Fused polycyclic N-heterocycles are very important scaffolds in biomedicinal chemistry and materials *** alkyne hydroamination is a powerful method for the construction of *** the last two decades,copper-catalyzed domino reactions based on intramolecular alkyne hydroamination has emerged as a robust strategy for assembling various fused polycyclic *** progress has been achieved in this *** short review covers the advances made in copper-catalyzed domino synthesis of fused polycyclic N-heterocycles based on the strategy from 2008 to 2023,and will hopefully serve as an inspiration towards the exploration of new copper-catalyzed versions of the *** domino transformations are introduced and discussed from five aspects according to the different key processes involved in these reactions.

Decidual lymphocytes may mediate fetal trophoblast recognition and regulate maternal immune reaction and play an essential role in the maintenance of normal pregnancy. The aim of this study was to compare the percentage of T cells, natural killer （NK） cells and natural killer T （NKT） cells within decidual parietalis of normal pregnant controls （NP） and patients with intraheptic cholestasis of pregnancy （ICP）, and to investigate the production of interleukin-4 （IL-4）, interferon-γ （IFN-γ） in the culture supernatant of decidual parietalis mononuclear cells （DPMCs）. Compared with controls, the decidua parietalis from ICP were characterized with significant increased percentages of CD3^＋CD56^＋ cells, CD3^＋CD56^＋ cells, CD56^＋CD16＋ cells, CD56^＋CD16^＋ cells, CD56^＋NKG2D＋ ceils, and the significant decreased percentages of CD3^＋ cells, CD3^＋CD4^＋ cells. There were no differences found for the percentage of CD3^＋CD8^＋ cells, CD56^＋NKG2A^＋ cells between control and study group. In addition, the enhanced concentration of IFN-γ was presented in culture supernatant of DPMCs from ICP. It was suggested that the increased NK cells, NKT cells and the decreased T cells in the decidual parietalis and over-secretion of IFN-γ could be correlated with the pathophysiology of ICP patients. We reported an economic and practical ball-milling method for the synthesis of tetrahvdroquinoline derivatives via a wone-pot"three-component Diels-Alder reaction of anilines,aldehydes and alkenes catalyzed by phos-photungstic acid at room *** this reaction,a simple 'one-pot'ball-milling operation was conducted,readily available starting materials were employed,'one-pot'conditions were applied,and the most important was to use inexpensive and environmentally friendly catalyst phosphotungstic *** tetrahvdroquinolines,which might be potentially applicable in the pharmaceutical and biochemical areas,were conveniently synthesized in moderate to excellent yields.

Three imidazole-modified Ag-polyoxovanadates frameworks(APFs)with a controllable molar ratio of Ag+to polyoxovanadates(POVs)[Ag(IM)_(2)]_(2)V_(4)O_(12)·2Ag(IM)_(2)(APF-1),[Ag_(2)(1-eIM)_(4)]_(2)[Ag(1-eIM)_(2)]_(3)·2Ag(1-eIM)_(2)·3(1-HeIM)[V_(10)O_(28)]_(2)(APF-2)and[Ag(1-pIM)_(2)]_(3)[HV_(10)O_(28)]·2Ag(1-pIM)_(2)·2H_(2)O(APF-3)(IM=imida-zole;1-eIM=1-ethylimidazole and 1-pIM=1-propylimidazole)have been successfully achieved by self-assembly of POVs,Ag+cations,and three different imidazole ***,the molar ratios of Ag+to POVs vary from 4:1,4.5:1 to 5:1 by changing the vanadium resources and imidazole ***,the coordination environment of Ag+cations and the structure of POVs in the APFs are also ***,for APF-1,the four Ag atoms adopt three-coordinated and four-coordinated geometries,respectively,and Ag-imidazole complexes and[V_(4)O 1_(2)]_(4)−cluster form the one-dimensional polymeric *** Ag atoms in APF-2 and APF-3 exhibit two-,four-and five-coordinated geome-tries for APF-2,four-,five-and six-coordinated geometries for APF-3,*** Ag+cations and decavanadate clusters are assembled into the 2D supramolecular structure through the Ag-O bonds and Ag…Ag argentophilic ***,thus-obtained APF-2 can serve as powerful efficient hetero-geneous catalyst for construction of C–N bond and detoxification of simulant sulfur mustard(yields up to 99%),which enable successful recycling for three cycles with remained catalytic activities and structure stability.

