Intimal hyperplasia(IH)is a negative vascular remodeling after arterial *** occasionally occurs in elastase-induced abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)mouse *** study aims to clarify the incidence and histological characteristics of IH in aneurysmal mice.A retrospective study was conducted by including 42 male elastaseinduced mouse AAA *** IH incidence,aortic diameters with or without IH,and hyperplasia lesional features of mice were *** 42 elastase-induced AAA mouse models,10 mice developed mild IH(24%)and severe IH was found in only 2 mice(5%).The outer diameters of the AAA segments in mice with and without IH did not show significant *** mild and severe IH lesions show strong smooth muscle cell positive staining,but endothelial cells were occasionally observed in severe IH *** was obvious macrophage infiltration in the IH lesions of the AAA mouse models,especially in mice with severe ***,only a lower numbers of T cells and B cells were found in the IH *** cell-secreted matrix metalloproteinases(MMP)2 was highly expressed in all IH lesions,but MMP9 was only overexpressed in severe *** conclusion,this study is the first to demonstrate the occurrence of aneurysmal IH and its histological characteristics in an elastaseinduced mouse AAA *** will help researchers better understand this model,and optimize it for use in AAA-related research.

为了加快镁离子电池的开发与应用,寻找合适的镁离子电池阳极材料势在必行.此外,具有较低摩尔质量的阳极材料有利于获得较高的理论存储容量.因此,本文采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算系统地研究了BeB_(2)单层材料作为镁离子电池阳极的潜力.计算结果表明,基于声子谱检测,BeB_(2)结构展现了优异的动力学稳定性.此外,从BeB_(2)的能带结构可以看到清晰的狄拉克锥,表明其具有良好的导电性能.BeB_(2)可以稳定吸附镁离子,并且镁离子在该材料上表现了较低的扩散势垒(0.04 eV),这意味着更快的充放电速率.重要的是,BeB_(2)展现了超高的理论容量(5250 mA·h·g^(–1))、较低平均开路电压(0.33 V)以及较小的体积膨胀(2%).此外,Mg离子在双层BeB_(2)结构中的吸附能为–1.38—–2.24 eV,扩散势垒为0.134—0.84 eV.综合以上性能,我们相信BeB_(2)可以作为一种优秀的镁离子电池阳极材料.

The first factor affecting dryland winter wheat grain yield under various mulching measures: Spike number

Water is the key factor limiting dryland wheat grain *** affects crop yield and yield components by affecting soil *** research is needed to determine the relationships between yield components and soil moisture with yield,and to identify the most important factor affecting grain yield under various mulching measures.A long-term 9-yearifeld experiment in the Loess Plateau of Northwest China was carried out with three treatments:no mulch (CK),plastic mulch (M_(P)) and straw mulch (M_(S)).Yield factors and soil moisture were measured,and the relationships between them were explored by correlation analysis,structural equation modeling and significance *** results showed that compared with CK,the average grain yields of M_(P) and M_(S) increased by 13.0and 10.6%,*** average annual grain yield of the M_(P) treatment was 134 kg ha^(–1) higher than the M_(S) *** were no significant differences in yield components among the three treatments (Phe M_(S) treatment was greater than the M_(P) treatment,although the differences were not statistically *** water storage during the summer fallow period (SWSSF) and soil water storage before sowing (SWSS) of M_(S) were significantly higher than in CK,which increased by 38.5 and 13.6%,*** relationship between M_(P) and CK was not statistically significant for SWSSF,but the SWSS in M_(P) was significantly higher than in *** terms of soil water storage after harvest (SWSH) and water consumption in the growth period(ET),there were no signi?cant differences among the three *** on the three analysis methods,we found that spike number and ET were positively correlated with grain ***,the relative importance of spike number to yield was the greatest in the M_(P )and M_(S) treatments,while that of ET was the greatest in *** SWSSF could indirectly increase spike number and ET in the three treatments.B

“Biofilm”是指黏附于非生物或生物表面后,细菌通过分泌的胞外聚合物(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)将自身包裹其中而形成的细菌聚集体膜状物。“Biofilm”的形成主要包括黏附、定殖、发育、成熟与主动消散5个阶段。“Biofilm”是具有复杂结构与多重功能的“动态细菌组织”,因此在相对稳定微环境中的细菌具有更强的抗逆性,从而导致病原菌更难去除,而益生菌则更易在宿主体内存活与定殖。目前,对于“biofilm”的中文翻译存在“生物被膜”和“生物膜”两种名词混用的现象,少有文献对此深入讨论,并明确指出哪种翻译更为准确。基于此,本文对“biofilm”的形成过程、生理功能和使用现状进行了分析与讨论,并认为“biofilm”翻译为“生物被膜”更为严谨、准确。

