Vortex transmutation utilizes a periodic system,which not only enables the alteration of the topological charge(TC)of unstable input vortices but also facilitates their transformation into stable *** approach is crucial for investigating the characteristics of vortices in various wave ***,we achieve acoustic vortex TC transmutation by employing a welldesigned dual-structured plate external system(DPES).The interactions between the acoustic vortex and the finite-order discrete rotational symmetry lead to the transformation of its topological charge when complete rotational symmetry is broken to Nthorder discrete *** results experimentally demonstrate the acoustic vortex TC transmutation based on passive artificial structures,enabling numerous applications in particle manipulation and information multiplexing as well as advancing our understanding and control over free-space acoustic vortices.

目的探讨特瑞普利单抗所致多种免疫相关性不良事件(irAE)的临床特征和诊断、治疗、监护措施,为同类病例的临床管理提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析1例膀胱癌术后接受特瑞普利单抗免疫治疗后出现多种irAE的病例,详细描述了该患者的病史、实验室检查、影像学检查、治疗过程及转归情况,并采用诺氏评估量表对irAE与特瑞普利单抗的关联性进行评估。结果该例患者在接受特瑞普利单抗治疗后出现免疫相关性心肌炎、肝损伤和肌无力等irAE,经诺氏评估量表评估认为上述不良反应与特瑞普利单抗存在关联。经过大剂量糖皮质激素冲击治疗及免疫球蛋白免疫调节治疗后,患者的症状得到了有效缓解,各项生理指标均呈现好转趋势,各系统/器官损伤程度也得到显著改善。结论特瑞普利单抗可能导致包括免疫相关性心肌炎、肝损伤和肌无力在内的多种irAE。早期识别irAE、及时诊断以及合理治疗对于改善患者预后至关重要。

Constructing an effective common latent embedding by aligning the latent spaces of cross-modal variational autoencoders（VAEs） is a popular strategy for generalized zero-shot learning（GZSL）. However, due to the lack of fine-grained instance-wise annotations, existing VAE methods can easily suffer from the posterior collapse problem. In this paper, we propose an innovative asymmetric VAE network by aligning enhanced feature representation（AEFR） for GZSL. Distinguished from general VAE structures, we designed two asymmetric encoders for visual and semantic observations and one decoder for visual reconstruction. Specifically, we propose a simple yet effective gated attention mechanism（GAM） in the visual encoder for enhancing the information interaction between observations and latent variables, alleviating the possible posterior collapse problem effectively. In addition, we propose a novel distributional decoupling-based contrastive learning（D2-CL） to guide learning classification-relevant information while aligning the representations at the taxonomy level in the latent representation space. Extensive experiments on publicly available datasets demonstrate the state-of-the-art performance of our method. The source code is available at https://***/seeyourmind/AEFR.

Sedimentation sludge water(SSW),a prominent constituent of wastewater from drinking water treatment plants,has received limited attention in terms of its treatment and utilization likely due to the perceived difficulties associated with managing SSW *** study comprehensively evaluated the water quality of SSW by comparing it to a well-documented wastewater(filter backwash water(FBW)).Furthermore,it investigated the pollutant variations in the SSW during pre-sedimentation process,probed the underlying reaction mechanism,and explored the feasibility of employing a pilot-scale coagulation-sedimentation process for SSW *** levels of most water quality parameters were generally comparable between SSW and *** the pre-sedimentation of SSW,significant removal of turbidity,bacterial counts,and dissolved organic matter(DOM)was *** characterization of DOM components,molecular weight distributions,and optical properties revealed that the macromolecular proteinaceous biopolymers and humic acids were preferentially *** characterization of particulates indicated that high surface energy,zeta potential,and bridging/adsorption/sedimentation/coagulation capacities in aluminum residuals of SSW,underscoring its potential as a coagulant and promoting the generation and sedimentation of inorganic-organic *** coagulation-sedimentation process could effectively remove pollutants from low-turbidity SSW([turbidity]0<15 NTU).These findings provide valuable insights into the water quality dynamics of SSW during the pre-sedimentation process,facilitating the development of SSW quality management and enhancing its reuse rate.

为保障复杂装备技术状态管理的有效集成和多方协同,实现技术状态管理业务数据的双重有序管控,提出基于领域系统(domain system,DS)的建模架构和设计方法。通过引入基于模式的系统工程(pattern-based system engineering,PBSE)框架,构建基于DS的复杂装备技术状态管理基本架构,设计DS元模型、DS模型、DS模式的建模方法,将国防部体系架构元模型(Department of Defense Architecture framework metamodel,DM2)进行复杂装备技术状态管理领域化重组为DS元模型,并通过领域元数据映射为DS模型,使其有序组织为适用于具体装备技术状态管理的DS模式。为验证所提方法的有效性,以运载火箭结构系统多视图物料清单(X bill of material,XBOM)为案例,开展基于DS的技术状态管理应用。结果表明,所提方法可为其技术状态管理提供兼具建模的一致性和可追溯性的实施方案,为复杂装备技术状态管理的领域模型配置提供指导性思路。

In this paper,we present a metamaterial structure of Dirac and vanadium dioxide(VO_(2))and investigate its optical properties using the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)*** the phase transition feature of VO_(2),the design can realize active tuning of the plasmon induced transparency(PIT)effect at terahertz frequency,thereby converting from a single PIT to a *** VO_(2) is in the insulating state,the structure is symmetric to obtain a single-band PIT *** VO_(2) is in the metallic state,the structure turns asymmetric to realize a dual-band PIT *** design provides a reference direction for the design of actively tunable ***,it is discovered that the transparent window's resonant frequency and the Fermi level in this structure have a somewhat linear *** addition,the structure achieves superior refractive index sensitivity in the terahertz band,surpassing 1 THz/***,the design exhibits encouraging potential for application in refractive index sensors and optical switches.

The oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is a crucial process in Zn-air systems,and the catalyst plays a significant role in this ***,reported catalysts often suffer from poor durability and stability during the ORR ***,we synthesized La-Fe bimetallic nanoparticles encapsulated in a N-doped porous carbon dodecahedron(La-Fe/NC)originated from ZIF-8 by a simple direct *** La-Fe/NC catalyst had a numerous mesopores and dendritic outer layer generated by carbon nanotubes(CNTs),forming a high conductivity network that helped to optimize electron transfer and mass transport in the ORR *** effect of different doping transition metals and metal ratios on the ORR activity of Zn-air batteries was *** alkaline media,the La-Fe/NC showed the highest ORR catalytic activity,with a half-wave potential(E_(1/2))of 0.879 V(***,Pt/C 0.845 V).After 5000 cycles,the E_(1/2)of the La-Fe/NC catalyst only decreased by 7 m V,and its performance in stability tests and methanol tolerance tests was superior to Pt/*** used as the air electrode in a Zn-air battery,the La-Fe/NC catalyst demonstrated an excellent specific capacity of 755 m Ah/g and a peak power density of179.8 m W/cm~*** results provide important insights for the development of high-performance Zn-air batteries and new directions for the design of ORR catalysts.
