Single-cell RNA sequencing reveals the gene structure and gene expression status of a single cell,which can reflect the heterogeneity between ***,batch effects caused by non-biological factors may hinder data integration and downstream *** the batch effect can be evaluated by visualizing the data,which actually is subjective and *** this work,we propose a quantitative method cKBET,which considers the batch and cell type information *** cKBET method accesses batch effects by comparing the global and local fraction of cells of different batches in different cell *** verify the performance of our cKBET method on simulated and real biological data *** experimental results show that our cKBET method is superior to existing methods in most *** general,our cKBET method can detect batch effect with either balanced or unbalanced cell types,and thus evaluate batch correction methods.

Predictive maintenance has emerged as an effective tool for curbing maintenance costs,yet prevailing research predominantly concentrates on the abnormal *** the ostensibly stable healthy phase,the reliance on anomaly detection to preempt equipment malfunctions faces the challenge of sudden anomaly *** address this challenge,this paper proposes a dual-task learning approach for bearing anomaly detection and state evaluation of safe *** proposed method transforms the execution of the two tasks into an optimization issue of the hypersphere *** leveraging the monotonicity and distinguishability pertinent to the tasks as the foundation for optimization,it reconstructs the SVDD model to ensure equilibrium in the model’s performance across the two *** experiments verify the proposed method’s effectiveness,which is interpreted from the perspectives of parameter adjustment and enveloping *** the meantime,experimental results also show two deficiencies in anomaly detection accuracy and state evaluation *** theoretical analysis inspires us to focus on feature extraction and data collection to achieve *** proposed method lays the foundation for realizing predictive maintenance in a healthy stage by improving condition awareness in safe regions.

The effects of Ce addition(310 ppm and 1500 ppm)on the microstructure,texture and properties of ultrahigh-purity copper(99.99999%)were systematically studied using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD)analyses,combined with the microhardness and conductivity *** the microstructure of the as-cast and as-extruded samples,the addition of Ce refines the grain size of the ultrahigh-purity copper and the refinement effect of 310Ce alloy is greater than that of 1500Ce *** is due to the stronger compone nt supercooling and the accele rated recrystallization caused by lower Ce co *** addition,Ce can react with Cu to form the Cu-Ce eutectic phases,which are deformable during the hot ***,the added Ce can weaken the texture,showing a variation of brass recrystallization(BR),rotated cube,copper and S texture components,which depends on the recrystallization,the particle stimulated nucleation(PSN)as well as the stacking fault energy(SFE).Most remarkably,the introduction of Ce enhances the hardness of the ultrahigh-purity copper without obviously reducing its *** major{111}orientations and the stress distributions are responsible for such a superior conductivity of the Ce-containing alloys.

To generate dance that temporally and aesthetically matches the music is a challenging problem in three ***,the generated motion should be beats-aligned to the local musical ***,the global aesthetic style should be matched between motion and *** third,the generated motion should be diverse and *** address these challenges,we propose ReChoreoNet,which re-choreographs high-quality dance motion for a given piece of music.A data-driven learning strategy is proposed to efficiently correlate the temporal connections between music and motion in a progressively learned cross-modality embedding *** beats-aligned content motion will be subsequently used as autoregressive context and control signal to control a normalizing-flow model,which transfers the style of a prototype motion to the final generated *** addition,we present an aesthetically labelled music-dance repertoire(MDR)for both efficient learning of the cross-modality embedding,and understanding of the aesthetic connections between music and *** demonstrate that our repertoire-based framework is robustly extensible in both content and *** quantitative and qualitative experiments have been carried out to validate the efficiency of our proposed model.

Comparative Experimental Study on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Building Exterior Surface at High and Low Altitudes

The external surface heat transfer coefficient of building envelope is one of the important parameters necessary for building energy saving design,but the basic data in high-altitude area are ***,the authors propose a modified measurement method based on the heat balance of a model building,and use the same model building to measure its external surface heat transfer coefficient under outdoor conditions in Chengdu city,China at an altitude of 52. m and Daocheng city at an altitude of 3750 m *** results show that the total heat transfer coefficient(h_(t))of building surface in high-altitude area is reduced by 34.48%.The influence of outdoor wind speed on the convective heat transfer coefficient(h_(c))in high-altitude area is not as significant as that in low-altitude *** fitting relation between convection heat transfer coefficient and outdoor wind speed is also *** the same heating power,the average temperature rise of indoor and outdoor air at highaltitude is 41.9%higher than that at low altitude,and the average temperature rise of inner wall is 2..8%higher than that at low *** shows that high-altitude area can create a more comfortable indoor thermal environment than low-altitude area under the same energy consumption *** is not appropriate to use the heat transfer characteristics of the exterior surface of buildings in low-altitude area for building energy saving design and related heating equipment selection and system terminal matching design in high-altitude area.

