The global spread of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 has resulted in a significant number of individuals developing pulmonary fibrosis(PF),an irreversible lung *** condition can manifest within a short inter-val following the onset of pneumonia symptoms,sometimes even within a few *** lung transplantation is a potentially lifesaving procedure,its limited availability,high costs,intricate surgeries,and risk of immunological rejection present significant *** optimal timing of medication administration for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)-induced PF remains *** this,it is crucial to explore pharmacotherapy interventions,involving early and preventative treatment as well as pharmacotherapy options for advanced-stage ***,studies have demonstrated disparities in anti-fibrotic treatment based on race and gender *** mutations may also impact therapeutic *** research efforts on pharmacotherapy interventions,while considering relevant pharmacological factors and optimizing the timing and dosage of medication administration,will lead to enhanced,personalized,and fair treatment for individuals impacted by COVID-19-related *** measures are crucial in lessening the burden of the disease on healthcare systems and improving patients'quality of life.

Endoscopic detection and diagnostic strategies for minute gastric cancer:A real-world observational study

BACKGROUND Minute gastric cancers(MGCs)have a favorable prognosis,but they are too small to be detected by endoscopy,with a maximum diameter≤5 *** To explore endoscopic detection and diagnostic strategies for *** This was a real-world observational *** endoscopic and clinicopathological parameters of 191 MGCs between January 2015 and December 2022 were retrospectively *** discoverable opportunity and typical neoplastic features were emphatically *** All MGCs in our study were of a single pathological type,97.38%(186/191)of which were differentiated-type *** light endoscopy(WLE)detected 84.29%(161/191)of MGCs,and the most common morphology of MGCs found by WLE was ***-band imaging(NBI)secondary observation detected 14.14%(27/191)of MGCs,and the most common morphology of MGCs found by NBI was *** three MGCs were detected by indigo carmine third *** a well-demarcated border lesion exhibited a typical neoplastic color,such as yellowish-red or whitish under WLE and brownish under NBI,MGCs should be *** proportion with high diagnostic confidence by magnifying endoscopy with NBI(ME-NBI)was significantly higher than the proportion with low diagnostic confidence and the only visible groups(94.19%>56.92%>32.50%,Pline combined with a typical neoplastic color using nonmagnifying observation is sufficient for diagnosis of *** improves the endoscopic diagnostic confidence of MGCs.

With the development of Internet of Things technology,intelligent door lock devices are widely used in the field of house *** the traditional housing leasing scenario,problems of door lock information disclosure,tenant privacy disclosure and rental contract disputes frequently occur,and the security,fairness and auditability of the housing leasing transaction cannot be *** solve the above problems,a blockchain-based proxy re-encryption scheme with conditional privacy protection and auditability is *** scheme implements fine-grained access control of door lock data based on attribute encryption technology with policy hiding,and uses proxy re-encryption technology to achieve auditable supervision of door lock information *** encryption technology and zero-knowledge proof technology are introduced to ensure the confidentiality of housing rent information and the fairness of rent *** construct a decentralized housing lease transaction architecture,the scheme realizes the efficient collaboration between the door lock data ciphertext stored under the chain and the key information ciphertext on the chain based on the blockchain and InterPlanetary File ***,the security proof and computing performance analysis of the proposed scheme are carried *** results show that the scheme can resist the chosen plaintext attack and has low computational cost.

Durable dual-state duplex Si-HfO_(2)with excellent oxidation and cracking resistance

The lifetime of Si bond coatings in environmental barrier coatings is constrained by phase-transition-induced cracking of the SiO_(2)*** this study,Si-HfO_(2)dual-state duplex composite materials are proposed to address this issue by partially forming HfSiO_(4)and minimizing the SiO_(2)*** as-prepared composite exhibited a structure comprising discrete HfO_(2)“bricks”embedded in a continuous Si“mortar”,while the oxidized state transformed into discrete HfSiO_(4)“bricks”within continuous thin SiO_(2)“mortars”.The results indicate that continuous thin SiO_(2)contributes to reducing the oxidation rate to a level comparable to that of pure Si,and discrete HfSiO_(4)particles aid in relieving phase transition-induced stress and inhibiting crack propagation,thereby enhancing oxidation and cracking resistance ***,the composite with 20 mol%HfO_(2)and a mean particle size of~500 nm at 1370℃exhibited a service lifetime 10 times greater than that of pure *** research provides valuable insights for designing Si-based bond coatings with improved service lifetime.

The vehicle industry is always in search of breakthrough energy-saving and emission-reduction *** recent years,vehicle intelligence has progressed considerably,and researchers are currently trying to take advantage of these *** we consider the case of many vehicles forming a queue,i.e.,vehicles traveling at a predetermined speed and distance *** the majority of existing studies on this subject have focused on the influence of the longitudinal vehicle spacing,vehicle speed,and the number of vehicles on aerodynamic drag and fuel economy,this study considers the lateral offset distance of the vehicle *** group fuel consumption savings rate is calculated and *** also demonstrated by experimental results,some aerodynamic benefits ***,the fuel consumption saving rate of the vehicle queue decreases as the lateral offset distance increases.

Intestinal microecological transplantation for a patient with chronic radiation enteritis:A case report

BACKGROUND The gut microbiota is strongly associated with radiation-induced gut *** study aimed to assess the effectiveness and safety of intestinal microecological transplantation for treating patients with chronic radiation *** SUMMARY A 64-year-old female with cervical cancer developed abdominal pain,diarrhea,and blood in the stool 1 year after *** electronic colonoscopy was performed to diagnose chronic radiation *** courses of intestinal microecological transplantation and full-length 16S rRNA microbiological analysis were *** patient experienced short-and long-term relief from symptoms without adverse *** 16S rRNA sequencing revealed significant differences in the intestinal flora’s composition between patient and healthy *** bacteria,such as Escherichia fergusonii and Romboutsia timonensis,were more in the *** bacteria such as Faecalibacterium prausnitzii,Fusicatenibacter saccharivorans,Ruminococcus bromii,and Bifidobacterium longum were more in the healthy *** microbiota transplantation resulted in a significant change in the patient's intestinal flora *** composition converged with the donor's flora,with an increase in core beneficial intestinal bacteria,such as Eubacterium rectale,and a decrease in pathogenic *** in the intestinal flora corresponded with the patients'alleviating clinical *** Intestinal microecological transplantation is an effective treatment for relieving the clinical symptoms of chronic radiation enteritis by altering the composition of the intestinal *** study provides a new approach for treating patients with chronic radiation enteritis.
