而通过动脉灌注法导入20%二甲基亚砜溶液后可在大部分组织达到或接近有效的玻璃化浓度。
