Constructing the low-cost,high-efficiency,and good batch-to-batch reproducibility polymer donor is vitally important for the application of organic solar ***,we develop a structurally simple carboxylate-substituted thiazole as an electronwithdrawing building block to construct a low-cost polymer,PBTTzE,containing a facilely prepared chlorinated benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene(BDTCl)donor *** from synergistic electron deficient effects of chlorination and ester group and C=N,as well as the noncovalent interaction of S…O and S…N,PBTTzE exhibits a deep HOMO energy level(−5.59 eV),and a planar skeleton *** combined with the IT-4F acceptor,the polymer(54 kDa)demonstrated a champion PCE of 15.87%,which is the highest value in the IT-4F-based binary devices to ***,PBTTzE exhibits excellent batch-tobatch reproducibility due to its very similar PCEs within a range of 43–76 *** addition,an alloyed state and complementary absorption can be formed between PM6 and ***,in a ternary device with PBTTzE added to the PM6:BTP-eC9 blend,a top PCE of 18.76%is achieved due to the suppressed energy loss,prolonged exciton diffusion distance,and improved charge *** work demonstrates that the carboxylate-substituted thiazole is a highly promising acceptor unit for constructing low-cost and high-performance polymers.

Wearable pressure sensors capable of adhering comfortably to the skin hold great promise in sound ***,current intelligent speech assistants based on pressure sensors can only recognize standard languages,which hampers effective communication for non-standard language ***,we prepare an ultralight Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene/chitosan/polyvinylidene difluoride composite aerogel with a detection range of 6.25 Pa-1200 k Pa,rapid response/recovery time,and low hysteresis(13.69%).The wearable aerogel pressure sensor can detect speech information through the throat muscle vibrations without any interference,allowing for accurate recognition of six dialects(96.2%accuracy)and seven different words(96.6%accuracy)with the assistance of convolutional neural *** work represents a significant step forward in silent speech recognition for human–machine interaction and physiological signal monitoring.

提出一种基于混沌激光的无后处理多位物理随机数高速提取方法.该方法在光域中利用锁模激光器作为光时钟,通过太赫兹光非对称解复用器完成对混沌激光的超低抖动光采样,无需射频时钟及后续逻辑处理过程的参与,经多位比较量化可直接产生优质物理随机数.并以光反馈半导体激光器这一典型的混沌激光产生装置作为熵源对所提方法进行了原理性实验论证.结果显示,光反馈半导体激光器产生的6 GHz混沌激光经5 GSa/s实时、低抖动光采样后,利用并行输出型多位比较器对所获混沌脉冲序列进行量化处理,选取最低有效位4位,可直接产生速率达20 Gb/s的随机数.该随机数速率由选取的量化结果最低有效位数和光采样率联合决定,而当前光采样率受限于所用混沌激光熵源的带宽.本文工作可为硬件上实现更高速物理随机数的实时、在线产生提供有力的技术和理论支撑.

Effect of pouring time on microstructure and mechanical properties of centrifugal cast Ti-46Al alloy tubes

The grain size of TiAl alloy castings prepared by traditional casting process is coarse,thus showing poor mechanical *** this study,a new type of high performance Ti-46Al alloy tube prepared by vacuum centrifugal casting technology was *** research comprehensively examined the influence of pouring time on the microstructure and mechanical performance of the castings,employing both experimental approaches and ProCast simulation *** findings indicate that prolonging the pouring time facilitates a microstructural evolution from coarse columnar grains to refined equiaxed *** the condition of pouring temperature of 1,600℃,rotation speed of 800 r·min^(-1) and pouring time of 6 s,the tensile strength of Ti-46Al alloy at room temperature reaches 650 MPa,and the tensile strength at 800℃ reaches 705 MPa,which is significantly higher than that of traditional as-cast Ti-Al alloy.

