Association of acute glycemic parameters at admission with cardiovascular mortality in the oldest old with acute myocardial infarction

OBJECTIVES Stress-related glycemic indicators,including admission blood glucose(ABG),stress-hyperglycemia ratio(SHR),and glycemic gap(GG),have been associated with worse outcomes after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).However,data regarding their prognostic value in the oldest old with AMI are ***,this study aimed to investigate the association of stress-related glycemic indicators with short-and long-term cardiovascular mortality(CVM)in the oldest old(≥80 years)with *** In this prospective study,a total of 933 consecutive old patients with AMI admitted to FuWai hospital(Beijing,China)were *** admission,ABG,SHR,and GG were assessed and all participants were classified according to their ***-Meier,restricted cubic splines(RCS),and multivariate Cox regression analyses were performed to evaluate the association between these glycemic indicators and CVM within 30 days and long-term *** During an average of 1954 patient-years of follow-up,a total of 250 cardiovascular deaths were ***-Meier analyses showed the lowest CVM in quartile 1 of ABG and in quartile 2 of SHR and *** adjusting for potential covariates,patients in quartile 4 of ABG,SHR,and GG had a respective 1.67-fold(95%CI:1.03-2.69;P=0.036),1.80-fold(95%CI:1.16-2.79;P=0.009),and 1.78-fold(95%CI:1.14-2.79;P=0.011)higher risk of long-term CVM risk compared to those in the reference groups(quartile 1 of ABG and quartile 2 of SHR and GG).Furthermore,RCS suggested a J-shaped relationship of ABG and a Ushaped association of SHR and GG with long-term ***,we observed similar associations of these acute glycemic parameters with 30-day *** Our data first indicated that SHR and GG consistently had a U-shaped association with both 30-day and longterm CVM among the oldest old with AMI,suggesting that they may be useful for risk stratification in this special population.

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) and hybrid capacitors(SIHCs) have garnered significant attention in energy storage due to their inherent advantages,including high energy density,cost-effectiveness,and enhanced ***,developing high-performance anode materials to improve sodium storage performa nce still remains a major ***,a facile one-pot method has been developed to fabricate a hybrid of MoSeTe nanosheets implanted within the N,F co-doped honeycomb carbon skeleton(MoSeTe/N,F@C).Experimental results demonstrate that the incorporation of large-sized Te atoms into MoSeTe nanosheets enlarges the layer spacing and creates abundant anion vacancies,which effectively facilitate the insertion/extraction of Na^(+) and provide numerous ion adsorption sites for rapid surface capacitive ***,the heteroatoms N,F co-doped honeycomb carbon skeleton with a highly conductive network can restrain the volume expansion and boost reaction kinetics within the *** anticipated,the MoSeTe/N,F@C anode exhibits high reversible capacities along with exceptional cycle *** coupled with Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)@C(NVPF@C) to form SIB full cells,the anode delivers a reversible specific capacity of 126 mA h g^(-1) after 100 cycles at 0.1 A g^(-1).Furthermore,when combined with AC to form SIHC full cells,the anode demonstrates excellent cycling stability with a reversible specific capacity of50 mA h g^(-1) keeping over 3700 cycles at 1.0 A g^(-1).In situ XRD,ex situ TEM characterization,and theoretical calculations(DFT) further confirm the reversibility of sodium storage in MoSeTe/N,F@C anode materials during electrochemical reactions,highlighting their potential for widespread practical *** work provides new insights into the promising utilization of advanced transition metal dichalcogenides as anode materials for Na^(+)-based energy storage devices.

Magnetic NiFe_(2)O_(4)@FeNi_(3)core-shell nanospheres derived from FeNi-LDH precursor anchoring on rGO nanosheets for enhanced electromagnetic wave absorption

Graphene has been extensively utilized in the domain of electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption ma-terials because of its excellent electrical ***,the inferior impedance matching per-formance and the single loss mechanism vastly restrict the ***,it’s an effective strat-egy to solve these issues by introducing magnetic ***,layer double hydroxide(LDH)is an appropriate template to obtain magnetic component *** that ferromagnetic met-als such as Fe,Co,Ni,and their corresponding metal oxides are usually treated as magnetic compo-nents which are promising candidates for EMW absorption ***,in this work,a FeNi-layered double hydroxide-reduced graphene oxide(FeNi-LDH-rGO)aerogel was synthesized through a series of processes such as electrostatic self-assembly,hydrothermal,freeze-drying,and *** magnetic NiFe_(2)O_(4)@FeNi_(3)core-shell nanospheres were obtained from FeNi-LDH precursor,anchoring on rGO nanosheets after the annealing ***,the effects of different mass ratios of LDH to GO as well as different annealing temperatures of LDH-rGO aerogel on the EMW absorption prop-erty and impedance matching performance were *** a consequence,the fabricated ultralight 600LDH-rGO 2:1 aerogel shows a broad effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 7.04 GHz at a thickness of 2.3 mm with a low filling content of only 6 wt%and a low density of 4.4 mg/cm^(3).In conclusion,the synthetic LDH-rGO aerogels offer an effective strategy for preparing EMW absorption materials that own three-dimensional porous network structure and unique magnetic NiFe_(2)O_(4)@FeNi_(3)core-shell struc-ture nanospheres.

