Design of novel RGO/2D strip-like ZIF-8/DMAOP ternary hybrid structure towards high-efficiency microwave absorption, active and passive anti-corrosion, and synergistic antibacterial performance

In order to meet the requirements of the marine environment for microwave absorption(MA)materials,we put forward the strategy of constructing multi-functional composite materials,which integrate microwave absorption,anti-corrosion,and antibacterial ***,graphene oxide(GO)was used as a template to induce the growth of zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8),simultaneously as a two-dimensional(2D)nanocontainers to load corrosion inhibitors to achieve pH-responsive and self-healing ***,quaternary ammonium salt(dimethyl octadecyl(3-trimethoxylsilyl propyl)ammonium chloride(DMAOP))and sodium ascorbate(VCNa)were introduced to achieve synergistic antibacterial activity and the reduction of *** 2D strip-like structure of ZIF-8 was due to the confined growth induced by the electrostatic attraction between ZIF-8 and GO *** as-obtained reduced GO(RGO)/ZIF-8/DMAOP5 exhibited excellent microwave absorption(MA)properties,with a minimum reflection loss(RL)value of-47.08 dB at 12.73 GHz when the thickness was 2.8 ***,the effective absorption bandwidth reached 6.84 *** soaking in 3.5%NaCl solution for 35 days,the RGO/ZIF-8/DMAOP5-0.7%coating still achieved an impedance value of 4.585×107Ω·cm^(2) and a protective efficiency of 99.994%,providing superior anti-corrosion *** addition,fantastic antibacterial activity was obtained,with the antibacterial rates of RGO/ZIF-8/DMAOP_(10) reaching 99.39%and 100%against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus *** work could open new avenues towards the development of a new generation of multifunctional MA materials.

Efficiency-oriented vehicle relocation of shared autonomous electric fleet in station-based car-sharing system

Long waiting delays for users and significant imbalances in vehicle distribution are bothering traditional station-based one-way electric car-sharing system operators. To address the problems above, a “demand forecast-station status judgement-vehicle relocation”multistage dynamic relocation algorithm based on the automatic formation cruising technology was proposed in this study. In stage one, a novel trip demand forecast model based on the long short-term memory network was established to predict users' car-pickup and car-return order volumes at each station. In stage two, a dynamic threshold interval was determined by combining the forecast results with the actual vehicle distribution among stations to evaluate the status of each station. Then vehicle-surplus, vehicleinsufficient, vehicle-normal stations, and the number of surplus or insufficient vehicles for each station were counted. In stage three, setting driving mileage and carbon emission as the optimization objectives, an integer linear programming mathematical model was constructed and the optimal vehicle relocation scheme was obtained by the commercial solver Gurobi. Setting 43 stations and 187 vehicles in Jiading District, Shanghai, China, as a case study, results showed that rapid vehicle rebalancing among stations with minimum carbon emissions could be realized within 15 min and the users' car-pickup and car-return demands could be fully satisfied without any refusal.

Revealing the stability origins of 596 days-humidity-stable semitransparentperovskite solar cells

Fabrication of Molecularly Imprinted Electrospun Nanofibers with Mono-amidoxime Functional Ligand for Efficient Decontamination of Toxic Organophosphates

There is an urgent imperative to discover practical and efficacious artificial catalysts for the expeditious decontamination of toxic organophosphates. Herein, we propose a novel molecularly imprinted approach utilizing electrospun fiber scaffolds. Specifically, an amidoxime-based functional polymer (PMAOX) has been synthesized, which contains amidoxime groups that can act as nucleophiles and ligands for the formation of catalytic active sites. This polymer was blended with polyacrylonitrile (PAN), a well-processable material, to prepare a nanofiber mat using electrospinning techniques. Then, the amidoxime side groups on fiber surface were further cross-linked after the molecular coordination of templates to complete the molecularly imprinting process. This approach can not only enhance the content of functional molecularly imprinted polymers without affecting structural stability, but also combines surface MI technology to fully expose and leverage the advantages of active sites. The as prepared molecularly imprinted electrospun nanofibers MIF-Zn-PMAOX/PAN-6/4 catalyzes the degradation of paraoxon with a half-life of 32 min, and MIF-Ag-PMAOX/PAN catalyzes the degradation of parathion with a half-life of 18 min. The maximum catalytic rate evidence rate enhancements nearly 3700-fold of the self-hydrolysis. Thus, the mono-amidoxime based molecularly imprinted fibers demonstrate the versatility and superiority as self-detoxifying for organophosphates.

Carvedilol may attenuate liver cirrhosis by inhibiting angiogenesis through the VEGF-Src-ERK signaling pathway

AIM: To investigate the effect of carvedilol on angiogenesis and the underlying signaling ***: The effect of carvedilol on angiogenesis was examined using a human umbilical vascular endothelial cell(HUVEC) model. The effect of carvedilol on cell viability was measured by CCK8 assay. Flow cytometry was used to assess the effect of carvedilol on cell cycle progression. Cell migration, transwell migration and tube formation assays were performed to analyze the effect of carvedilol on HUVEC function. Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) induced activation of HUVECs, which were pretreated with different carvedilol concentrations or none. Western blot analysis detected the phosphorylation levels of three cell signaling pathway proteins, VEGFR-2, Src, and extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK). The specific Src inhibitor PP2 was used to assess the role of Src in the VEGF-induced angiogenic ***: Carvedilol inhibited HUVEC proliferation in a dose-dependent manner(IC50 = 38.5 mmol/L). The distribution of cells in the S phase decreased from 43.6% to 37.2%, 35.6% and 17.8% by 1, 5 and 10 μmol/L carvedilol for 24 h, respectively. Carvedilol(10 μmol/L) reduced VEGF-induced HUVEC migration from 67.54 ± 7.83 to 37.11 ± 3.533(P < 0.001). Carvedilol concentrations of 5 μmol/L and 10 μmol/L reduced cell invasion from 196.3% ± 18.76% to 114.0% ± 12.20% and 51.68% ± 8.28%, respectively. VEGFinduced tube formation was also reduced significantly by 5 μmol/L and 10 μmol/L carvedilol from 286.0 ± 36.72 to 135.7 ± 18.13(P < 0.05) and 80.27 ± 11.16(P < 0.01) respectively. We investigated several intracellular protein levels to determine the reason for these reductions. Treatment with 10 μmol/L carvedilol reduced VEGF-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of VEGFR-2 from 175.5% ± 8.54% to 52.67% ± 5.33%(P < 0.01). Additionally, 10 μmol/L carvedilol reduced VEGF-induced ERK 1/2 phosphorylation from 181.9% ± 18.61% to 56.45% ± 7.64%(P < 0.01). The VEGFinduced increase

随着筑港向远海、深水、开敞环境发展,缺乏风、浪实测资料严重影响筑港质量和进度。通过对大气科学和海洋学资料收集、模型研究和集成开发,形成以再分析数据和实测数据为基础、中尺度大气模式WRF和第3代海浪模式WWⅢ为核心的风浪后报系统。系统采用BS架构和浏览器作为人机接口、Linux大型并行计算服务器和MPI为模型运行环境,采用网络和指令形式实现WEB服务对模型的控制,采用用户、项目、模型、类型、实例分级实现对大量模型的管理。该系统可对任意海区任意时段的风场、深水波浪场进行后报模拟。实例验证表明,该方法和系统可较好模拟台风场及相应的波浪场。
