Molecular dielectric switches constitute a type of intelligent materials that are highly coveted for their distinctive advantages of switchable dielectric responses,lightweight,and mechanical ***(2D)hybrid perovskites have demonstrated excellent promise for assembling dielectric switches,in which the dynamic motions of organic moieties afford driving force to trigger switchable dielectric phase ***,we successfully assembled a new lead-free hybrid double perovskite,(CHA)4Cu Bi Br8(1,CHA=cyclohexylammonium),adopting a typical 2D structural motif,which shows dielectric anisotropy and bistable behaviors during the reversible phase transition near T_(c)=378 K(the Curie temperature).That is,its dielectric constants could be switched and tuned between high-dielectric and low-dielectric *** analyses reveal that the ordered-disordered transformation of the organic CHA+moiety and distortion of inorganic framework account for its phase *** result will stimulate further exploration of molecular dielectric switches in this 2D environmentally friendly family.

The satellite-terrestrial networks possess the ability to transcend geographical constraints inherent in traditional communication networks,enabling global coverage and offering users ubiquitous computing power support,which is an important development direction of future *** this paper,we take into account a multi-scenario network model under the coverage of low earth orbit(LEO)satellite,which can provide computing resources to users in faraway areas to improve task processing ***,LEO satellites experience limitations in computing and communication resources and the channels are time-varying and complex,which makes the extraction of state information a daunting ***,we explore the dynamic resource management issue pertaining to joint computing,communication resource allocation and power control for multi-access edge computing(MEC).In order to tackle this formidable issue,we undertake the task of transforming the issue into a Markov decision process(MDP)problem and propose the self-attention based dynamic resource management(SABDRM)algorithm,which effectively extracts state information features to enhance the training *** results show that the proposed algorithm is capable of effectively reducing the long-term average delay and energy consumption of the tasks.

The analysis of optical spectra—emission or absorption—has been arguably the most powerful approach for discovering and understanding *** invention and development of many kinds of spectrometers have equipped us with versatile yet ultra-sensitive diagnostic tools for trace gas detection,isotope analysis,and resolving hyperfine structures of atoms and *** proliferating data and information,urgent and demanding requirements have been placed today on spectrum analysis with ever-increasing spectral bandwidth and frequency *** requirements are especially stringent for broadband laser sources that carry massive information and for dispersive devices used in information processing *** addition,spectrum analyzers are expected to probe the device’s phase response where extra information is *** we demonstrate a novel vector spectrum analyzer(VSA)that is capable of characterizing passive devices and active laser sources in one *** a dual-mode VSA can measure loss,phase response,and dispersion properties of passive *** also can coherently map a broadband laser spectrum into the RF *** VSA features a bandwidth of 55.1 THz(1260–1640 nm),a frequency resolution of 471 kHz,and a dynamic range of 56 ***,our fiber-based VSA is compact and *** requires neither high-speed modulators and photodetectors nor any active feedback ***,we employ our VSA for applications including characterization of integrated dispersive waveguides,mapping frequency comb spectra,and coherent light detection and ranging(LiDAR).Our VSA presents an innovative approach for device analysis and laser spectroscopy,and can play a critical role in future photonic systems and applications for sensing,communication,imaging,and quantum information processing.

