Metal-organic frameworks （MOFs）,that have emerged as promising electrocatalysts in oxygen evolution reaction （OER）,usually undergo structural reconstruction to form metal hydroxides as active ***,it remains a great challenge to design and synthesize ideal MOF-based pre-catalysts for properly cognizing and utilizing the reconstruction process toward efficient OER ***,the well-defined MOF-808 is post-modified by 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid （HPAA） to form a micro-adsorber that enables to capture of metal ions ***3+and Ni2+ions are synergistically anchored into the microadsorber,developing a Fe/Ni-containing pre-catalyst that can be dynamically electrooxidized to be an active and stable dual-site electrocatalyst denoted by R-MOF-HPAA@FeNi with abundant metal *** a result,R-MOF-HPAA@FeNi exhibits an excellent OER performance with a low overpotential of 272 mV and Tafel slope of 35.9 m V dec-1,as well as long-term stability over 300 h at 10 m A *** and theoretical calculations suggest the resulting catalyst mainly follows a lattice oxygen mechanism （LOM） of dual-metal-site mechanism （DMSM）.Owing to the chelating role of HPAA,the post-synthesized MOF-HPAA behaves as a trap to uniformly and firmly adhere Fe3+and Ni2+ions,leading to a functionalized MOF-based pre-catalyst which can be structurally evolved into atomic level-distributed OER electrocatalysts.

[研究目的]构建跨学科背景下的情报外交研究框架,分层次探究美国拜登政府在综合推进地缘战略、管理盟伴关系和护持霸权时使用情报外交工具的具体手段,总结其在当前大国博弈和地缘政治博弈中的深刻影响。[研究方法]运用系统分析法,根据施加对象的不同将拜登政府的情报外交政策划分为“盟伴管理手段”“运筹于灰色地带的政策工具”和“打击敌手的有利武器”三个板块,分别剖析其施展方式和政策影响。[研究结果/结论]美国政府正极尽所能利用一切政策工具服务于长期大国博弈,其采取了多重针对性措施将情报工作深度融合到了外交战略当中,利用情报调查和情报披露等手段在地缘危机中引导舆论走向,向竞争对手强加成本,预阻并拆解敌对联盟。其情报外交活动将对未来的地缘政治竞争态势造成深远影响。我国应保持警惕并对其密切跟踪,以此减少战略意外并避免自身政策库可能出现的不对称短板,从而构建和塑造对自身发展有利的外部环境。

建立了一种联合化学标志物定量分析和化学模式识别技术快速判别不同年份老香黄的方法,并筛选其差异性化学标志物。采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了对21种与老香黄相关的化学标志物及其内标物山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷的检测方法,该方法的线性关系良好,灵敏度高,专属性强,可用于对不同年份老香黄的区别分析。根据检出的不同年份老香黄的15个化学标志物含量,结合主成分分析(PCA)、聚类分析(HCA)、正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(OPLS-DA)法进行分析,可快速判别不同年份的老香黄,并筛选出6个差异性化学标志物。结果表明,贡献最大的差异化学标志物为5,7-二甲氧基香豆素,其中0年含量为(47.465±1.987)μg/g,3年含量为(17.069±0.542)μg/g,5年含量为(11.073±1.862)μg/g,8年含量为(41.905±2.240)μg/g,10年含量为(21.079±2.270)μg/g,15年含量为(43.267±2.432)μg/g,20年含量为(51.711±1.439)μg/g,该标志物的含量在一定程度上体现了不同年份的老香黄,可用于区分老香黄的贮藏年份。为了验证方法的可靠性,进行盲样适用性能力测试,测定结果所得年份和厂家提供的保持一致。该研究给市面上老香黄的质量控制及其品质鉴定提供了快速可靠的方法。

