BACKGROUND:Emergency medical service system(EMSS)is essential in providing acute care services for health ***,trends of emergency and acute care in China haven’t been studied ***:Relevant literature was carefully reviewed,including original and review articles,letters,government reports,yearbooks,both in Chinese and in *** on the number of emergency visits,physicians and beds in emergency departments(EDs),and the workforce of prehospital emergency care were summarized and analyzed from China Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbooks(2006–2018).RESULTS:Over the past decade,the number of ED visits tripled from 51.9 million to 166.5 million;and utilization of pre-hospital emergency care increased from 3.2 million to 6.8 *** response to rapid increases in demand,the number of licensed emergency physicians raised from 20,058 to 59,409;the beds’number increased from 10,783 to 42,*** pre-hospital emergency care,the volume of health workforce increased from 3,687 to 8,671,with a 109%increase in the number of physicians from 1,774 to 3,***,overcrowding,the long length of stay in EDs,poor work environment,and work exhaustion were still the critical challenges faced by China’s ***:The number of emergency visits has grown with continual capability enhancement during the past ***,overcrowding,the long length of stay in EDs,poor work environment,and work exhaustion still need to be solved by China’s *** fi ndings and comparison with the USA could offer experiences and lessons to EMSS development worldwide,especially for developing countries.

Constructing the stable,low-cost,efficient,and highly adaptable visible light-driven photocatalyst to implement the synergistic effect of photocatalysis and adsorption has been excavated a promising strategy to deal with antibiotic pollution in water ***,a novel 3 D ternary Z-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst Ni_(2)P/Bi_(2)MoO_(6)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(Ni_(2)P/BMO/CN)was fabricated by a simple solvothermal method in which the broad spectrum antibiotics(mainly tetracyclines and supplemented by quinolones)were used as target pollution sources to evaluate its adsorption and photocatalytic ***,the Zscheme composite significantly exhibit the enhancement for degradation efficiency of tetracycline and other antibiotic by using Ni_(2)P nanoparticles as electron *** species capture experiment and electron spin resonance(ESR)technology reveal the mechanism of Z-scheme Ni_(2)P/BMO/CN photocatalytic reaction in *** addition,based on the identification of intermediates by liquid chromatography–mass spectroscopy(LC–MS),the possible photocatalytic degradation pathways of TC were proposed.

Dynamic adsorption of Xe on a fixed-bed adsorber at 77 K

In designing a fixed-bed adsorber, it is vital to understand dynamic adsorption properties of the unit. Temperature is an important effect on adsorbent performance, as the dynamic adsorption coefficients tend to increase with decreasing temperature. To minimize the volume of the fixed-bed adsorber, the dynamic adsorption characteristics of Xe were studied at 77 K by employing a variety of adsorbents under different operational conditions. The carbon molecular sieve performed better than that of activated carbon. Both operational conditions and the presence of gaseous impurities were found to affect the adsorption properties.

Development of active and stable catalysts for low-temperature CO oxidation has long been regarded as a hot *** this contribution,we used CeO_(2) with high-density surface pits as support to prepare an active and stable Au/CeO_(2) catalyst by an adsorption-deposition *** obtained 0.05 wt%Au/CeO_(2)-TD(where TD represents thermal decomposition)can maintain its activity at 80℃ for more than 20 h or even after calcination at 800℃ for 2 *** characterization results showed that the high-density surface pits on CeO_(2)-TD play a decisive role in the stabilization of Au and enhancement of the redox *** work may provide a new strategy to improve the stability of supported metal catalysts by a simple and conventional method.

By combining the three-dimensional model software and grid generation software,the combustor parametric model and high quality and high speed gridding in the full flow field has been *** on the research of the parametric modeling,an optimizing design,CFD analysis and performance prediction of the combustor have been accomplished,and the rule of the combustor performance variation with structural parameters was *** results show that the combustor capability has no significant change with the radial swirler parameters and the primary holes *** combustor capability has significant change with position and profile of the primary holes and dilution holes,and the combustor outlet temperature profile and emission change greatly when the total hole area of the burnerinnerliner *** parametric model method is helpful to provide a fast design method for the aero-engine combustor design.

Ti4+-incorporated fluorite-structured high-entropy oxide (Ce,Hf,Y,Pr,Gd)O_(2−δ): Optimizing preparation and CMAS corrosion behavior

Environmental barrier coatings(EBCs)with excellent chemical resistance and good high-temperature stability are of great significance for their applications in next-generation turbine *** this work,a new type of high-entropy fluorite-structured oxide(Ce_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Y_(0.2)Pr_(0.2)Gd_(0.2))O_(2−δ)(HEFO-1)with different Ti^(4+)contents were successfully *** addition of Ti4+could be dissolved into a high-entropy lattice to maintain the structure stable,effectively reducing the phase formation temperature and promoting the shrinkage of bulk *** treatment experiments showed that all the samples remained a single phase after annealing at 1200–1600℃for 6 *** addition,high-entropy(Ce_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Y_(0.2)Pr_(0.2)Gd_(0.2)Ti_(0.2x)O_(2−δ)demonstrated great resistance to calcium–magnesium–alumina–silicate(CMAS)thermochemical *** the content of Ti was increased to x=0.5,the average thickness of the reaction layer was about 10.5µm after being corroded at 1300℃for 10 *** study reveals that high-entropy(Ce_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Y_(0.2)Pr_(0.2)Gd_(0.2)Ti_(0.2x)O_(2−δ)is expected to be a candidate for the next-generation EBC materials with graceful resistance to CMAS corrosion.

在无线数据传输中,环境干扰和网络拥塞导致的数据丢包和缺失问题显著影响了时间序列预测的稳定性。为了解决这个问题,提出了一种名为TFKNet的时间序列预测模型。该模型基于Transformer的多维时间序列数据预测方法,在传统Transformer模型的基础上,结合时间卷积网络(TCN)和傅立叶频率特征提取技术增强了模型对局部特征的捕捉能力和多频率特征的提取能力,引入Kernel Attention Networks(KAN)提高了模型的预测性能。实验结果表明,与Transformer、Informer、Reformer、Autoformer传统方法相比,TFKNet模型在时间序列长预测任务中预测误差MAE分别平均降低0.0522、0.1117、0.1209、0.1922。

The dissolution performance of black aluminum dross(BAD)in cryolite electrolyte is key to its recovery by molten salt *** stable operation of the electrolyzer depends mainly on the rapid dissolution of BAD in Na_(3)AlF_(6)-AlF_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)electrolyte *** this paper,the dissolution performance and behavior of BAD and its main components in the cryolite system were studied,and the saturation solubility of aluminum nitride in this system was *** dissolution performance of BAD in cryolite electrolyte before and after denitration was compared,and the effects of temperature,cryolite ratio,and the doping ratio of BAD and alumina on the dissolution rate were *** obtained results showed that aluminum nitride was the main factor affecting the dissolution performance of BAD in the *** nitride was partly converted toα-Al_(2)O_(3)after addition to the electrolyte,and the convertedα-Al_(2)O_(3)was partially dissolved in the cryolite electrolyte,while the remaining precipitated and accumulated at the bottom with aluminum *** nitride was almost insoluble in the cryolite electrolyte,with 0.0022%solubility.A higher proportion ofα-Al_(2)O_(3)in BAD was negatively influenced its solubility in the cryolite *** dissolution rate of BAD in cryolite electrolytes was effectively improved by mixing BAD withγ-Al_(2)O_(3).
