Multimodal lung tumor medic.l images c.n provide anatomic.l and func.ional information for the same lesion. Suc. as Positron Emission c.mputed Tomography.(PET), c.mputed Tomography.(c.), and PET-c.. How to utilize the lesion anatomic.l and func.ional information effec.ively.and improve the network segmentation performanc. are key.questions. To solve the problem, the Salienc. Feature-Guided Interac.ive Feature Enhanc.ment Lung Tumor Segmentation Network (Guide-y.et) is proposed in this paper. Firstly. a double-enc.der single-dec.der U-Net is used as the bac.bone in this model, a single-c.der single-dec.der U-Net is used to generate the salienc. guided feature using PET image and transmit it into the skip c.nnec.ion of the bac.bone, and the high sensitivity.of PET images to tumors is used to guide the network to ac.urately.loc.te lesions. Sec.ndly. a c.oss Sc.le Feature Enhanc.ment Module (c.FEM) is designed to extrac. multi-sc.le fusion features after downsampling. Thirdly. a c.oss-Lay.r Interac.ive Feature Enhanc.ment Module (c.FEM) is designed in the enc.der to enhanc. the spatial position information and semantic.information. Finally. a c.oss-Dimension c.oss-Lay.r Feature Enhanc.ment Module (c.FEM) is proposed in the dec.der, whic. effec.ively.extrac.s multimodal image features through global attention and multi-dimension loc.l attention. The proposed method is verified on the lung multimodal medic.l image datasets, and the results show that the Mean Intersec.ion over Union (MIoU), Ac.urac. (Ac.), Dic. Similarity.c.effic.ent (Dic.), Volumetric.overlap error (Voe), Relative volume differenc. (Rvd) of the proposed method on lung lesion segmentation are 87.27%, 93.08%, 97.77%, 95.92%, 89.28%, and 88.68%, respec.ively. HI in High Gas-phase Metallic.ty.Dwarf Galaxy.WISEA J230615.06+143927.9

We present resolved Giant Metrewave Radio Telesc.pe H I observations of the high gas-phase metallic.ty.dwarf galaxy.WISEA J230615.06+143927.9(z = 0.005)(hereafter J2306) and investigate whether it c.uld be a Tidal Dwarf Galaxy.TDG) c.ndidate. TDGs are observed to have higher metallic.ties than normal dwarfs. J2306 has an unusual c.mbination of a blue g-r c.lor of 0.23 mag, irregular optic.l morphology.and high-metallic.ty.12 +log(O/H) = 8.68 ± 0.14), making it an interesting galaxy.to study.in more detail. We find J2306 to be an H I ric. galaxy.with a large extended, unperturbed rotating H I disk. Using our H I data we estimated its dy.amic.l mass and found the galaxy.to be dark matter(DM) dominated within its H I radius. The quantity.of DM, inferred from its dy.amic.l mass, appears to rule out J2306 as an evolved TDG. A wide area environment searc. reveals J2306 to be isolated from any.larger galaxies whic. c.uld have been the sourc. of its high gas metallic.ty. Additionally. the H I morphology.and kinematic. of the galaxy.show no indic.tion of a rec.nt merger to explain the *** detailed optic.l spec.rosc.pic.observations of J2306 might provide an answer to how a seemingly.ordinary.irregular dwarf galaxy.ac.ieved suc. a high level of metal enric.ment.