Investigating the spatial differentiation characteristics of soil organic carbon（SOC）in regional agricultural land and analyzing its driving factors are important for screening auxiliary variables for SOC prediction in agricultural land and the accurate prediction of soil carbon stock. This study considered SOC in different types of agricultural land landscape complexes in Beijing as the research object. The differences in SOC content and its stock in different landscape complexes were explored based on the long-term positional monitoring data on the quality of cultivated land in Beijing and the field sampling and testing data. Utilizing multi-source and open-source data as environmental variables that affected SOC spatial differentiation，we explored the quantitative and spatial relationships between SOC and climate，topography，soil parent material，land use，and biomass factors in different landscape complexes through GeoDetector and geographically weighted regression modeling. Additionally，we constructed a structural equation model to reveal the pathways that influence each driving factor on SOC in terms of direct and indirect effects. Ultimately，the major controlling factors of SOC were identified in the study area. The results showed that：① The mean values of ω（SOC）for various types of landscape complexes in the study area ranged from 6.23 to 28.26 g·kg−1，with a variation coefficient of 3.80% to 33.92%，showing spatial heterogeneity. ② Climate，topography，soil parent material，land type，and biomass factors contributed to SOC at highly significant levels（P © 2025 Science Press. BACKGROUND T/histiocyte-rich large B-cell lymphoma(T/HRBCL)is a highly aggressive subtype of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma characterized histologically by the presence of a few neoplastic large B cells amidst an abundant background of reactive T lymphocytes and/or histiocytes.T/HRBCL commonly affects the lymph nodes,followed by extranodal sites,such as the spleen,liver,and bone marrow,with rare occurrences in the gastrointestinal *** gastrointestinal T/HRBCL lacks specific clinical and endoscopic manifestations,and it is difficult to differentiate from inflammatory diseases,nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma,and other diseases on a histological basis,thereby hindering early *** SUMMARY A 63-year-old man was hospitalized with a one-month history of jaundice and weight loss of approximately 3 *** tests revealed increased hepatic parameters in a cholestatic pattern and elevated carbohydrate antigen 19-9 *** abdominal computed tomography scan revealed a low-density mass within the descending duodenum and dilation of the bile and pancreatic *** was clinically diagnosed with a duodenal *** surgery,a 7.0 cm×8.0 cm mass was identified within the descending duodenum,so pancreaticoduodenectomy and cholecystectomy were *** operative biopsy,the tumor was diagnosed as primary duodenal T/*** patient refused postoperative chemotherapy and died four months after *** Primary duodenal T/HRBCL is an extremely rare and highly aggressive *** initial treatment strategies should be based on the original site of the tumor,the disease stage,and the patient's physical ***-based comprehensive treatment is still the main treatment method for primary gastrointestinal T/HRBCL.

In this study,we discuss the description of neutral Σ baryons with I(J^(P))=1(1/2^(+))and I(J^(P))=1(3/2^(+))using two bottom-up approaches:the deformed background and static dilaton *** both models,we consider a non-linear Regge trajectory extension motivated by the strange nature of Σ *** find that both models describe these systems with an RMS error smaller than 10%.We also perform a configurational entropy calculation in both models to discuss hadronic stability.

Xiaoaiping(XAP) Injection demonstrates the anti-prostate cancer(PCa) effects, yet the underlying mechanism remains unclear. This study aims to investigate the impact of XAP on PCa and elucidate its mechanism of action. PCa cell proliferation was evaluated using a cell counting kit-8(CCK-8) assay. Cell apoptosis was assessed through Hoechst staining and Western blotting assays. Proteomics technology was employed to identify key molecules and significant signaling pathways modulated by XAP in PCa cells. To further validate potential key genes and important pathways, a series of assays were conducted, including acridine orange(AO)staining, transmission electron microscopy, and immunofluorescence assays. The molecular mechanism of XAP against PCa in vivo was examined using a PC3 xenograft mouse model. Results demonstrated that XAP significantly inhibited cell proliferation in multiple PCa cell *** C4-2 and prostate cancer cell line-3(PC3) cells, XAP induced cellular apoptosis, evidenced by reduced B-cell lymphoma 2(Bcl-2) levels and elevated Bcl-2-associated X(Bax) levels. Proteomic, immunofluorescence, and quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR) investigations revealed a strong correlation between forkhead box O3a(Fox O3a) autophagic degradation and the anti-PCa action of XAP. XAP hindered autophagy by reducing the expression levels of autophagy-related protein 5(Atg5)/autophagy-related protein 12(Atg12) and enhancing Fox O3a expression and nuclear translocation. Furthermore,XAP exhibited potent anti-PCa action in PC3 xenograft mice and triggered Fox O3a nuclear translocation in tumor tissue. These findings suggest that XAP induces PCa apoptosis via inhibition of Fox O3a autophagic degradation, potentially offering a novel perspective on XAP injection as an effective anticancer therapy for PCa.
