Most existing treatments for origami-folding simulations have focused on regular-shaped *** article aims to introduce a general strategy for simulating and analyzing the deformation process of irregular shapes by means of computational capabilities *** better simulate origami deformation with folding orders,the concept of plane follow-up is introduced to achieve automated computer simulation of complex folding patterns,thereby avoiding intersection and penetration between *** on the evaluation criteria such as the lowest storage energy with tightening and the fastest pace from tightening to unfolding,the optimal crease distribution patterns for four irregular(‘n’-,‘T’-,‘O’-,and‘P’-shaped)origami configurations are then presented under five *** the dimensions of the origami are fixed,it is discovered that simpler folding patterns lead to faster deformation of the origami *** the folding complexity is fixed,higher strain energy results in more rapid origami expansion.

We present a new method to determine the optimal regularity of positive solutions u∈C4（Ω{0}）∩C0■ of the Hénon-Hardy equation,i.e.,■ where Ω■Rn（n≥4） is a bounded smooth domain with 0∈Ω,α>-4,and p∈*** is clear that 0 is an isolated singular point of solutions of（0.1） and the optimal regularity of u in Ω relies on the parameter α.It is also important to see that the regularity of u at x=0 determines the regularity of u in Ω.We first establish asymptotic expansions up to arbitrary orders at x=0 of prescribed positive solutions u ∈C4（Ω{0}） ∩ C0（Ω）of（0.1）.Then we show that the regularity at x=0 of each positive solution u of（0.1） can be determined by some terms in asymptotic expansions of the related positive radial solution of the equation（0.1） with Ω=B,where B is the unit ball of *** main idea works for more general equations with singular weights.

Background Global climate change has resulted in precipitation regimes exhibiting an increasing trend in rainfall intensity but a reduction in its frequency. nitrogen(n) deposition is a crucial component of the global n cycling. nematode body size is a trait that responds to climate change and is used as a standard trait-based indicator in soil community analysis. Variations in body size influence metabolic carbon(C). We examined the ways by which body size and metabolic C of nematodes respond to changing precipitation regimes and how n deposition regulates these responses by an 8-year manipulative *** nematode body size was indicated by the community-weighted mean(CWM) mass. We quantified C metabolism components of soil nematodes including production C, respiration C, and corresponding C use efficiency(CUE) under different precipitation intensities and n addition in a semi-arid steppe on the Mongolian Plateau. The Mantel test was used to determine the correlations between CWM, CUE and environmental factors. The partial least squares path modeling(PLS-PM) was conducted to quantify direct or indirect contributions among latent *** We found that heavy precipitation intensity increased the CWM mass of total nematodes and omnivorespredators without n addition. n addition decreased CWM mass of bacterivores across all the precipitation intensity treatments. Stronger precipitation intensities might be favorable for nematode production and respiration C. Variations in the nematode CWM mass drove the CUE to change with n *** Our findings provide new insights into the mechanisms underlying nematode body size and C metabolism, and highlight that explorative studies, such as manipulative experiments, are needed to identify traits underlying size-related effects and to investigate how they affect CUE of nematodes. We investigated the influence mechanism of n-doping for dissolved black carbon(DBC)photodegradation of organic *** degradation performance of n-doped dissolved black carbon(nDBC)for tetracycline(TC)(71%)is better than that for methylene blue(MB)(28%)under *** levels are both better than DBC degradation performances for TC(68%)and MB(18%)under *** species quenching experiments suggest that h and-O,are the main reactive species for nDBC photodegraded TC,while-OH and h*are the main reactive species for nDBC photodegraded MB.-OH is not observed during DBC photodegradation of *** is likely because n-doping increases valence-band(VB)energy from 1.55 eV in DBC to 2.04 eV in nDBC;the latter is strong enough to oxidize water to ***,n-doping increases the DBC band gap of 2.29 to 2.62 eV in nDBC,resulting in a higher separation efficiency of photo-generated electrons-holes in nDBC than in *** these factors give nDBC stronger photodegradation performance for TC and MB than ***-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS)characterization and toxicity evaluation with the quantitative structure-activity relationship(QSAR)method suggest that TC photodegradation intermediates produced by nDBC have less aromatic structure and are less toxic than those produced by *** adopted a theoretical approach to clarify the relationship between the surface groups of nDBC and the photoactive species *** results add to the understanding of the photochemical behavior of nDBC.

The morphology,size,quantity,and composition of complex oxide+carbonitride in H13 steel held at 1250℃for 5,10,and 15 h were *** results show that the ratio and number of complex carbonitrides with cores in H13 steel are gradually increased when holding at 1250℃compared with those in the original H13 steel,and the core size *** are one or more oxide cores in(Ti_(x),V_(1-x))(Cy,n_(1-y)),including xCaO·zAl_(2)O_(3),xCaO·yMgO·zAl_(2)O_(3),and CaO after holding at 1250℃,in addition to MgO·Al_(2)O_(3)and Al_(2)O_(3)in the original *** equilibrium temperature for(Ti_(x),V_(1-x))(Cy,n_(1-y))precipitation at the solidification front and decomposition in the solid state was theoretically analyzed,which was affected by the x value and the product of Ti and n contents in H13 ***,the composition of(Ti_(x),V_(1-x))(Cy,n_(1-y))is influenced by the oxide *** is convinced that(Ti_(x),V_(1-x))(Cy,n_(1-y))with oxide cores has a higher stability,especially for oxides with a high Al_(2)O_(3)*** treatment at high temperature facilitates a more reasonable analysis of oxide+carbonitride,and the generation mechanism of oxide+carbonitride was discussed.

In this paper,we consider the following perturbed fractional Hamiltonian systems{tD_(∞)^(α)(_(-∞)D_(t)^(α)u(t))+L(t)u(t)=■_(u)W(t,u(t))+■(u)G(t,u(t)),t∈R,u∈H^(α)(R,R^(n)),whereα∈(1/2,1],L∈C(R,R^(n×n))is symmetric and not necessarily required to be positive definite,W∈C1(R×R^(n,R))is locally subquadratic and locally even near the origin,and perturbed term G∈C1(R×R^(n,R))maybe has no parity in *** the perturbed method improved by the authors,a sequence of nontrivial homo clinic solutions is obtained,which generalizes previous results.

In this paper,we give a locally parabolic version of Tb theorem for a class of vector-valued operators with off-diagonal decay in L^(2) and certain quasi-orthogonality on a subspace of L^(2),in which the testing functions themselves are also *** an application,we establish the boundedness of layer potentials related to parabolic operators in divergence form,defined in the upper half-space Rn+2+:={(x,t,λ)∈R^(n+1)×(0,∞)},with uniformly complex elliptic,L^(∞),t,λ-independent coefficients,and satisfying the De Giorgi/nash estimates.