Soy.ean is a broadly.popular and extensively.c.ltivated c.op, however, many.high-y.eld and high-quality.varieties require spec.fic.growth c.nditions, restric.ing their widespread adoption. The appropriate light c.nditions and photoperiod must be attained for these varieties to thrive in new environments. In this study. we employ.d c.ISPR/c.s9 to design two sgRNAs aimed at knoc.ing out the maturity.related gene E4 in a major Americ.n soy.ean variety.c.lled ''Jac.'', whic. belongs to maturity.group MGII. E4 gene is primarily.involved in the photoperiodic.flowering and maturity.in soy.ean, making it an ideal c.ndidate for genetic.manipulation. We suc.essfully.obtained 1 homozy.ous E4-SG1 mutant ty.e with 1-bp insertion, and 4 homozy.ous E4-SG2 mutants ty.e with 2-bp deletion, 7-bp deletion, 61-bp deletion, and 1-bp insertion, respec.ively. The homozy.ous e4 mutant plants c.ntained early.termination c.dons devoid of transgenic.elements. Additionally. no potential off-target sites of the E4 gene were detec.ed. A c.mparative analy.is revealed that, unlike the wild-ty.e, the maturity.time of homozy.ous e4 mutants was early.under both short-day.and long-day.c.nditions. These mutants offer novel germplasm resourc.s that may.be used to modify.the photoperiod sensitivity.and maturity.of soy.ean, enhanc.ng its adaptability.to high-latitude regions. © 2024 the Oil c.op Researc. Hexavalent c.romium[c.(Ⅵ)]c.uses serious harm to the environment due to its high toxic.ty.solubility.and ***(Fh)are the main adsorbent and trapping agent of c.(Ⅵ)in soils and aquifers,and they.usually.c.exist with silic.te(Si),forming Si-c.ntaining ferrihy.rite(Si-Fh)***,the mec.anism of c.(Ⅵ)retention by.Si-Fh mixtures is poorly.*** this study.the behaviors and mec.anisms of c.(Ⅵ)adsorption onto Si-Fh with different Si/Fe molar ratios was *** elec.ron mic.osc.pe,Fourier transform infrared spec.rosc.py.X-ray.diffrac.ion,X-ray.photoelec.ron spec.rosc.py.and other tec.niques were used to c.arac.erize Si-Fh and c.(Ⅵ)-loading of *** results show that spec.fic.surfac. area of Si-Fh inc.eases gradually.with inc.easing Si/Fe ratios,but c.(Ⅵ)adsorption on Si-Fh dec.eases with inc.easing Si/Fe *** is bec.use with an inc.ease in Si/Fe molar ratio,the point of zero c.arge of Si-Fh gradually.dec.eases and elec.rostatic.repulsion between Si-Fh and c.(Ⅵ)***,the c.mplexation of c.(Ⅵ)is enhanc.d due to the inc.ease in adsorbed hy.roxy.(A-OH-)on Si-Fh with inc.easing Si/Fe molar ratio,whic. partly.c.unterac.s the effec. of the elec.rostatic.***,the inc.ease in the elec.rostatic.repulsion has a greater impac. on adsorption than the additional c.mplexation with *** func.ional theory.c.lc.lation further supports this observation,showing the inc.eases in elec.ron variation of bonding atoms and reac.ion energies of inner spheric.l c.mplexes with the inc.ease in Si/Fe ratio.

Based on the stoic.iometric.method and the free energy.minimization method,an ideal model for the reduc.ion of iron oxides by.c.rbon and hy.rogen under blast furnac. c.nditions was established,and the reduc.ion effic.enc. and theoretic.l energy.c.nsumption of the all-c.rbon blast furnac. and the hy.rogen-ric. blast furnac. were *** results show that after the reduc.ion reac.ion is c.mpleted at the bottom of the blast furnac.,the gas produc.d by.reduc.ion at 1600℃still has a c.rtain exc.ssive reduc.ion c.pac.ty.whic. is due to the hy.rogen brought in by.the hy.rogen-ric. blast as well as the exc.ss c.rbon monoxide generated by.the reac.ion of the c.ke and the oxy.en brought in by.the *** the proc.ss of the gas with exc.ssive reduc.ion c.pac.ty.rising from the bottom of the blast furnac. and gas reduc.ion proc.ss,the exc.ssive reduc.ion c.pac.ty.of the gas gradually.dec.eases with the inc.ease in the dy.rogen c.ntent in the *** the all-c.rbon blast furnac.,the exc.ss gas reduc.ion c.pac.ty.is the strongest,and the total energy.c.nsumption per ton of iron reduc.ion is the *** shows that,for the c.rrent operation mode of the blast furnac.,adding hy.rogen in the blast furnac. c.nnot reduc. the c.nsumption of c.rbon required for reduc.ion per ton of iron,but rather inc.eases the c.nsumption of c.rbon.

With the c.ntinuous breakthrough in information tec.nology.and its integration into prac.ic.l applic.tions, industrial digital twins are expec.ed to ac.elerate their development in the near future. This paper studies various c.ntrol strategies for digital twin sy.tems from the viewpoint of prac.ic.l *** make full use of advantages of digital twins for c.ntrol sy.tems, an arc.itec.ure of digital twin c.ntrol sy.tems, adaptive model trac.ing sc.eme, performanc. predic.ion sc.eme, performanc. retention sc.eme, and fault tolerant c.ntrol sc.eme are proposed. Those sc.emes are detailed to deal with different issues on model trac.ing, performanc. predic.ion, performanc. retention, and fault tolerant c.ntrol of digital twin sy.tems. Also, the stability.of digital twin c.ntrol sy.tems is analy.ed. The proposed sc.emes for digital twin c.ntrol sy.tems are illustrated by.examples.
