For the frequency range of I kHz-lOMHz, the interface state density of Ni contacts on p-GaN is studied using capacitance-voltage （C-V） and conductance-frequency-voltage （G-f-V） measurements at room temperature. To obtain the real capacitance and interface state density of the Ni/p-GaN structures, the effects of the series resistance （Rs） on high-frequency （SMHz） capacitance values measured at a reverse and a forward bias are investigated. The mean interface state densities obtained from the CHF-CLF capacitance and the conductance method are 2 ×1012 e V-1 cm-2 and 0.94 × 1012 eV-1 cm-2, respectively. Furthermore, the interface state density derived from the conductance method is higher than that reported from the Ni/n-GaN in the literature, which is ascribed to a poor crystal quality and to a large defect density of the Mg-doped p-GaN.

In this paper,we study the Hamiltonian systems H(y,x,ξ,ε)=〈ω(ξ),y〉+εP(y,x,ξ,ε),where ω and P are continuous about ξ.We prove that persistent invariant tori possess the same frequency as the unperturbed tori,under a certain transversality condition and a weak convexity condition for the frequency mapping ω.As a direct application,we prove a Kolmogorov-Arnold-Moser(KAM) theorem when the perturbation P holds arbitrary Holder continuity with respect to the parameter ξ.The infinite-dimensional case is also *** our knowledge,this is the first approach to the systems with the only continuity in the parameter beyond H?lder's type.

Exploring suitable high-capacity V_(2)O_(5)-based cathode materials is essential for the rapid advancement of aqueous zinc ion batteries(ZIBs).However,the typical problem of slow Zn^(2+)diffusion kinetics has severely limited the feasibility of such *** this work,unique hydrated vanadates(CaVO,BaVO)were obtained by intercalation of Ca^(2+)or Ba^(2+)into hydrated vanadium *** the CaVO//Zn and BaVO//Zn batteries systems,the former delivered up to a 489.8 mAh g^(-1)discharge specific capacity at 0.1 A g^(-1).Moreover,the remarkable energy density of 370.07 Wh kg^(-1)and favorable cycling stability yard outperform BaVO,pure V_(2)O_(5),and many reported cathodes of similar ionic intercalation *** addition,pseudocapacitance analysis,galvanostatic intermittent titration(GITT)tests,and Trasatti analysis revealed the high capacitance contribution and Zn^(2+)diffusion coefficient of CaVO,while an in-depth investigation based on EIS elucidated the reasons for the better electrochemical performance of ***,ex-situ XRD,XPS,and TEM tests further demonstrated the Zn^(2+)insertion/extraction and Zn-storage mechanism that occurred during the cycle in the CaVO//Zn battery *** work provides new insights into the intercalation of similar divalent cations in vanadium oxides and offers new solutions for designing cathodes for high-capacity aqueous ZIBs.

Au/Ni/n-type 4H-SiC Schottky alpha particle detectors are fabricated and annealed at temperatures between 400℃ and 700 ℃ to investigate the effects of thermal stability of the Schottky contact on the structural and electrical properties of the detectors. At the annealing temperature of 500 ℃, the two nickel silicides （i.e., Ni31Sil2 and Ni2Si） are formed at the interface and result in the formation of an inhomogeneous Schottky barrier. By increasing the annealing temperature, the Ni31Sil2 transforms into the more stable Ni2Si. The structural evolution of the Schottky contact directly affects the electrical properties and alpha particle energy resolutions of the detectors. A better energy resolution of 2.60% is obtained for 5.48-MeV alpha particles with the detector after being annealed at 600 ℃. As a result, the Au/Ni/n-type 4H-SiC Schottky detector shows a good performance after thermal treatment at temperatures up to 700℃.

Local control parameters such as instantaneous delay and instantaneous amplitude play an essential role in evaluating the performance and maintaining the stability of real-time hybrid simulation (RTHS). However, existing methods have limitations in obtaining this local assessment in either the time domain or frequency domain. In this study, the instantaneous frequency is introduced to determine local control parameters for actuator tracking assessment in a real-time hybrid simulation. Instantaneous properties, including amplitude, delay, frequency and phase, are then calculated based on analytic signals translated from actuator tracking signals through the Hilbert transform. Potential issues are discussed and solutions are proposed for calculation of local control parameters. Numerical simulations are first conducted for sinusoidal and chirp signals with time varying amplitude error and delay to demonstrate the potential of the proposed method. Laboratory tests also are conducted for a predefined random signal as well as the RTHS of a single degree of freedom structure with a self-centering viscous damper to experimentally verify the effectiveness of the proposed use of the instantaneous frequency. Results from the ensuing analysis clearly demonstrate that the instantaneous frequency provides great potential for local control assessment, and the proposed method enables local tracking parameters with good accuracy.