Dear Editor,Signal transduction takes the responsibility of translating extracellular information into specific cellular activities,enabling cells,including cancer cells,to respond exquisitely to extracellular guidance cues.N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A),the most pervasive and abundant modification within eukaryotic mRNAs,is known to have specific effects on cellular activities relevant to cancer.1 Despite the fact that m^(6)A methylation is a dynamic event involving a series of enzymes,it remains unknown whether signal transduction,much less extracellular signaling molecules,uses m^(6)A methylation as an effector mechanism in cancer.

The development of bifunctional catalysts has drawn much attention in realizing efficient and feasible catalytic systems to meet the diverse dema nd of pote ntial industrial *** n of stable and powerful bifun ctional catalysts for various catalysis systems is highly desirable yet largely ***,three kinds of decavanadate-based transition metal hybrids(DTMH)(i.e.,Co-DTMH,Ni-DTMH and Ag-DTMH)have been successfully synthesized through a pH tuning strategy and further ***,the rare M05N six-coordinated transition metal coordination modes have been detected in Co-DTMH and Ni-DTMH,while Ag atoms in Ag-DTMH exhibited three-and five-coordinated geometries with the tuning of specially selected imidazole ***-obtained clusters can serve as powerful bifunctional catalysts for both sulfide oxidation and C-C bond ***,Ag-DTMH dem on st rated excellent heteroge ne ous bifunctional catalytic properties in the selective oxidati on of sulfides and construction of C-C bond(yields up to 99%),which enable successful recycling for three cycles with remained catalytic activities and structure *** newly designed decavanadate-based transition metal hybrids with bifunctional property hold high promise in the practical applications like continuous catalysis or flow bed reactions.

One-step assembly of organic-ligand modified Pd-Keggin-POMs has been rarely reported,so as for their applications in catalytic benzothiadiazole generation and derived cell-imaging ***,three PdKeggin-POMs(compounds 1-3)have been successfully synthesized via a one-step assembly ***-obtained Pd-Keggin-POMs with well-defined structures and heterogeneous properties enable highly efficient catalytic benzothiadiazole ***,compound 3 showed outstanding catalytic activities in Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reactions for the generation of benzothiadiazole derivatives(yields,90%-97%)and was represented as one of the best catalysts reported to ***,the obtained benzothiadiazoles were used as the bio-probe for tracking lipid droplets in living-cells and exhibited large Stokes shifts(130 nm),low cytotoxicity and good targeting,which could be also applied to mark the distribution of LDs in living He La *** investigations clearly decipher the functions of PdKeggin-POMs toward finding novel bio-probe materials,highlighting a new insight into the generation of sustainable materials in life-science.

A condition-controlled strategy for selectively synthesis of 2-acylbenzothiazoles and bibenzo[b][1,4]thiazines from aryl methyl ketones and disulfanediyldianilines was realized using I_(2)/DMSO or I_(2)/MeCN systems,*** desired products were synthesized in only 15 min with moderate to excellent yields(50%-90%)under microwave-assisted,metal-free *** strategy provides a great advantage for selective synthetic applications in the efficient synthesis of benzothiazoles and bibenzothiazines heterocycle compounds.

Purpose The Space Environment Simulation and Research Infrastructure(SESRI)is a cluster of accelerators designed to simulate the cosmic radiation environment by generating particles of various types and *** these accelerators,a synchrotron in the 300 MeV proton and heavy ion accelerator complex utilizes a multiturn injection scheme with four bump magnets to accumulate proton and heavy ion beams ***,the bump magnetic field experiences a rapid drop rate of up to 1000 T/s,inevitably leading to a deviation(field tracking error)from the ideal magnetic *** injection efficiency and particle distribution are significantly affected by this field tracking error,as evaluated by the ACCSIM *** During the device testing stage,the sources of field tracking errors were identified by analysis of the bump power supplies and the field of the *** techniques were then implemented to reduce the field tracking error from[Math Processing Error]to[Math Processing Error]throughout the entire power supply,transmission cable,and magnet *** Moreover,the successful injection and accumulation of beams during the operational phase of the synchrotron confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed mitigation ***,a magnetic field measurement system was developed to monitor the magnetic field tracking error *** The combination of the field tracking error mitigation methods and the measurement system provides valuable guidance for optimizing the magnetic fields with rapid drop rates.