A novel and visible ratiometric fluorescence determination of carbaryl based on red emissive carbon dots by a solvent-free method

In this study, a simple and effective ratiometric fluorescence method has been developed for carbaryl detection, utilizing red emissive carbon dots（R-CDs）. The underlying principle of this proposed strategy relies on the rapid hydrolysis of carbaryl under an alkaline condition and production of 1-naphthol with blue-emission at 462 nm. Furthermore, the as-synthesized R-CDs（Em. 677 nm）, serve as a reference, enhancing the visual tracking of carbaryl through the transformation of fluorescent color from red to *** concentration of carbaryl exhibits a commendable linear correlation with the ratio of fluorescence intensity, ranging from 0 to 20 μg/m L（R2= 0.9989） with a low detection limit of 0.52 ng/m L. Additionally, the described methodology can be used for the enzyme-free visual assay of carbaryl, even in the presence of other carbamate pesticides and metal ions, in tap water and lake water samples with excellent accuracy（spiked recoveries, 94%–106.1%）, high precision(relative standard deviation（RSD） ≤ 2.42),and remarkable selectivity. This fast and highly sensitive naked-eye ratiometric sensor holds immense promise for carbaryl detection in intricate environments and food safety fields.

AIM:To investigate the diverse characteristics of different pathological gradings of gastric adenocarcinoma (GA) using tumor-related ***:GA tissues in different pathological gradings and normal tissues were subjected to tissue *** of 15 major tumor-related genes were detected by RNA in situ hybridization along with 3' terminal digoxin-labeled anti-sense single strandedoligonucleotide and locked nucleic acid modifying probe within the tissue *** data obtained were processed by support vector machines by four different feature selection methods to discover the respective critical gene/gene subsets contributing to the GA activities of different pathological ***:In comparison of poorly differentiated GA with normal tissues,tumor-related gene TP53 plays a key role,although other six tumor-related genes could also achieve the Area Under Curve (AUC) of the receiver operating characteristic independently by more than 80%.Comparing the well differentiated GA with normal tissues,we found that 11 tumor-related genes could independently obtain the AUC by more than 80%,but only the gene subsets,TP53,RB and PTEN,play a key *** the gene subsets,Bcl10,UVRAG,APC,Beclin1,NM23,PTEN and RB could distinguish between the poorly differentiated and well differentiated *** of a single gene could obtain a valid ***:Different from the traditional point of view,the well differentiated cancer tissues have more alterations of important tumor-related genes than the poorly differentiated cancer tissues.

Tunable non-Markovian and quantum coherence in the single-qubit dephasing noise channel

In this paper,we construct a single-qubit dephasing noise channel based on the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)system by employing the bath-engineering technology,and achieve the construction of the tunable non-Markovian environment in the dephasing noise *** findings indicate that for the single-qubit system,the transition of system dynamics from Markovian to non-Markovian can be achieved by adjusting the base frequency of the noise power ***,the base frequency corresponding to this phase transition point is not fixed,and there is a certain relationship between it and the total evolution time of the single-qubit *** our research,we discovered a fundamental relationship:if the single-qubit system dynamics undergoe a transition from Markovian to non-Markovian atω_(0) within 0-2t ms,shortening the evolution time to 0-t ms results in an increase of the phase transition point to 2ω_(0).This insight offers crucial guidance for artificially crafting non-Markovian environments across arbitrary time scales in single-qubit systems,and it is not limited by the type of *** from system dynamics,quantum coherence is also a focal point of our *** find that when the system dynamics exhibit non-Markovian behavior,the quantum coherence of the single-qubit system experiences ***,the timing of these coherence revivals aligns with the instants of the non-Markovianity ***,our research also serves as a pivotal foundation for the artificial manipulation and realization of quantum coherence revivals within diverse single-qubit systems.

Research and development of the pulse acquisition system and the pulse biomimetic reproduction system

The paper is an introduction to the front-end pulse acquisition and the back-end pulse biomimetic reproduction system. This system is capable of faithfully replicating the complete pulse waveform collected at the front end. Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) practitioners analyze and diagnose the pulse patterns at the replication end. Meanwhile, the obtained pulse waveforms are analyzed and learnt by a neural network based on key diagnostic points in TCM pulse taking, which enables the determination of the corresponding relationships between different pulse waveforms and various pulse patterns in TCM pulse taking. With the support of clinical samples, an auxiliary diagnostic system for TCM pulse patterns ensures the accuracy of pulse pattern replication.
