Coastal wetlands are hotspots for nitrogen(N)cycling,and crab burrowing is known to transform N in intertidal marsh ***,the underlying mechanisms remain *** study conducted field experiments and used indoor control test devices to investigate the seasonal response of nitrogen to crab disturbance at the sediment-water interface in coastal tidal flat *** results showed that crab disturbance exhibited significant seasonality with large seasonal differences in cave density and *** to crab disturbance,nitrogen fuxes at the sediment-water interface were much greater in the box with crabs than in the box without *** summer,NH-N showed a positive flux from the sediment to the overlying water,but NO2-N and NOg-N showed positive fluxes from the sediment to the overlying water only in early *** winter,NH-N showed a positive flux from the sediment to the overlying water,but NO-N and NO,-N both exhibited positive and negative *** results indicated that the presence of crab burrows can cause the aerobic layer to move downward by approximately 8-15 cm in summer and directly promote nitrification at the sediment surface.

Objective:To explore the potential of metanephric mesenchymal cells(MMCs)for osteogenesis and naringin’s ability to enhance this process and its molecular ***:Porcine MMCs at 70 days of gestation were used as tool cells,cultured in osteogenic induction medium,identified by immunocytochemistry *** potential of porcine MMCs and naringin’s ability to enhance this process was tested by detecting changes in cell viability,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity,the expression of runt-related transcription factor 2(Runx2),osteopontin(OPN)and osteocalcin(OCN),and the formation of mineralized nodules,and the application of the p38 signaling pathway inhibitor SB203580 vitiated the osteogenesis-promoting effect of ***:Immunocytochemical staining showed that the cells were Vimentin and Six2(+),E-cadherin and CK-18(−).Naringin can activate the p38 signaling pathway to enhance the osteogenesis of porcine MMCs by increasing cell viability,ALP activity,the expressions of Runx2,OPN and OCN,and the formation of mineralized nodules(P<0.05).The application of p38 signaling pathway inhibitor SB203580 vitiated the osteogenesis-promoting effect of naringin,manifested by decreased ALP activity,the expressions of Runx2,OPN and OCN,and the formation of mineralized nodules(P<0.05).Conclusion:Naringin,the active ingredient of Chinese herbal medicine Rhizoma Drynariae for nourishing Shen(Kidney)and strengthening bone,enhances the osteogenic differentiation of renal MMCs through the p38 signaling pathway.

AIMTo identify metabolic signatures in urine samples from healthy and inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)*** applied liquid chromatography and gas chromatography coupled to targeted mass spectrometry(MS)-based metabolite profiling to identify and quantify bile acids and host-gut microbial metabolites in urine samples collected from 21 pediatric IBD patients monitored three times over one year(baseline,6 and 12 mo),and 27age-and gender-matched healthy *** metabolic profiles of IBD children differ significantly from healthy *** metabolic differences encompass central energy metabolism,amino acids,bile acids and gut microbial *** particular,levels of pyroglutamic acid,glutamic acid,glycine and cysteine,were significantly higher in IBD children in the course of the *** suggests that glutathione cannot be optimally synthesized and *** alterations of the enterohepatic circulation of bile acids in pediatric IBD patients is known,we show here that non-invasive urinary bile acid profiling can assess those altered hepatic and intestinal barrier *** present study shows how non-invasive sampling of urine followed by targeted MS-based metabonomic analysis can elucidate and monitor the metabolic status of children with different GI health/disease status.

The fast X-ray imaging beamline(BL16U2)at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)is a new beamline that provides X-ray micro-imaging capabilities across a wide range of time scales,spanning from 100 ps toμs and *** beamline has been specifically designed to facilitate the investigation of a wide range of rapid phenomena,such as the deformation and failure of materials subjected to intense dynamic *** addition,it enables the study of high-pressure and high-speed fuel spray processes in automotive *** light source of this beamline is a cryogenic permanent magnet undulator(CPMU)that is cooled by liquid *** CPMU can generate X-ray photons within an energy range of 8.7-30 *** beamline offers two modes of operation:monochromatic beam mode with a liquid nitrogen-cooled double-crystal monochromator(DCM)and pink beam mode with the first crystal of the DCM out of the beam *** X-ray imaging methods were implemented in BL16U2:single-pulse ultrafast X-ray imaging,microsecond-resolved X-ray dynamic imaging,millisecond-resolved X-ray dynamic micro-CT,and high-resolution quantitative ***,BL16U2 is equipped with various in situ impact loading systems,such as a split Hopkinson bar system,light gas gun,and fuel spray *** the completion of the final commissioning in 2021 and subsequent trial operations in 2022,the beamline has been officially available to users from 2023.