Mechanical Modeling and Analysis of Stability Deterioration of Production Well During Marine Hydrate Depressurization Production

Different from oil and gas production,hydrate reservoirs are shallow and unconsolidated,whose mechanical properties deteriorate with hydrate ***,the formations will undergo significant subsidence during depressurization,which will destroy the original force state of the production ***,existing research on the stability of oil and gas production wells assumes the formation to be stable,and lacks consideration of the force exerted on the hydrate production well by formation subsidence caused by hydrate decomposition during *** fill this gap,this paper proposes an analytical method for the dynamic evolution of the stability of hydrate production well considering the effects of hydrate *** on the mechanical model of the production well,the basis for stability analysis has been proposed.A multi-field coupling model of the force state of the production well considering the effect of hydrate decomposition and formation subsidence is established,and a solver is *** analytical approach is verified by its good agreement with the results from the numerical method.A case study found that the decomposition of hydrate will increase the pulling-down force and reduce the supporting force,which is the main reason for the stability *** higher the initial hydrate saturation,the larger the reservoir thickness,and the lower the production pressure,the worse the stability or even *** work can provide a theoretical reference for the stability maintaining of the production well.

While single-modal visible light images or infrared images provide limited information,infrared light captures significant thermal radiation data,whereas visible light excels in presenting detailed texture ***-bining images obtained from both modalities allows for leveraging their respective strengths and mitigating individual limitations,resulting in high-quality images with enhanced contrast and rich texture *** capabilities hold promising applications in advanced visual tasks including target detection,instance segmentation,military surveillance,pedestrian detection,among *** paper introduces a novel approach,a dual-branch decomposition fusion network based on AutoEncoder(AE),which decomposes multi-modal features into intensity and texture information for enhanced *** contrast enhancement module(CEM)and texture detail enhancement module(DEM)are devised to process the decomposed images,followed by image fusion through the *** proposed loss function ensures effective retention of key information from the source images of both *** comparisons and generalization experiments demonstrate the superior performance of our network in preserving pixel intensity distribution and retaining texture *** the qualitative results,we can see the advantages of fusion details and local *** the quantitative experiments,entropy(EN),mutual information(MI),structural similarity(SSIM)and other results have improved and exceeded the SOTA(State of the Art)model as a whole.

Effects of diamond particle size on microstructure and properties of diamond/Al-12Si composites prepared by vacuum-assisted pressure infiltration

Diamond/aluminium composites have attracted attention in the field of thermal management of electronic packaging for their excellent *** order to solve the interfacial problem between diamond and aluminium,a novel process combining pressure infiltration with vacuum-assisted technology was proposed to prepare diamond/aluminum *** effect of diamond particle size on the microstructure and properties of the diamond/Al-12Si composites was *** results show that the diamond/Al-12Si composites exhibit high relative density and a uniform *** thermal conductivity and coefficient of thermal expansion increase with increasing particle size,while the bending strength exhibits the opposite *** the average diamond particle size increases from 45μm to 425μm,the thermal conductivity of the composites increases from 455 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)to 713 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)and the coefficient of thermal expansion increases from 4.97×10^(-6)K^(-1)to 6.72×10^(-6)K^(-1),while the bending strength decreases from 353 MPa to 246 *** research demonstrates that high-quality composites can be prepared by the vacuum-assisted pressure infiltration process and the thermal conductivity of the composites can be effectively improved by increasing the diamond particle size.

Further study on the genesis of lamellar calcite veins in lacustrine black shale--A case study of Paleogene in Dongying Depression, China

Lamellar calcite veins are prevalent in carbonate-rich,lacustrine dark *** formation mechanisms of these veins have been extensively debated,focusing on factors such as timing,depth,material source,and driving *** paper examines dark lacustrine shale lamellar calcite veins in the Paleogene strata of Dongying Depression,using various analytical techniques:petrography,isotope geochemistry,cathodoluminescence,inclusion thermometry,and electron probe *** distinct types of calcite veins have been identified:granular calcite veins and sparry calcite *** two types differ significantly in color,grain structure,morphology,and *** further investigation,it was observed that vein generation occurred from the shallow burial period to the maturation of organic matter,with a transition from granular calcite veins to sparry calcite *** granular calcite veins exhibit characteristics associated with the shallow burial period,including plastically deformed laminae and veins,the development of strawberry pyrite,the absence of oil and gas,weak fractionation in oxygen isotopes,and their contact relationship with sparry calcite *** granular calcite veins were likely influenced by the reduction of sulfate *** the other hand,sparry calcite veins with fibrous grains are antitaxial and closely linked to the evolution and maturation of organic *** contain oil and gas inclusions and show a distribution range of homogenization temperature between 90℃ and 120℃ and strong fractionation in oxygen isotopes,indicating formation during the hydrocarbon expulsion *** carbon isotope analysis of the surrounding rocks and veins suggests that the material for vein formation originates from the shale itself,specifically authigenic micritic calcite modified by the action of *** opening of horizontal fractures and vein formation is likely driven by fluid overpressure resulting from undercompaction and hydrocarb
