Influence of crucible material on inclusions in 95Cr saw-wire steel deoxidized by Si–Mn

To investigate the interaction mechanism between 95 Cr saw-wire steel and different refractories,we conducted laboratory experiments at 1873 *** crucible materials(SiO2,Al2 O3,MgO·Al2 O3,MgO,and MgO-CaO)were *** results indicate that SiO2,Al2 O3,and MgO·Al2 O3 are not suitable for smelting low-oxygen,low-[Al]s 95 Cr saw-wire steel,mainly because they react with the elements in the molten steel and pollute the steel *** contrast,MgO-CaO is an ideal choice to produce 95 Cr saw-wire *** offers three advantages:(ⅰ)It does not decompose by itself at the steelmaking temperature of 1873 K because it exhibits good thermal stability;(ⅱ)[C],[Si],and[Mn]in molten steel cannot react with it to increase the[O]content;and(ⅲ)it not only desulfurizes and dephosphorizes but also removes Al2 O3 inclusions from the steel *** a result,the contents of the main elements([C],[Si],[Mn],[Cr],N,T.O(total oxygen))in the steel are not affected and the content of impurity elements([Al]s,P,and S)can be perfectly controlled within the target ***,the number and size of inclusions in the steel samples decrease sharply when the MgO-CaO crucible is used.

Based on the dispersive interaction between a high quality factor microcavity and nano-objects,whisperinggallery-mode microcavities have been widely used in highly sensitive ***,we propose a novel method to enhance the sensitivity of the optical frequency shift and reduce the impact of the laser frequency noise on the detection resolution through Brillouin cavity optomechanics in a parity-time symmetric *** optical spring effect is sensitive to the perturbation of optical modes around the exceptional *** monitoring the shift of the mechanical frequency,the detection sensitivity for the optical frequency shift is enhanced by 2 orders of magnitude compared with conventional *** find the optical spring effect is robust to the laser frequency noise around the exceptional point,which can reduce the detection limitation caused by the laser frequency ***,our method can improve the sensing ability for nano-object sensing and other techniques based on the frequency shift of the optical mode.

The problem of prescribed performance tracking control for unknown time-delay nonlinear systems subject to output constraints is dealt with in this paper. In contrast with related works, only the most fundamental requirements, i.e., boundedness and the local Lipschitz condition, are assumed for the allowable time delays. Moreover, we focus on the case where the reference is unknown beforehand, which renders the standard prescribed performance control designs under output constraints infeasible. To conquer these challenges, a novel robust prescribed performance control approach is put forward in this ***, a reverse tuning function is skillfully constructed and automatically generates a performance envelop for the tracking error. In addition, a unified performance analysis framework based on proof by contradiction and the barrier function is established to reveal the inherent robustness of the control system against the time delays. It turns out that the system output tracks the reference with a preassigned settling time and good accuracy,without constraint violations. A comparative simulation on a two-stage chemical reactor is carried out to illustrate the above theoretical findings.

Efficient utilization of sinter return fine is an important measure to reduce cost,increase efficiency,save energy and reduce emission.A new path of green and efficient utilization of return fine was proposed to produce composite *** metallurgical properties of composite pellets under the condition of hydrogen-rich blast furnace were *** experimental results indicate that the coated concentrate was consolidated for the composite pellets through normal Fe_(2)O_(3) *** the surface of core return fine,the liquid phase formed due to its low-melting point,assimilated the adjacent concentrate,and then consolidated with the temperature *** with regular pellets,the com-pressive strength and reduction swelling index of composite pellets were decreased,but the reducibility index and softening-melting properties were *** addition,the reduction degradation index of composite pellets was sig-nificantly higher than that of ***,adding composite pellets was conducive to indirect reduction in blast furnace,reducing fuel ratio and improving production *** to the effect of the roasting system on the metallurgical properties,the roasting temperature and time were determined as 1250℃and 30 min,*** composite pellets can be produced under the traditional pelletizing process.

In this paper,a series of GdOF-based green phosphors doped with Ho^(3+) and Yb^(3+) ions was prepared by a simple co-precipitation *** crystal structure s and optical prope rties were investigated in *** intensity of the emission of GdOF:Yb^(3+),Ho^(3+) phosphors is enhanced by the effective energy transfer from Yb^(3+) to Ho^(3+),and the optimal luminescence is achieved with the Ho^(3+)doping amount of 0.1 mol%as well as Yb^(3+) doping amount of 5 mol%.Tunable UC emission of samples is achieved by adjusting the doping concentration of Ho^(3+) or Yb^(3+).The purity of the green UC emission is further improved by enhancing the excitation pumping *** addition,logarithmic functions of green,red and nearinfrared radiation intensities were calculated versus logarithmic function of pump power for further study.A possible UC luminescence mechanism between Yb^(3+) and Ho^(3+) is discussed based on powerdependent UC luminescence spectrum and decay *** results suggest that GdOF:Yb^(3+),Ho^(3+)phosphors with bright and high-purity green UC emission have potential applications in the fields of bioimaging,display and illumination.