The metallurgical quality control of magnesium(Mg)and Mg alloys in melting process is required to ensure a satisfied mechanical and corrosion performance,while the typical used steel crucible introduces impurities and interfacial interaction during melting ***,a systematic study about impurities diffusion and interfacial interaction between molten Mg and steel is *** the present study,the interfacial reaction between molten AZ91D Mg alloy and mild steel during melting process was investigated with the melting temperatures of 700℃,750℃ and 800℃.The results show that Al(Fe,Mn)intermetallic layer is the intermetallic primarily formed at the interfaces of AZ91D melt and mild ***,Al_(8)(Mn,Fe)5is indexed between Al(Fe,Mn)and ***_(3)C appears between the mild steel and Al(Fe,Mn)at 700℃ and 750℃,but absent at 800℃ due to the increased solubility of carbon in Mg *** is found that the growth of the intermetallic layer is controlled by diffusion mechanism,and Al and Mn are the dominant diffusing species in the whole interfacial reaction *** measuring the thickness of different layers,the growth constant was *** increases from 1.89(±0.03)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 700℃ to 3.05(±0.05)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 750℃,and 5.18(±0.05)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 800℃.Meanwhile,the content of Fe is linearly increased in AZ91D with the increase of holding time at 700℃ and 750℃,while it shows a significantly increment after holding for 8 h at 800℃,indicating holding temperature is more crucial to determine the Fe content of AZ91D than holding time.

In this paper,an NMOS output-capacitorless low-dropout regulator(OCL-LDO)featuring dual-loop regulation has been proposed,achieving fast transient response with low power *** event-driven charge pump(CP)loop with the dynamic strength control(DSC),is proposed in this paper,which overcomes trade-offs inherent in conventional *** presented design addresses and resolves the large signal stability issue,which has been previously overlooked in the event-driven charge pump *** breakthrough allows for the full exploitation of the charge-pump structure's poten-tial,particularly in enhancing transient ***,a dynamic error amplifier is utilized to attain precise regulation of the steady-state output voltage,leading to favorable static characteristics.A prototype chip has been fabricated in 65 nm CMOS *** measurement results show that the proposed OCL-LDO achieves a 410 nA low quiescent current(IQ)and can recover within 30 ns under 200 mA/10 ns loading change.

At present,improving the properties of aluminum alloys is generally achieved by increasing the cooling rate of the melt and adding micro-nano *** the cooling rate of the melt to improve the refining effect of grain refiner is still a difficult problem in the aluminum alloy casting *** innovative and environmentally friendly casting process,known as freeze ablation,was introduced during the preparation of an Al–NbB_(2) intermediate *** process significantly enhanced the cooling rate of the *** results indicated that the Al–NbB_(2) intermediate alloy produced under high cooling rates had a noticeable refining effect on Al–Cu alloys,with smaller NbB2 particles demonstrating superior refining *** average grain size of the refined Al–Cu alloy decreased from 154 to 69μm,the tensile strength increased by 12%,the fluidity increased by 18.4%,and the hot tearing index decreased from 144 to *** matching degree between NbB_(2) andα-Al was calculated using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and the edge-to-edge *** was found that the atomic interplanar spacing and the interatomic spacing mismatch between NbB_(2)’splane and Al were both less than 10%,which further proved that NbB2 could serve as an effective nucleation site forα-Al grains to achieve grain refinement.

Filtering and regret network for spacecraft component segmentation based on gray images and depth maps

Identifying and segmenting spacecraft components is vital in many on-orbit space missions,such as on-orbit maintenance and component *** depth maps with visual images has been proven effective in improving segmentation ***,existing methods ignore the noise and fallacy in collected depth maps,which interfere with the network to extract representative features,decreasing the final segmentation *** this end,this paper proposes a Filtering and Regret Network(FRNet)for spacecraft component *** FRNet incorporates filtering and regret mechanisms to suppress the abnormal depth response in shallow layers and selectively reuses the filtered cues in deep layers,avoiding the detrimental effects of low-quality depth information while preserving the semantic context inherent in depth ***,a two-stage feature fusion module is proposed,which involves information interaction and *** module effectively explores the feature correlation and unifies the multimodal features into a comprehensive ***,a large-scale spacecraft component recognition dataset is constructed for training and evaluating spacecraft component segmentation *** results demonstrate that the FRNet achieves a state-of-the-art performance with a mean Intersection Over Union(mIOU)of 84.13%and an average inference time of 133.2 ms when tested on an NVIDIA RTX 2080 SUPER GPU.

Maximum power point tracking(MPPT)technology plays a key role in improving the energy conversion efficiency of photovoltaic(PV)systems,especially when multiple local maximum power points(LMPPs)occur under partial shading conditions(PSC).It is necessary to modify the operating point efficiently and accurately with the help of MPPT technology to maximize the collected *** though a lot of research has been carried out and impressive progress achieved for MPPT technology,it still faces some challenges and ***,the mathematical model established for PV cells is not precise ***,the existing algorithms are often optimized for specific conditions and lack comprehensive adaptability to the actual operating ***,a single algorithm may not be able to give full play to its *** the end,the selection criteria for choosing the suitable MPPT algorithm/converter combination to achieve better performance in a given scenario is very ***,this paper systematically discusses the current research status and challenges faced by PV MPPT technology around the three aspects of MPPT models,algorithms,and hardware *** in-depth thinking and discussion,it also puts forward positive perspectives on future development,and five forward-looking solutions to improve the performance of PV systems MPPT are suggested.
