Internal ballistic simulation(IBS)method of multi-burning-rate solid rocket motor(SRM)was developed based on 3-D burning regression method by parameterized feature CAD model(PFCADM)and lumped parameter,in consideration of time-dependent,erosive-burning-effect from internal ballistic numerical *** driving multi-parameter CAD model based on PFCADM,the approach is capable of conducting the geometric regression simulation of various grain combinations of complex configurations with different burning *** suitably simplifying the internal ballistic numerical algorithm,the problems of coupling geometric regression simulation of sub-grains of different burning rates and high computational consumption of internal ballistic calculation were *** tri-burning-rate grain motor,which had been firing-tested,was used as the validation case of *** results show that,with the 3-D grain regression model and sufficient accurate internal ballistic algorithm,the method realizes IBS of the case in low computationalconsumption prediction of its performance within the accuracy of 2% during *** application of the method provides a practical approach to aid SRM design of multi-burning-rate grain.

The research effort outlined the application of a computer aided design(CAD)-centric technique to the design and optimization of solid rocket motor Finocyl(fin in cylinder) grain using simulated *** proper method for constructing the grain configuration model,ballistic performance and optimizer integration for analysis was *** is a complex grain configuration,requiring thirteen variables to define the *** large number of variables not only complicates the geometrical construction but also optimization *** representation encapsulates all of the geometric entities pertinent to the grain design in a parametric way,allowing manipulation of grain entity(web),performing regression and automating geometrical data *** to avoid local minima and efficient capacity to explore design space makes simulated annealing an attractive choice as *** is demonstrated with a constrained optimization of Finocyl grain geometry for homogeneous,isotropic propellant,uniform regression,and a quasi-steady,bulk mode internal ballistics model that maximizes average thrust for required deviations from neutrality.

In this paper,design and optimization technique of slotted tube grain for solid rocket motors has been *** doing so,the design objectives and constraints have been set,geometric parameters identified,performance prediction parameters calculated,thereafter preliminary designs completed and finally optimal design *** model for slotted tube grain configuration has been *** thrust has been taken as the objective function with constraints of burning time,mass of propellant,fixed length and diameter of chamber *** parameter method has been used for calculating the performance prediction parameters.A set of preliminary designs has been completed and an analysis of these results *** all the preliminary results fulfill the design requirements in terms of objective function and constraints,however in order to attain the optimal design,Sequential quadratic programming optimization technique has been *** the slotted tube grain geometry is totally dependent upon various independent variables and each of these variables has a bearing on explicit characteristic of grain designing,hence affects of the independent variables on performance parameters have been examined,thus variation laws have been *** on the variation laws and the analysis of preliminary design results,upper and lower limits have been defined for the independent geometric variables and an initial guess provided for conducting *** attained exhibits that an optimal result has been attained and the value of objective function has been *** the design constraint limits have also been met while ensuring sound values of volumetric loading fraction,web fraction and *** methodology of design and optimization of slotted tube grain for solid rocket motors can be used by engineers as a reference guide for actual design and engineering purposes.

Advanced characterization techniques are utilized to investigate the effect of laser surface treatment on microstructural evolution of pure titanium（Ti）.The results show that there are three distinctly different types of microstructure from surface to substrate in Ti samples,including phase transformation and solidification microstructure in zone I（melting zone）;insufficient recrystallization grains with residual a martensitic plates in zone II（heat-affected zone,HAZ）;fully recrystallization microstructure in zone III（base metal,BM）.The hardness evolution profiles under different laser treatment parameters are *** highest hardness in MZ is ascribed to α plate,while the lowest hardness value in HAZ is due to the insufficiently recrystallized *** metallurgical process on the laser-modified Ti samples is systematically discussed in this work.

针对多级推力固体火箭发动机轴对称喷管的特点,以CFD流场仿真为基础,通过运用合理的模型简化、动态网格、并行仿真等技术和优化策略,建立了合适的喷管流场仿真模型和型面优化模型,实现了基于CFD仿真的喷管型面优化方法,解决了计算规模过大、计算不稳定的问题,能够高效和稳定地对喷管型面进行优化设计计算,同时通过对不同工作段流场的分析和综合计算,实现对喷管的高精度性能预估。计算实例验证了此方法的有效性。此方法的应用,为进一步挖掘喷管潜能、提高喷管设计水平提供了切实可行的途径。

空空导弹高空工作过程中,外部的超声速来流与其固体火箭发动机的尾部喷流相互作用,形成复杂的非定常尾部干扰流场,影响导弹后体的工作环境。为了探寻发动机内弹道对导弹后体结构的非定常影响,采用双组分气体的非定常CFD仿真模型对某空空导弹发动机工作期间的喷管内流场和导弹外流场进行一体化数值模拟,研究了由多个自由剪切层、激波、膨胀波等组成复杂干扰流场的结构,以及在发动机内弹道和外流速度的非定场效应影响下其变化过程,在此基础上定量分析了由此引起的尾流的温度和燃气的扩散,以及在不同内弹道阶段发动机对导弹后体结构产生的影响。计算结果表明,非定常干扰流场在导弹后体附近产生不断变化的低速涡流区域,加速了温度和燃气的扩散,致使导弹尾端面区域受到高温气体冲刷,进而降低导弹后体结构的安全性。因此,空空导弹的后体设计有必要考虑并减少发动机内弹道与导弹外流的非定场影响对导弹后体安全性所造成的潜在威胁。

对航天飞机主发动机(SSME)高压燃料涡轮泵(HPFTP)的故障模式作了归纳总结,深入分析了HPFTP关键部件故障的问题及其解决办法.研究表明:1SSME的HPFTP故障模式与一次性使用液体火箭发动机液氢涡轮泵、航空燃气涡轮的故障模式存在很大的差异;2影响HPFTP寿命的重要故障模式是涡轮叶片的断裂与热防护装置的热机械疲劳故障;涡轮叶片的断裂主要由高温蠕变效应与高速旋转离心力所引起.HPFTP启动、关机瞬态效应对涡轮叶片的影响也很严重,在涡轮叶片寿命预估时必须考虑这些因素;3HPFTP次同步振动问题是SSME HPFTP设计初期面临的一个重要故障模式,主要由轴承与泵级间密封引起的;4启动隔离密封这类HPFTP专有密封件的故障模式也是HPFTP故障模式的重要组成部分.

In the field of perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the research on defects in the buried interface has been relatively limited due to its non-exposure;however,this interface significantly impacts the performance enhancement of inverted *** study employs phenylethylammonium chloride(PEACl)molecules as a buffer layer to modify the buried interface of p-i-n structured PSCs,aiming to enhance the uniformity of self-assembled monolayers(SAMs)and facilitate the uniform nucleation and growth of perovskite films on the ***,the introduction of the PEACl buffer layer effectively passivates defects at the bottom of the perovskite layer and notably enhances the crystal quality of the perovskite film by mitigating residual stress,thereby reducing nonradiative recombination *** these optimizations,the MA-free PSCs treated with PEACl achieve a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 24.11%,with significant improvements in storage,thermal stability,and operational *** noteworthy is the device's performance in an unencapsulated state,whereas after 1,500 hours of continuous light operation stability testing,it retains 97%of its original *** study not only enriches the systematic understanding of the characteristics of the buried interface in PSCs but also contributes significantly to advancing the commercial production of perovskite photovoltaic technology.