Quantum physics is primarily concerned with real eigenvalues,stemming from the unitarity of time *** the introduction of PT symmetry,a widely accepted consensus is that,even if the Hamiltonian of the system is not hermitian,the eigenvalues can still be purely real under specific ***,great enthusiasm has been devoted to exploring the eigenvalue problem of non-hermitian *** this work,from a distinct perspective,we demonstrate that real eigenvalues can also emerge under the appropriate recursive condition of ***,our findings provide another path to extract the real energy spectrum of non-hermitian systems,which guarantees the conservation of probability and stimulates future experimental observations.

The synergistic regulatory effect of PTP1B and PTK inhibitors on the development of Oedaleus decorus asiaticus Bei-Bienko

蜾蠃(Eumeninae)是胡蜂科(Vespidae)中种类最丰富的一个亚科,已知204属3800种,分布广泛、筑巢策略多样,其生活方式从绝大多数独居到极少数种类的原始社会性,对研究社会性昆虫演化具有重要价值。繁殖期筑巢是蜾蠃亚科物种生活史的重要阶段,也是子代繁殖成功的重要保障。按照其筑巢习性传统上可将蜾蠃亚科物种分为挖掘型、租住型和建造型3种类型。然而,蜾蠃亚科物种的筑巢在同种雌性中也具有很强的可塑性和建造不同类型的巢的习性。不论采用何种筑巢类型,蜾蠃亚科常用泥筑巢,也有一些种类用嚼碎的叶子或碎石子筑巢,甚至有少数种类会用植物材料或鸟粪等伪装巢。食物供应是蜾蠃筑巢过程中最大的精力和时间投资。大多数独居的蜾蠃是截断式为子代巢室内供应食物(将瘫痪的昆虫猎物作为幼虫的食物),一些具有原始社会行为的蜾蠃是渐进式供应,尤其是在猎物稀缺的情况下表现更明显。蜾蠃亚科主要捕猎鳞翅目(Lepidoptera)[尺蛾科(Geometridae)和卷蛾科(Tortricidae)]和鞘翅目(Coleoptera)[叶甲科(Chrysomelidae)和象鼻甲科(Curculionidae)]科幼虫,在农业重要鳞翅目和鞘翅目害虫的生物防治中具有重要作用。尽管蜾蠃亚科如此重要,但其筑巢生物学仍然鲜为人知,我国有关蜾蠃亚科物种的筑巢生物学研究更少。因此,本文系统综述了目前蜾蠃亚科筑巢生物学的研究现状,并提出未来研究建议如下:(1)研究蜾蠃亚科物种在不同生境中的筑巢生物学特点;(2)研究植物-植食性害虫-蜾蠃-天敌昆虫之间的食物网关系,进而揭示不同蜾蠃在农业和自然生态系统的功能;(3)优势蜾蠃在害虫生态防控中的应用研究。

A Review of Type 1 and Type 2 Intraductal Papillary Neoplasms of the Bile Duct

Intraductal papillary neoplasm of the bile duct(IPNB)is a heterogeneous disease similar to intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of the *** lesions have been recognized as one of the three major precancerous lesions in the biliary tract since *** 2018,Japanese and Korean pathologists reached a consensus,classifying IPNBs into type l and type 2 *** are more prevalent in male patients in East Asia and are closely related to diseases such as cholelithiasis and *** a molecular genetic perspective,IPNBs exhibit early genetic variations,and different molecular pathways may be involved in the tumorigenesis of type 1 and type 2 *** histological subtypes of IPNBs include gastric,intestinal,pancreaticobiliary,or oncocytic subtypes,but type 1 IPNBs typically exhibit more regular and well-organized histological features than type 2 IPNBs and are more commonly found in the intrahepatic bile ducts with abundant *** to the rarity of these lesions and the absence of specific clinical and laboratory features,imaging is crucial for the preoperative diagnosis of IPNB,with local bile duct dilation and growth along the bile ducts being the main imaging *** resection remains the optimal treatment for IPNBs,but negative bile duct margins and the removal of lymph nodes in the hepatic hilum significantly improve the postoperative survival rates for patients with IPNBs.
