Mechanism of Downcutting Erosion of Debris Flow over a Movable Bed

The phenomenon of debris flow is intermediate between mass movement and solid transport. Flows can be sudden, severe and destructive. Understanding debris flow erosion processes is the key to providing geomorphic explanations, but progress has been limited because the physical-mechanical properties, movement laws and erosion characteristics are different from those of sediment-laden flow. Using infinite slope theory, this research examines the process and mechanism of downcutting erosion over a moveable bed in a viscous debris flow gully. It focuses specifically on the scour depth and the critical slope for viscous debris flow,and formulas for both calculations are *** scour depth and the critical conditions of downcutting erosion are related to debris flow properties(sand volume concentration and flow depth) and gully properties(longitudinal slope,viscous and internal friction angle of gully materials,and coefficient of kinetic friction). In addition, a series of flume experiments was carried out to characterize the scouring process of debris flows with different properties. The calculated values agreed well with the experimental data. These theoretical formulas are reasonable, and using infinite slope theory to analyze down cutting erosion from viscous debris flow is feasible.

在逆全球化情境下,推动中小企业专精特新发展,有助于我国突破技术瓶颈。基于高阶理论和企业创新理论,以国家级专精特新小巨人上市公司为研究对象,实证检验了企业家冒险倾向对专精特新小巨人企业绩效的影响机制及作用路径。研究发现,企业家冒险倾向越强,专精特新小巨人企业绩效水平越高,且这种正向促进作用在企业高风险承担水平及行业竞争激烈时较为明显;同时,企业家冒险倾向会通过激发企业持续创新来提升企业绩效水平,且改善营商环境会强化持续创新的中介作用。研究结论丰富了企业家特质研究的情境机制,并对我国引导中小企业走“专精特新”发展道路、夯实制造业发展基础及推动经济高质量发展具有指导意义。

Molecular simulation study of the microstructures and properties of pyridinium ionic liquid[HPy][BF_(4)]mixed with acetonitrile

The microstructures and thermodynamic properties of mixed systems comprising pyridinium ionic liquid[HPy][BF_(4)]and acetonitrile at different mole fractions were studied using molecular dynamics simulation in this *** following properties were determined:density,self-diffusion coefficient,excess molar volume,and radial distribution *** results show that with an increase in the mole fraction of[HPy][BF_(4)],the self-diffusion coefficient ***,the excess molar volume initially decreases,reaches a minimum,and then *** rules of radial distribution functions(RDFs)of characteristic atoms are *** increasing the mole fraction of[HPy][BF_(4)],the first peak of the RDFs of HA1-F decreases,while that of CT6-CT6 rises at first and then *** indicates that the solvent molecules affect the polar and non-polar regions of[HPy][BF_(4)]differently.

Preparation of calcium ferrite by flue gas desulfurization gypsum

At present,the continuous accumulation of the flue gas desulfurization(FGD)gypsum in steel plants leads to the serious environmental issues and resource *** achieve green and sustainable development for the steel industry,it is significant to improve the usage of by-product *** the sintering FGD gypsum,ferric oxide,and graphite carbon as raw materials,the effects of the carbon content,reaction time,and molar ratio of CaO to Fe_(2)O_(3)on the desulfurization rate of gypsum were studied based on the orthogonal *** results show that the order of the three influencing factors on the desulfurization rate of FGD gypsum is:molar ratio of CaO to Fe_(2)O_(3)>reaction time>carbon *** the optimal conditions of 20 wt.%carbon content,4 h reaction time,and 1:1 molar ratio of CaO to Fe_(2)O_(3),the desulfurization rate of desulfurization gypsum is 95.79%,and 97.57 wt.%of calcium ferrite appears in the solid product,which can be used as sintering additive to increase the economic benefits of enterprises and realize the green ecological development mode of internal generation and internal digestion of solid waste in iron and steel enterprises.

Experimental study on secondary air mixing along the bed height in a circulating fluidized bed with a multitracer-gas method

A multitracer-gas method was proposed to study the secondary air(SA)mixing along the bed height in a circulating fluidized bed(CFB)using carbon monoxide(CO),oxygen(O_(2)),and carbon dioxide(CO_(2))as tracer *** were carried out on a cold CFB test rig with a cross-section of 0.42 m×0.73 m and a height of 5.50 *** effects of superficial velocity,SA ratio,bed inventory,and particle diameter on the SA mixing were *** results indicate that there are some differences in the measurement results obtained using different tracer gases,wherein the deviation between CO and CO_(2) ranges from 42%to 66%and that between O_(2) and CO_(2) ranges from 45%to 71%in the lower part of the fluidized ***,these differences became less pronounced as the bed height ***,the high solid concentration and fine particle diameter in the CFB may weaken the *** measurement results of different tracer gases show the same trends under the variation of operating *** superficial velocity and SA ratio and decreasing particle diameter result in better mixing of the *** effect of bed inventory on SA mixing is not monotonic.

Dynamic survivable mapping through reconfiguration in IP over WDM network

A new approach for network survivability problem in Intemet protocol （IP） over wavelength division multiplexing （WDM） optical network is proposed to enhance the IP layer restorability under physical link failure through logical topology reconfiguration. More specifically, after traffic arrival and departure, reconfiguring the logical topology correspondingly is helpful to minimize the traffic disruption after physical link failure. So, in this paper, this problem is proposed for first time and formulated as an integer linear programming （ILP） problem. And then, two heuristic algorithms are proposed. The performance of proposed algorithms have been evaluated through simulations, and the results show that reconfiguring the logical topology dynamically could achieve more than 20% improvement of the restorability of traffic in IP layer, but with acceptable resource cost.

FaaS(function-as-a-service,函数即服务)工作流由多个函数服务编排而成,通过对多个函数的协调控制来实现复杂的业务应用.当前FaaS工作流系统主要基于集中式的数据存储实现函数间的数据传递,导致FaaS函数间的数据传输开销大,显著影响应用性能.在高并发情况下,频繁的数据传输还会产生严重的网络带宽资源争用,导致应用性能下降.针对上述问题,基于函数服务间的细粒度数据依赖分析,提出一种基于关键路径的函数部署优化方法,设计了依赖敏感的数据存取与管理机制,有效减少函数间数据传输,从而降低FaaS工作流应用执行的数据传输时延和端到端时延.设计实现了FaaS工作流系统FineFlow,并基于5个真实FaaS工作流应用开展实验评估.实验结果表明,相比于基于集中式数据存储函数交互机制的FaaS工作流平台,FineFlow能够有效降低FaaS工作流应用的数据传输时延:最高降低74.6%,平均降低63.8%;平均降低应用端到端执行时延19.6%.特别地,对于具有明显细粒度数据依赖的FaaS工作流应用,相比于现有的基于数据本地性的优化方法,FineFlow能够使数据传输时延和端到端时延进一步分别降低28.4%和13.8%.此外,FineFlow通过减少跨节点的数据传输,能够有效缓解网络带宽波动对FaaS工作流执行性能的影响,提升应用性能受网络带宽影响的鲁棒性.