We perform a unified description of the experimental data of the π^(+)π^(-)and J/ψπ^(±)invariant mass spectra for e^(+)e^(-)→J/ψπ^(+)π^(-)and the D^(0)D^(*-)mass spectrum for e^(+)e^(-)→D^(0)D^(*-)π^(+)at e^(+)e^(-)center-of-mass energies 4.23 and 4.26 *** analysis takes into account open-charm meson loops that contain triangle singularities,the J/ψπ-DD^(*)coupled-channel interaction respecting unitarity,and the strong ππ-KK final state interaction using dispersion *** analysis leads to a precise determination of the Z_(c)(3900)pole with the pole mass and width(3880.7±1.7_(stat)±22.4_(syst))MeV and(35.9±1.4_(stat)±15.3_(syst))MeV,respectively,and hints at that the DD^(*)molecular and non-molecular components are of similar importance in the Z_(c)(3900)formation.

With the help of pre-trained language models,the accuracy of the entity linking task has made great strides in recent ***,most models with excellent performance require fine-tuning on a large amount of training data using large pre-trained language models,which is a hardware threshold to accomplish this *** researchers have achieved competitive results with less training data through ingenious methods,such as utilizing information provided by the named entity recognition *** paper presents a novel semantic-enhancement-based entity linking approach,named semantically enhanced hardware-friendly entity linking(SHEL),which is designed to be hardware friendly and efficient while maintaining good ***,SHEL's semantic enhancement approach consists of three aspects:(1)semantic compression of entity descriptions using a text summarization model;(2)maximizing the capture of mention contexts using asymmetric heuristics;(3)calculating a fixed size mention representation through pooling *** series of semantic enhancement methods effectively improve the model's ability to capture semantic information while taking into account the hardware constraints,and significantly improve the model's convergence speed by more than 50%compared with the strong baseline model proposed in this *** terms of performance,SHEL is comparable to the previous method,with superior performance on six well-established datasets,even though SHEL is trained using a smaller pre-trained language model as the encoder.

Hemostatic hydrogels are widely applied for wound management of damaged tissues,traumatic wounds,and surgical *** hydrogels composed of bioactive components,including fibrin and thrombin,showed great promise in the clinic due to their good pro-coagulation *** the expanding knowledge of cascade reaction of blood coagulation and emerging bioactive substances,massive bioactive hydrogels consisting of peptides,hemocoagulase,polyphosphate(polyP),etc.,have been developed as effective hemostatic *** on the coagulation process and mechanism,we summarize the role of reported bioactive hydrogels in hemostasis in this *** conclude the key points in the coagulation process,including activation of coagulation factors,fibrinogen polymerization,etc.,then discuss how to design bioactive hydrogels to accelerate coagulation targeted to these ***,we conclude the progress and propose a perspective of bioactive hydrogels with a pro-coagulation effect for hemostasis.

The complexity and uncertainty in power systems cause great challenges to controlling power *** a popular data-driven technique,deep reinforcement learning(DRL)attracts attention in the control of power ***,DRL has some inherent drawbacks in terms of data efficiency and *** paper presents a novel hierarchical task planning(HTP)approach,bridging planning and DRL,to the task of power line flow ***,we introduce a threelevel task hierarchy to model the task and model the sequence of task units on each level as a task planning-Markov decision processes(TP-MDPs).Second,we model the task as a sequential decision-making problem and introduce a higher planner and a lower planner in HTP to handle different levels of task *** addition,we introduce a two-layer knowledge graph that can update dynamically during the planning procedure to assist *** results conducted on the IEEE 118-bus and IEEE 300-bus systems demonstrate our HTP approach outperforms proximal policy optimization,a state-of-the-art deep reinforcement learning(DRL)approach,improving efficiency by 26.16%and 6.86%on both systems.

Disinfection by chloramination produces toxic byproducts and the difference in toxicity of reclaimed and drinking water treated by chloramination remains *** study investigated cytotoxic effects at the same concentrations of dissolved organic matter and showed that chloraminated effluent organic matter(EfOM)induced 1.7 times higher cytotoxicity than chloraminated natural organic matter(NOM)applied to simulate drinking *** EfOM induced more reactive nitrogen species than chloraminated NOM,and chloraminated EfOM and NOM induced similar and higher levels of reactive oxygen species than the negative control,***,intracellular macromolecule damage indicated by DNA/RNA damage marker 8–hydroxy-(deoxy)guanosine and the intracellular protein carbonyl concentration induced by chloraminated EfOM was higher and slightly more than that induced by chloraminated NOM,*** data were consistent with the effects on cell physiological *** cycle arrest mainly occurred in G2 phase by chloraminated EfOM and *** apoptotic cells,which could return to normal,increased upon exposure to high concentrations of chloraminated EfOM and ***,necrotic cells were significantly increased from 0.5%to 2.5%when the concentration increased from 20-to 60-fold chloraminated EfOM,but were not obviously changed by chloraminated *** results indicated that the comprehensive intracellular changes induced by toxic substances in chloraminated EfOM were more irreversible and induced more cell death than chloraminated NOM.
