Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is a global public health ***-α(IFN-α)treatment has been used to treat hepatitis B for over 20 years,but fewer than 5%of Asians receiving IFN-αtreatment achieve functional ***,IFN-αretreatment has been introduced to enhance antiviral *** recent years,immune-related studies have found that the complex interactions between immune cells and cytokines could modulate immune response networks,including both innate and adaptive immunity,triggering immune responses that control HBV ***,heterogeneity of the immune system to control HBV infection,particularly HBV-specific CD8^(+)T cell heterogeneity,has consequential effects on T cell-based immunotherapy for treating HBV ***,the host’s genetic variants,negative-feedback regulators and HBV components affecting the immune system's ability to control *** this study,we reviewed the literature on potential immune mechanisms affecting the immune control of HBV and the clinical effects of IFN-αtreatment and retreatment.

Gastric cancer(GC)is the fourth leading cause of cancer-related *** occurrence and development of GC is a complex process involving multiple biological *** traditional regulation modulates molecular functions related to the occurrence and development of GC,the comprehensive mechanisms remain *** region(UCR)refers to a genome sequence that is completely conserved in the homologous regions of the human,rat and mouse genomes,with 100%identity,without any insertions or deletions,and often located in fragile sites and tumour-related *** transcribed UCR(T-UCR)is transcribed from the UCR and is a new type of long noncoding *** studies have found that the expression level of T-UCRs changes during the occurrence and development of GC,revealing a new mechanism underlying ***,this article aims to review the relevant research on T-UCRs in GC,as well as the function of T-UCRs and their regulatory role in the occurrence and development of GC,to provide new strategies for GC diagnosis and treatment.

Single-cell RNA sequencing reveals the gene structure and gene expression status of a single cell,which can reflect the heterogeneity between ***,batch effects caused by non-biological factors may hinder data integration and downstream *** the batch effect can be evaluated by visualizing the data,which actually is subjective and *** this work,we propose a quantitative method cKBET,which considers the batch and cell type information *** cKBET method accesses batch effects by comparing the global and local fraction of cells of different batches in different cell *** verify the performance of our cKBET method on simulated and real biological data *** experimental results show that our cKBET method is superior to existing methods in most *** general,our cKBET method can detect batch effect with either balanced or unbalanced cell types,and thus evaluate batch correction methods.

Predictive maintenance has emerged as an effective tool for curbing maintenance costs,yet prevailing research predominantly concentrates on the abnormal *** the ostensibly stable healthy phase,the reliance on anomaly detection to preempt equipment malfunctions faces the challenge of sudden anomaly *** address this challenge,this paper proposes a dual-task learning approach for bearing anomaly detection and state evaluation of safe *** proposed method transforms the execution of the two tasks into an optimization issue of the hypersphere *** leveraging the monotonicity and distinguishability pertinent to the tasks as the foundation for optimization,it reconstructs the SVDD model to ensure equilibrium in the model’s performance across the two *** experiments verify the proposed method’s effectiveness,which is interpreted from the perspectives of parameter adjustment and enveloping *** the meantime,experimental results also show two deficiencies in anomaly detection accuracy and state evaluation *** theoretical analysis inspires us to focus on feature extraction and data collection to achieve *** proposed method lays the foundation for realizing predictive maintenance in a healthy stage by improving condition awareness in safe regions.

The paper investigates the escape probability for isotropic emitters near a Kerr black *** propose a new approach to obtain the escape probability in a general manner,going beyond previous case-by-case *** approach is based on studies of the black hole shadow with astrometric observable and can be applied to emitters with an arbitrary 4-velocities and locations,even to the emitters outside of the equatorial *** also consider representative examples illustrating how escape probabilities vary with distance,velocity,and inclination ***,this new approach provides an effective method for studying escape probabilities near Kerr black holes.

The problem of prescribed performance tracking control for unknown time-delay nonlinear systems subject to output constraints is dealt with in this paper. In contrast with related works, only the most fundamental requirements, i.e., boundedness and the local Lipschitz condition, are assumed for the allowable time delays. Moreover, we focus on the case where the reference is unknown beforehand, which renders the standard prescribed performance control designs under output constraints infeasible. To conquer these challenges, a novel robust prescribed performance control approach is put forward in this ***, a reverse tuning function is skillfully constructed and automatically generates a performance envelop for the tracking error. In addition, a unified performance analysis framework based on proof by contradiction and the barrier function is established to reveal the inherent robustness of the control system against the time delays. It turns out that the system output tracks the reference with a preassigned settling time and good accuracy,without constraint violations. A comparative simulation on a two-stage chemical reactor is carried out to illustrate the above theoretical findings.

Efficient utilization of sinter return fine is an important measure to reduce cost,increase efficiency,save energy and reduce emission.A new path of green and efficient utilization of return fine was proposed to produce composite *** metallurgical properties of composite pellets under the condition of hydrogen-rich blast furnace were *** experimental results indicate that the coated concentrate was consolidated for the composite pellets through normal Fe_(2)O_(3) *** the surface of core return fine,the liquid phase formed due to its low-melting point,assimilated the adjacent concentrate,and then consolidated with the temperature *** with regular pellets,the com-pressive strength and reduction swelling index of composite pellets were decreased,but the reducibility index and softening-melting properties were *** addition,the reduction degradation index of composite pellets was sig-nificantly higher than that of ***,adding composite pellets was conducive to indirect reduction in blast furnace,reducing fuel ratio and improving production *** to the effect of the roasting system on the metallurgical properties,the roasting temperature and time were determined as 1250℃and 30 min,*** composite pellets can be produced under the traditional pelletizing process.

The pulsar timing array(PTA)collaborations have recently reported compelling evidence for a stochastic signal consistent with a gravitational-wave *** this paper,we combine the latest data sets from NANOGrav,PPTA,and EPTA to explore cosmological interpretations for the PTA signal from first-order phase transitions,domain walls,and cosmic strings,*** find that the domain wall model is strongly disfavored with the Bayes factors compared with the first-order phase transitions and cosmic strings being 1/90 and 1/189,respectively,breaking the degeneracy among these models in individual data *** also find that:(1)a strong phase transition at temperatures below the electroweak scale is favored,and the bubble collisions make the dominant contribution to the energy density spectrum;(2)a small reconnection probability p<1.55×10^(-1)allowed by strings in(super)string theory is favored at the 95%confidence level,and ground-based detectors can further constrain the parameter space.

Exoskeletons generally require accurate dynamic models to design the model-based controller conveniently under the human-robot interaction ***,due to unknown model parameters such as the mass,moment of inertia and mechanical size,the dynamic model of exoskeletons is difficult to ***,an enhanced whale optimization algorithm(EWOA)is proposed to identify the exoskeleton model ***,the periodic excitation trajectories are designed by finite Fourier series to input the desired position demand of exoskeletons with mechanical physical *** a backstepping controller based on the identified model is adopted to improve the human-robot wearable comfortable performance under cooperative ***,the proposed Model parameters identification and control are verified by a two-DOF exoskeletons *** knee joint motion achieves a steady-state response after 0.5 ***,the position error of hip joint response is less than 0.03 rad after 0.9 *** addition,the steady-state human-robot interaction torque of the two joints is constrained within 15 N·*** research proposes a whale optimization algorithm to optimize the excitation trajectory and identify model ***,an enhanced mutation strategy is adopted to avoid whale evolution’s unsatisfactory local optimal value.