Shearing dislocation is a common failure type for rock–backfill interfaces because of backfill sedimentation and rock strata movement in backfill mining *** paper designed a test method for rock–backfill shearing *** digital image techno-logy and three-dimensional(3D)laser morphology scanning techniques,a set of 3D models with rough joint surfaces was ***,the mechanical behavior of rock–backfill shearing dislocation was investigated using a direct shear *** effects of interface roughness on the shear–displacement curve and failure characteristics of rock–backfill specimens were *** 3D fractal dimen-sion,profile line joint roughness coefficient(JRC),profile line two-dimensional fractal dimension,and the surface curvature of the frac-tures were *** correlation characterization of surface roughness was then analyzed,and the shear strength could be measured and calculated using *** results showed the following:there were three failure threshold value points in rock–backfill shearing dis-location:30%–50%displacement before the peak,70%–90%displacement before the peak,and 100%displacement before the peak to post-peak,which could be a sign for rock–backfill shearing dislocation *** surface JRC could be used to judge the rock–backfill shearing dislocation failure,including post-peak sliding,uniform variations,and gradient change,corresponding to rock–backfill disloca-tion failure on the field *** research reveals the damage mechanism for rock–backfill complexes based on the free joint surface,fills the gap of existing shearing theoretical systems for isomerism complexes,and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of possible disasters in backfill mining.

The quantitative assessment of glacier flow velocity dynamics plays a pivotal role in understanding its response mechanisms concerning climate *** work provides a systematic quantitative assessment of the deceleration status of glaciers in this region by investigating the motion evolution of typical glaciers in Mount Gongga in recent years,thereby revealing the seasonal dynamics and inter-annual evolution over an extensive time *** used the optical flow-small baseline subset(OF-SBAS)method to compute the time-series velocities of the Hai-luogou Glacier and the Mozigou Glacier using 178 archived Sentinel-1 satellite synthetic aperture radar(SAR)images from 2.14 to *** findings revealed a prominent seasonal pattern in glacier motion,characterised by cyclic variations in velocity from cold to warm ***,we identified variations in velocities across distinct regions of the glacier surface,underscored by the lag in the peak time node of glacier flow with increasing *** pattern may have been determined by a combination of internal and external factors,including mass accumulation and ablation-driven subglacial drainage,as well as the glacier geomorphological ***,during 2.15-2.2.,the glaciers on the eastern slope of Mount Gongga exhibited an overarching trend of ***,the ablation area of the Hailuogou Glacier recorded the most substantial deceleration,exceeding 8%per *** study underscores the efficacy of the OF-SBAS method in extracting long-term glacier *** work also establishes a robust foundation for the analysis of spatiotemporal fluctuations in glacier movement within the context of climate warming.

The configuration and quality of reinforcements, as well as the robustness of interfacial bonding,holding a critical significance in determining the concurrence between electrical conductivity and mechanical strength in metal matrix composites. In this study, citric acid was employed as the precursor for synthesizing multiscale carbon nanomaterials(graphene quantum dots and graphene, abbreviated as GQDs and GN). The GQDs@GN/Cu composites were fabricated through a segmented ball milling process in conjunction with subsequent spark plasma sintering(SPS). The intragranular GQDs and intergranular GQDs@GN had synergistically reinforced Cu composites through Orowan strengthening, load transfer strengthening and refinement strengthening. Furthermore,the robust interface bonding between GQDs@GN and Cu effectively mitigated interfacial impedance stemming from electron-boundary scattering. The yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the GQDs@GN/Cu composites were recorded as 2.0 and 314 MPa, respectively, representing an improvement of 92.and 2.% over pure Cu, while maintaining electrical conductivity at a level comparable to that of pure Cu. This study advances the understanding of the possibility of realizing a synergistic compatibility between electrical conductivity and mechanical strength in Cu composites.

Distribution and bioavailability of mercury in size-fractioned atmospheric particles around an ultra-low emission power plant in Southwest China

Ultra-low emission(ULE)technology retrofits significantly impact the particulate-bound mercury(Hg)emissions from coal-fired power plants(CFPPs);however,the distribution and bioavailability of Hg in size-fractioned particulate matter(PM)around the ULE-retrofitted CF-PPs are less ***,total Hg and its chemical speciation in TSP(total suspended particles),PM_(10)(aerodynamic particle diameter≤10μm)and PM_(2.5)(aerodynamic particle diameter≤2.5μm)around a ULE-retrofitted CFPP in Guizhou Province were *** PM_(2.5)concentration was higher around this ULE-retrofitted CFPP than that in the intra-regional urban cities,and it had higher mass Hg concentration than other sizefractioned *** Hg concentrations in PM had multifarious sources including CFPP,vehicle exhaust and biomass combustion,while they were significantly higher in autumn and winter than those in other seasons(P2.%)while higher HCl-soluble fractions(>40%).Mass concentrations of exchangeable,HCl-soluble,elemental,and residual Hg in PM_(2.5)were higher than those in other size-fractioned PM,and were markedly elevated in autumn and winter(P2.5),HCl-soluble Hg presented a significantly positive relationship with elemental Hg(P<0.05),while residual Hg showed the significantly positive relationships with HCl-soluble Hg and elemental Hg(P<0.01).Overall,these results suggested that atmospheric PM-bound Hg around the ULE-retrofitted CFPP tends to accumulate in finer PM,and has higher bioavailable fractions,while has potential transformation between chemical speciation.