Objective: To identify the core targets of Rheum palmatum L. and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,(Dahuang-Danshen, DH-DS) and the mechanism underlying its therapeutic efficacy in acute pancreatitis(AP)using a network pharmacology approach and validate the findings in animal experiments. Methods: Network pharmacology analysis was used to elucidate the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of DH-DS in AP. The reliability of the results was verified by molecular docking simulation and molecular dynamics ***, the results of network pharmacology enrichment analysis were verified by immunohistochemistry,Western blot analysis and real-time quantitative PCR, respectively. Results: Sixty-seven common targets of DH-DS in AP were identified and mitogen-activated protein kinase 3(MAPK3), Janus kinase 2(JAK2), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3), protein c-Fos(FOS) were identified as core targets in the protein interaction(PPI) network analysis. Gene ontology analysis showed that cellular response to organic substance was the main functions of DH-DS in AP, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis showed that the main pathway included Th17 cell differentiation. Molecular docking simulation confirmed that DH-DS binds with strong affinity to MAPK3, STAT3 and FOS. Molecular dynamics simulation revealed that FOS-isotanshinone Ⅱ and STAT3-dan-shexinkum d had good binding capacity. Animal experiments indicated that compared with the AP model group, DH-DS treatment effectively alleviated AP by inhibiting the expression of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α, and blocking the activation of Th17 cell differentiation(P<0.01). Conclusion: DH-DS could inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors and protect pancreatic tissues,which would be functioned by regulating Th17 cell differentiation-related m RNA and protein expressions.

Foxes are susceptible to SARS-CoV-2 in laboratory settings,and there have also been reports of natural infections of both SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 in *** this study,we assessed the binding capacities of fox ACE2 to important sarbecoviruses,including SARS-CoV,SARS-CoV-2,and animal-origin SARS-CoV-2 related *** findings demonstrated that fox ACE2 exhibits broad binding capabilities to receptor-binding domains(RBDs)of *** further determined the cryo-EM structures of fox ACE2 complexed with RBDs of SARS-CoV,SARS-CoV-2 prototype(PT),and Omicron *** structural analysis,we identified that the K417 mutation can weaken the ability of SARS-CoV-2 sub-variants to bind to fox ACE2,thereby reducing the susceptibility of foxes to SARS-CoV-2 *** addition,the Y498 residue in the SARS-CoV RBD plays a crucial role in forming a vital cation-πinteraction with K353 in the fox ACE2 *** interaction is the primary determinant for the higher affinity of the SARS-CoV RBD compared to that of the SARS-CoV-2 PT *** results indicate that foxes serve as potential hosts for numerous sarbecoviruses,highlighting the critical importance of surveillance efforts.

Post-synthetic installation strategy is an effective approach to improve the functions of metal-organic frameworks（MOFs）. Herein, a pair of chiral MOFs is successfully constructed through solvothermal subcomponent self-assembly and exhibit circularly polarized luminescence（CPL）. These MOFs contain coordinatively unsaturated Zn sites and channels, which allow the installation of pyridyl-terminated pillars into the original structure. Such a post-synthetic installation process reinforces the MOFs' rigidity and increases the photoluminescence quantum yields（PLQYs）. Furthermore, the luminescence dissymmetry factors(glum) of these post-modified MOFs are amplified after installing the pillars. This work provides an appealing strategy for boosting the CPL performance of chiral MOFs.

Safety remains a persistent challenge for high-energy-density lithium metal batteries（LMBs）.The development of safe and non-flammable electrolytes is especially important in harsh conditions such as high ***,a flame-retardant,low-cost and thermally stable long chain phosphate ester based（tributyl phosphate,TBP） electrolyte is reported,which can effectively enhance the cycling stability of highly loaded high-nickel LMBs with high safety through co-solvation *** interfacial compatibility between TBP and electrode is effectively improved using a short-chain ether（glycol dimethyl ether,DME）,and a specially competitive solvation structure is further constructed using lithium borate difluorooxalate（LiDFOB） to form the stable and inorganic-rich electrode *** from the presence of the cathode electrolyte interphase（CEI） and solid electrolyte interphase（SEI） enriched with LiF and LixPOyFz,the electrolyte demonstrates excellent cycling stability assembled using a 50 μm lithium foil anode in combination with a high loading NMC811(15.4 mg cm-2) cathode,with 88% capacity retention after 120 ***,the electrolyte exhibits excellent high-temperature characteristics when used in a 1-Ah pouch cell（N/P=0.26）,and higher thermal runaway temperature（238℃） in the ARC（accelerating rate calorimeter） demonstrating high *** novel electrolyte adopts long-chain phosphate as the main solvent for the first time,and would provide a new idea for the development of extremely high safety and high-temperature electrolytes.
