Pertussis is an acute and highly contagious respiratory disease caused by Bordetella pertussis(***),which occurs in people of all ages and is most dangerous for young children,especially *** introduction of whole-cell pertussis vaccines(wPVs)in the 1950s dramatically reduced the incidence of pertussis worldwide[1].However,over the past two decades,many studies have reported the resurgence of pertussis in different countries[2].Epidemiological surveillance in Hubei Province over the last 3 years revealed a clear increasing trend in the incidence of pertussis during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.

为解决传统“321桁架梁”、“六四式军用梁”等钢拱架施工风险高、拼装难度大、无法重复使用的缺陷,文章提出1套装配式可调钢拱架体系。可调钢拱架由基本节段与可调构造组成,其中可调构造包括跨径调节、幅宽调节与轴线调节构造,可适应不同特性的主拱圈施工,并基于Midas Civil软件验证了钢拱架的强度及稳定性。结果表明,装配式可调钢拱架整体强度、稳定性及调节螺杆强度均满足设计规范要求。结合大宁河大桥地质条件复杂、岩溶微发育、对拱架强度要求高的特性,研究了主拱圈施工、可调钢拱架安装、预压及拆除等施工关键技术。

In this study,we comprehensively investigated the scaling law for elastic properties of three-dimensional honeycomb-like graphenes(3D graphenes)using hybrid neural network potential-based molecular dynamics simulations and theoretical *** elastic constants were obtained as functions of honeycomb hole size,denoted by the graphene wall length *** five independent elastic constants in the large-L limit are proportional to L^(-1).The associated coefficients are combinations of elastic constants of two-dimensional ***-order terms including L^(-2)and L^(-3)emerge for finite L *** have three origins,the distorted areas close to the joint lines of 3D graphenes,the variation in solid angles between graphene plates,and the bending distortion of graphene ***,the chirality becomes essential with decreasing L because the joint line structures are different between the armchair and zigzag-type 3D *** findings provide insights into the elastic properties of graphene-based superstructures and can be used for further studies on graphene-based materials.

目的探讨雄激素受体和Ki-67在三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)中的表达,并研究它们与患者预后的关系。方法选择了朝阳市中心医院2015年1月~2020年5月期间治疗的TNBC女性患者88例作为观察组,同时纳入了非三阴性乳腺癌(NTNBC)女性患者89例作为对照组。我们检测了AR和Ki-67的表达情况,并观察它们在TNBC中的表达差异,同时分析了它们与患者预后的关系。结果AR在观察组的表达率低于对照组(P<0.05),而Ki-67在观察组中的表达率高于对照组(P<0.05)。AR和Ki-67的表达均与肿瘤直径以及淋巴结转移个数有关(P<0.05)。COX回归分析显示,病理分级、淋巴结转移个数、AR和Ki-67表达情况是影响TNBC预后的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论AR和Ki-67与TNBC的预后密切相关,AR阳性表达和Ki-67低表达的患者提示预后较好,生存时间更长。

目的探讨舒尼替尼联合卡培他滨治疗三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月河北中石油中心医院收治的TNBC患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组应用卡培他滨治疗,研究组加用舒尼替尼治疗,均治疗3个周期。对两组患者疗效、免疫功能和血清糖类抗原153(CA153)、特异性组织多肽抗原(TPS)、胸苷激酶1(TK1)水平,以及患者的生活质量、不良反应发生情况进行评价。结果共纳入60例患者,对照组和研究组各30例。治疗3个周期后,两组患者的客观缓解率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的疾病控制率高于对照组(86.67%比60.00%),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平及乳腺癌生命质量测定量表、社会适应性问卷评分高于对照组[(49.26±3.11)比(41.02±3.46)、(42.55±5.11)比(35.16±4.18)、(1.98±0.22)比(1.66±0.36)、(85.12±1.65)分比(72.65±1.48)分、(143.65±2.78)分比(135.26±3.16)分],CD8^(+)、血清CA153、TPS、TK1水平及医院焦虑抑郁量表评分低于对照组[(16.56±1.87)比(21.34±2.15)、(20.45±3.79)U/mL比(24.22±4.12)U/mL、(5.45±1.46)ng/mL比(7.11±2.01)ng/mL、(1.56±0.26)pmol/L比(1.91±0.23)pmol/L、(10.33±1.08)分比(12.22±1.02)分],差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论舒尼替尼联合卡培他滨治疗TNBC疗效较好,能显著提高患者的疾病控制率,改善其免疫功能和生活质量,降低血清CA153、TPS、TK1水平,安全性较高。

Distribution of oxide inclusions in H13 castings under super-gravity field with multi-stage rotation speeds

The 42 kg industrial H13 castings were prepared by different super-gravity fields with multi-rotation speeds,and the distribution of oxide inclusions in the castings was *** addition,the inward movement Reynolds number and inward movement time of oxide inclusions as well as the solidification time of molten steel at different positions in the castings were calculated to clarify the removal mechanism of oxide inclusions in super-gravity *** results show that the large size(i.e.,greater than 10μm)oxide inclusions are mainly concentrated in the inner and outer parts of the super-gravity castings with constant rotation speed(500 r min^(-1))and five-stage rotation speeds(500,600,750,850,and 950 r min^(-1)),respectively,while there are no large oxide inclusions in the super-gravity castings with three-stage rotation speeds(500,600,and 750 r min^(-1)).Although an increase in the particle size of inclusion and the rotation speed in super-gravity field is conducive to the increase in the inward movement Reynolds number of oxide inclusions and reduction in the inward movement time of oxide inclusions,it will reduce the local solidification time of molten *** the range of the rotation speed studied,the super-gravity field with three-stage rotation speeds has the best effect on the removal of inclusions in H13 molten steel.

Neisseria meningitidis(***)is a gram negative *** meningitidis(meningococcus)was first identified in the cerebrospinal fluid of a patient with meningitis in 1887 by Weichselbaum,and the epidemic was traced back to 1805[1].The serogroups A,B,C,W,X,and Y were the most frequent causes of meningococcal diseased[1].*** usually colonizes the human nasopharynx[2].The common clinical manifestations of invasive *** infection are meningococcemia and acute meningitis[2].Some patients with meningococcal disease may present with pneumonia,arthritis,pericarditis,conjunctivitis,epiglottitis,sinusitis,otitis,urethritis,and proctitis[2].However,patients rarely present with acute peritonitis initially.
