This paper is devoted to stabilizing the high-order uncertain nonlinear system in a fixed time by output feedback ***,a novel settling time solution method is proposed by establishing an indirect double system and using the comparison *** a fixed-time observer and a neural networked based adaptive law are constructed to estimate the state and the unknown disturbance for the high-order uncertain nonlinear ***,a fixed-time output feedback controller is proposed via the homogeneity *** upper bound of the settling time is analyzed for the closed-loop system under the proposed output feedback ***,simulation examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Three novel nonlinear chromophores with symmetric D-π-D molecular structure and extended conjugated length were synthesized. Solvatochromism analysis shows great symmetric intramolecular charge transfer occurring in chromophores by the enhancement in the dipole moment between the ground and excited states. The properties of optical power limiting induced by three-photon absorption （3PA） are demonstrated. Large 3PA coefficients and the corresponding molecular cross sections as high as 10^-74 cm^6s^2 were obtained for nanosecond laser pulses at 1.06μm from nonlinear transmission measurements.

Phosphorylurea molecules, which contain both phosphoryl and carbonyl groups, are considered efficient extractants for UO_2^(2+). This study aims to explain the complexation of UO_2^(2+)with carbamoylphosphoramidic acid(CPO), a simple model for phosphorylurea, for ligand design for uranium recovery from seawater using density functional theory calculations, natural bond order analysis,and the quantum theory of atoms in molecules. The results showed that, when CPO acts as a monodentate ligand, the affinity of phosphoryl for UO_2^(2+)is stronger than that of carbonyl, and CPO coordinates with UO_2^(2+)through the phosphoryl oxygen atom. When CPO serves as a bidentate ligand, both the phosphoryl and carbonyl oxygen atoms connect to UO_2^(2+), and the U–O(carbonyl) bond plays a more important role than the U–O(phosphoryl) bond in the interaction between UO_2^(2+)and CPO. This paradox may be caused by the significant charge transfer from the U–O(carbonyl) p bond orbital to the C–N σ antibond orbital of the bidentate CPO. The NH spacer between the phosphoryl and carbonyl groups could ensure the delocalization of the electron system of the molecule. The bidentate binding motif is favored by entropy and opposed by enthalpy, while the monodentate binding motif is favored by enthalpy and opposed by entropy. Ultimately, the bidentate binding motif is more favorable than the monodentate one. As expected, the interaction between UO_2^(2+)and the deprotonated CPO is stronger than that between UO_2^(2+)and the neutral CPO. Comparing the interaction between UO_2^(2+)and CPO with that between UO_2^(2+)and Nphenylcarbamoylphosphoramidic acid(Ph CPO), formed by replacing one hydrogen atom from the terminal nitrogen atom of CPO with a phenyl group, the phenyl substituent at the terminal nitrogen atom of Ph CPO shows a slightly negative effect on the interaction between UO_2^(2+)and Ph CPO.

Ocular diseases include various anterior and posterior segment diseases. Due to the unique anatomy and physiology of the eye, efficient ocular drug delivery is a great challenge to researchers and pharmacologists. Although there are conventional noninvasive and invasive treatments, such as eye drops,injections and implants, the current treatments either suffer from low bioavailability or severe adverse ocular effects. Alternatively, the emerging nanoscience and nanotechnology are playing an important role in the development of novel strategies for ocular disease therapy. Various active molecules have been designed to associate with nanocarriers to overcome ocular barriers and intimately interact with specific ocular tissues. In this review, we highlight the recent attempts of nanotechnology-based systems for imaging and treating ocular diseases, such as corneal d iseases, glaucoma, retina diseases, and choroid diseases. Although additional work remains, the progress described herein may pave the way to new,highly effective and important ocular nanomedicines.

This paper presents a systematic study of newly developed metastable β-type Ti-25Nb-2Mo-4Sn (wt%) alloy with high strength and low elastic modulus, with focus on the microstructural evolution and mechanical behavior associated with aging. The pre-treatment (solution treatment or cold rolling) prior to aging exerts substantial influence on the subsequent aging response including microstructural evolution and mechanical behavior. Even under the same aging treatment, the aging products could be (β+ω), or alternatively (β+α), depending on the pre-treatments. This interesting aging response was discussed on the basis of the mechanism for ω formation. High-density dislocation tangles and grain boundaries induced by severe cold rolling play a key role in hindering the transition from β to isothermal ω, favoring the precipitation of α phase on aging. By aging cold-rolled specimen for short time, superior mechanical properties, i.e. high ultimate strength of ～1113 MPa and low elastic modulus of ～65 GPa, achieved in Ti-25Nb-2Mo-4Sn alloy. The characterization of microstructural evolution and compositional change indicated that the precipitation of fine α does not cause the enrichment of β-stabilizers in β matrix upon a short-time aging, guaranteeing low elastic modulus of the short-time aged specimen. Meanwhile, fine α precipitates as well as dislocations play a crucial part in strengthening, giving rise to its high yield strength and high ultimate tensile strength.

The E3 ubiquitin ligase,carboxyl terminus of heat shock protein 70(Hsp70)interacting protein(CHIP),also functions as a co-chaperone and plays a crucial role in the protein quality control *** this study,we aimed to investigate the neuroprotective effect of overexpressed CHIP on Alzheimer’s *** used an adeno-associated virus vector that can cross the blood-brain barrier to mediate CHIP overexpression in APP/PS1 mouse *** overexpression significantly ameliorated the performance of APP/PS1 mice in the Morris water maze and nest building tests,reduced amyloid-βplaques,and decreased the expression of both amyloid-βand phosphorylated *** also alleviated the concentration of microglia and astrocytes around *** APP/PS1 mice of a younger age,CHIP overexpression promoted an increase in ADAM10 expression and inhibitedβ-site APP cleaving enzyme 1,insulin degrading enzyme,and neprilysin *** of HSP70 and HSP40,which have functional relevance to CHIP,were also *** nuclei transcriptome sequencing in the hippocampus of CHIP overexpressed mice showed that the lysosomal pathway and oligodendrocyte-related biological processes were up-regulated,which may also reflect a potential mechanism for the neuroprotective effect of *** research shows that CHIP effectively reduces the behavior and pathological manifestations of APP/PS1 ***,overexpression of CHIP could be a beneficial approach for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
