This paper proposes an adaptive neural network sliding mode control based on fractional-order ultra-local model for n-DOF upper-limb exoskeleton in presence of uncertainties,external disturbances and input *** the model complexity and input deadzone,a fractional-order ultra-local model is proposed to formulate the original dynamic system for simple controller ***,the control gain of ultra-local model is considered as a *** fractional-order sliding mode technique is designed to stabilize the closed-loop system,while fractional-order time-delay estimation is combined with neural network to estimate the lumped ***,a fractional-order ultra-local model-based neural network sliding mode controller(FO-NNSMC) is ***,to avoid disadvantageous effect of improper gain selection on the control performance,the control gain of ultra-local model is considered as an unknown ***,the Nussbaum technique is introduced into the FO-NNSMC to deal with the stability problem with unknown ***,a fractional-order ultra-local model-based adaptive neural network sliding mode controller(FO-ANNSMC) is ***,the stability analysis of the closed-loop system with the proposed method is presented by using the Lyapunov ***,with the co-simulations on virtual prototype of 7-DOF iReHave upper-limb exoskeleton and experiments on 2-DOF upper-limb exoskeleton,the obtained compared results illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.

Current strategies for drug discovery research mainly focus on molecular targets,in which structure biology plays a central role,such as the detailed mechanism of a drug-target *** principle of this approach is the presumed molecular mechanism or genetic background of the disease being *** this approach has brought progress in understanding the mode of action for some drugs,most prevalent illnesses-especially chronic diseases-are multifactorial and present with a group of symptoms,as is often the case in cardiovascular diseases,metabolic disorders,cancers,and so *** newly emerging term“multi-morbidity”(i.e.,multiple co-occurring diseases)describes a grand challenge for this strategy,and successful drug intervention for multimorbidity should be multifaceted[1].So,our research team has shifted its attention to a new direction that views the disease as a whole instead of a single-molecule abnormality,and focusing on drugs with multiple targets.

The von Hippel-Lindau tumor suppressor protein(VHL),an E3 ubiquitin ligase,functions as a critical regulator of the oxygen-sensing pathway for targeting hypoxia-inducible *** evidence suggests that mammalian VHL may also be critical to the NF-κB signaling pathway,although the specific molecular mechanisms remain ***,the roles of mandarin fish(Siniperca chuatsi)VHL(scVHL)in the NF-κB signaling pathway and mandarin fish ranavirus(MRV)replication were *** transcription of scVHL was induced by immune stimulation and MRV infection,indicating a potential role in innate ***-luciferase reporter gene assays and reverse transcription quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)results demonstrated that scVHL evoked and positively regulated the NF-κB signaling *** with NF-κB signaling pathway inhibitors indicated that the role of scVHL may be mediated through scIKKα,scIKKβ,scIκBα,or ***-immunoprecipitation(Co-IP)analysis identified scIκBαas a novel target protein of ***,scVHL targeted scIκBαto catalyze the formation of K63-linked polyubiquitin chains to activate the NF-κB signaling *** MRV infection,NF-κB signaling remained activated,which,in turn,promoted MRV *** findings suggest that scVHL not only positively regulates NF-κB but also significantly enhances MRV *** study reveals a novel function of scVHL in NF-κB signaling and viral infection in fish.

The sluggish kinetics behaviors and vast volume variations of Na+hosts to FeS2anode involved intercalation,and conversion reactions plague its applicability of sodium-ion batteries （SIBs）.here,a significantly expedited kinetics via cation intercalation and considerably relieved stress accumulation by constructing the concave scaffold protector are approached for *** Mn2+intercalation into FeS2,a new stable Mn–FeS2was generated with distorted coordination;elevated antibonding orbital occupancy and lowed d band center to the release of more free Na+were achieved,which was further encapsulated by hollow bowl-like carbon spheres （BC）This cation intercalation and concave morphology strategies confer Mn–FeS2@BC significantly enhanced electron ion transport kinetics via reversed electron transfer to FeS2fast desolvation kinetics,and evidently depressed structural deformation during Na+insertion and ***,Mn–FeS2@BC delivers the longevity and stable Na+storage capacity in both half and full cell ***,Mn–FeS2@BC also displays excellen adaptability in a wider temperature *** work proposes new views into the deep regulation of electrochemical performance of transition metal anodes via intercalation chemistry and concave engineering.

The aim of this study was to develop an improved thin sea ice thickness(SIT)retrieval algorithm in the Arctic Ocean from the Soil Moisture Ocean Salinity and Soil Moisture Active Passive L-band radiometer *** SIT retrieval algorithm was trained using the simulated SIT from the cumulative freezing degree days model during the freeze-up period over five carefully selected regions in the Beaufort,Chukchi,East Siberian,Laptev and Kara seas and utilized the microwave polarization ratio(PR)at incidence angle of 40°.The improvements of the proposed retrieval algorithm include the correction for the sea ice concentration impact,reliable reference SIT data over different representative regions of the Arctic Ocean and the utilization of microwave polarization ratio that is independent of ice *** relationship between the SIT and PR was found to be almost stable across the five selected *** SIT retrievals were then compared to other two existing algorithms(i.e.,UH_SIT from the University of Hamburg and UB_SIT from the University of Bremen)and validated against independent SIT data obtained from moored upward looking sonars(ULS)and airborne electromagnetic(EM)induction *** results suggest that the proposed algorithm could achieve comparable accuracies to UH_SIT and UB_SIT with root mean square error(RMSE)being about 0.20 m when validating using ULS SIT data and outperformed the UH_SIT and UB_SIT with RMSE being about 0.21 m when validatng using EM SIT *** proposed algorithm can be used for thin sea ice thickness(he Arctic Ocean and requires less auxiliary data in the SIT retrieval procedure which makes its implementation more practical.

Precipitation is a common phenomenon that occurs during heat *** is internal stress around the precipitate owing to the lattice misfit between the precipitate and *** internal stress has a significant influence not only on the precipitation kinetics but also on the material *** misfit stress can be obtained by numerically solving the mechanical equilibrium ***,this process is complex and *** developed a new approach based on deep learning to accelerate the solution *** training data were first generated by a phase-field model coupled with elastic mechanical equilibrium equations,which were solved using the finite difference *** obtained precipitate morphologies and corresponding stress distributions were input data for training the physics-informed(PI)UNet *** well-trained PI-UNet model can then be applied to predicting stress distributions with the precipitate morphology as the *** accuracy and efficiency are discussed in this *** results showed that the PI-UNet model was an appropriate approach for quickly predicting the misfit stress between the precipitate and matrix.
