Drilling in a natural gas hydrate formation is challenging due to the poor consolidation of the formation and the potential evaporation of the *** unreasonable down-hole pressure of the drilling fluid can not only lead to the wellbore instability,but also change the predrilling condition of the natural gas hydrate formation,thus leading to an instable *** this paper,the integrated discrete element method(DEM)-computational fluid dynamics(CFD)work flow is developed to study the wellbore instability due to the penetration of the drilling fluid into the hydrate formation during crack *** results show that the difference between in-situ stresses and overpressure directly affect the drilling fluid invasion *** lower hydrate saturation leads to an easier generation of drilling fluid flow channels and the lower formation breakdown *** breakdown pressure increases with the increase of hydrate saturation,this also indicates that hydrates can enhance the mechanical properties of the *** induced cracks are initially accompanied with higher pressure of the drilling *** to the rose diagram of the fracture orientation,a wider orientation of the fracture distribution is observed at higher pressure of the invasion fluid.

AIM: To investigate the relation of expression transfor-mation of claudin-1 with invasiveness and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. METHODS: By using immunohistochemistry, expres-sion of claudin-1 in mucosa and invasive front of 136 gastric adenocarcinoma cases and proliferative index (Ki-67) were detected and analyzed. RESULTS: In mucosa, the claudin-1 over-expression rate of mucinous adenocarcinomas (including signet-ring cell carcinomas) was the highest. It was nega-tively related with the differentiation but positively related with the invasiveness and metastasis of gastric cancer. In invasive front, the claudin-1 over-expression rate was positively related with the differentiation, in-vasiveness and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. The expression transformation of claudin-1 was found in gastric carcinoma. The expression of claudin-1 in inva-sive front was transformed in 28/136 gastric carcinoma cases. The transformation rate in highly differentiated tubular adenocarcinomas was the highest (51.5%, 17/33). The deeper was the invasiveness, the higher was the transformation rate. The claudin-1 expression transformation rate in serosa and omenta was signifi -cantly higher (92.9%) than in tunica muscularis of in-vasive gastric cancer cases, as well as in patients withlymph node metastasis than in those without lymph node metastasis. CONCLUSION: Up-regulation of claudin-1 expres-sion and its transformation in invasive and metastatic gastric carcinoma suggest that claudin-1 participates in the transformation of biological behaviors in neo-plasms. Further study is needed to elucidate the pre-cise mechanism and the relation of claudin-1 expres-sion with the neoplasm progress.

Numerous factors may lead to pulsatile tinnitus （PT）, including atherosclerosis, benign intracranial hypertension, glomus tympanicum tumor, dural arteriovenous fistulas （dAVFs）, abnormalities of the sigmoid sinus （dehiscence and diverticulum）, and jugular bulb anomalies （glomus jugular tumor, diverticulum, high-riding or dehiscent jugular bulb）. However, exact causes often cannot be found in many patients even after a detailed physical examination and extensive auxiliary examinations. Moreover, no effective treatment is available for these patients. Patients with PT associated with multiple factors are seldom reported, and the condition is essentially intractable. Here, we reported three cases with PT involving multiple factors.

All-perovskite tandem solar cells have the potential to surpass the theoretical efficiency limit of single junction solar cells by reducing thermalization ***,the challenges encompass the oxidation of Sn^(2+)to Sn^(4+)and uncontrolled crystallization kinetics in Sn-Pb perovskites,leading to nonradiative recombination and compositional heterogeneity to decrease photovoltaic efficiency and operational ***,we introduced an ionic liquid additive,1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium iodide (EMIMI) into Sn-Pb perovskite precursor to form low-dimensional Sn-rich/pure-Sn perovskites at grain boundaries,which mitigates oxidation of Sn^(2+)to Sn^(4+)and regulates the film-forming dynamics of Sn/Pb-based perovskite *** optimized single-junction Sn-Pb perovskite devices incorporating EMIMI achieved a high efficiency of 22.87%.Furthermore,combined with wide-bandgap perovskite sub-cells in tandem device,we demonstrate 2-terminal all-perovskite tandem solar cells with a power conversion efficiency of 28.34%,achieving improved operational stability.
