Methane(CH_(4))as a substitute for other mineral.fuel. pl.ys a crucial.rol. in reducing energy consumption and preventing environmental.*** present study empl.ys a sol.othermal.method to fabricate a porous framework Co-metal.organic framework(Co-MOF)containing two distinct secondary buil.ing units(SBUs):an anionic[Co_(2)(μ_(2)-OH)(COO)_(4)(H_(2)O)]and a neutral.CoN_(2)(COO)_(2)].Notabl.,within the anionic SBUs,the coordinated water mol.cul.s induce the generation of divergent unsaturated Co(Ⅱ)centers in the unidirectional.porous channel.,thereby creating open metal.*** adsorption performance of Co-MOF towards pure component gases was systematical.y *** resul.s demonstrated that Co-MOF exhibits superior adsorption capacity for C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbons compared to CH_(4),which offers the potential.for efficient adsorption and separation of CH_(4) from C_(2)-C_(3) *** gas sel.ctivity separation ratios of Co-MOF for C_(2)H_(6)/CH_(4) and C_(3)H_8/CH_(4) were cal.ul.ted using the ideal.adsorbed sol.tion theory method at 273/298 K and 0.1 *** resul.s reveal.d that Co-MOF achieved remarkabl. equil.brium separation sel.ctivity for CH_(4) and C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbon gases among non-modified MOFs,signifying the potential.of the synthesized Co-MOF for efficient recovery and purification of CH_(4) from C_(2)-C_(3) *** experiments further demonstrate the abil.ty of Co-MOF to purify methane from C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbons in practical.gas separation ***,mol.cul.r simul.tion cal.ul.tions further substantiate the propensity of anionic SBUs to interact with C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbon *** study provides a novel.paradigm for the devel.pment of porous MOF material. in the appl.cation of gas mixture separation.

Cancer stem cel.s(CSCs) pl.y an important rol. in metastasis devel.pment, tumor recurrence, and treatment resistance, and are essential.for the eradication of cancer. Currentl., therapies fail.to eradicate CSCs due to their therapeutic stress-induced cel.ul.r escape, which l.ads to enhanced aggressive behaviors compared with CSCs that have never been treated. However, the underl.ing mechanisms regul.ting the therapeutic escape remain unknown. To this end, we establ.shed a model.to isol.te the therapeutic escaped CSCs(TSCSCs) from breast CSCs and performed the transcription profil. to reveal.the mechanism. Mechanistical.y, we demonstrated that the behavior of therapeutic escape was regul.ted through the p38/MAPK signal.ng pathway, resul.ing in TSCSCs exhibiting enhanced motil.ty and metastasis. Notabl.,bl.cking the p38/MAPK signal.ng pathway effectivel. reduced motil.ty and metastasis abil.ty both in vitro and in vivo, which were further supported by downregul.ted motil.ty-rel.ted genes and epithel.al.mesenchymal.transition(EMT)-rel.ted proteins vimentin and *** obtained findings reveal.the p38/MAPK pathway as a potential.therapeutic target for TSCSCs and woul. provide profound impl.cations for cancer therapy.

利用背景噪声方法,对布设在华南块体及其周边区域数个流动地震台阵中共704个地震台站的连续数据进行分析,反演得到华南岩石圈的三维S波速度结构。结果表明,地表附近S波速度结构与华南块体的地表构造高度相关,低速异常区集中在四川盆地和江汉盆地等沉积层较厚的区域。江南造山带的中上地壳呈现明显的高速异常,该高速异常即为华夏块体与扬子块体的分界区域。华夏块体中地壳低速异常区与该区域广泛分布的中生代花岗岩对应较好。华南上地幔岩石圈的东部与西部存在显著的速度差异,西部呈现显著的高速异常,反映西部四川盆地底部稳固的克拉通结构;上地幔的低速异常揭示华南东部岩石圈因太平洋板块俯冲的影响而明显减薄(<70km)。推测华夏块体以琼州海峡为中心的上地幔显著低速区可能对应海南地幔柱的热物质上涌。
