Fungal disease affects more than a billion people worldwide,resulting in different types of fungus diseases facing life-threatening *** outer layer of your body is called the integumentary *** skin,hair,nails,and glands are all part of *** organs and tissues serve as your first line of defence against bacteria while protecting you from harm and the *** It serves as a barrier between the outside world and the regulated environment inside our bodies and a regulating ***,light,damage,and illness are all protected by ***-caused infections are found in almost every part of the natural *** an invasive fungus takes over a body region and overwhelms the immune system,it causes fungal infections in *** primary goal of this study was to create a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)-based technique for detecting and classifying various types of fungal *** are numerous fungal illnesses,but only two have been identified and classified using the proposed Innovative Fungal Disease Diagnosis(IFDD)system of Candidiasis and Tinea *** paper aims to detect infected skin issues and provide treatment recommendations based on proposed system *** identify and categorize fungal infections,deep machine learning techniques are utilized.A CNN architecture was created,and it produced a promising outcome to improve the proposed system *** collected findings demonstrated that CNN might be used to identify and classify numerous species of fungal spores early and estimate all conceivable fungus *** CNN-Based can detect fungal diseases through medical images;earmarked IFDD system has a predictive performance of 99.6%accuracy.

Handwritten character recognition systems are used in every field of life nowadays,including shopping malls,banks,educational institutes,*** is the national language of Pakistan,and it is the fourth spoken language in the ***,it is still challenging to recognize Urdu handwritten characters owing to their cursive *** paper presents a Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)model to recognize Urdu handwritten alphabet recognition(UHAR)offline and online *** research contributes an Urdu handwritten dataset(aka UHDS)to empower future works in this *** offline systems,optical readers are used for extracting the alphabets,while diagonal-based extraction methods are implemented in online ***,our research tackled the issue concerning the lack of comprehensive and standard Urdu alphabet datasets to empower research activities in the area of Urdu text *** this end,we collected 1000 handwritten samples for each alphabet and a total of 38000 samples from 12 to 25 age groups to train our CNN model using online and offline ***,we carried out detailed experiments for character recognition,as detailed in the *** proposed CNN model outperformed as compared to previously published approaches.

Dear Editor,LIF,a multi-functional cytokine,is frequently overexpressed in many human cancers,including breast,colorectal,and pancreatic cancers(Liu et al.,2013;Li et al.,2014;Yu et al.,2014;Pascual-Garcia et al.,2019;Shi et al.,2019;Wang et al.,2019).LIF overexpression is frequently associated with poor prognosis in human cancers(Liu et al.,2013;Li et al.,2014;Yu et al.,2014).LIF functions through binding to LIF receptor complex composed of LIF receptor(LIF-R)and glycoprotein gp130(Taga and Kishimoto,1997;Heinrich et al.,2003;Watanabe et al.,2006).LIF overexpression induces activation of several oncogenic signaling pathways in a cell/tissue type-specific manner,including STAT3,PI3K/AKT,and mTOR,which in turn promotes proliferation,metastasis,and therapeutic resistance of cancer cells(Liu et al.,2013;Li et al.,2014;Yu et al.,2014;Shi et al.,2019).Recent studies have suggested that LIF is a potential important target for cancer therapy,especially for cancers with LIF *** neutralization antibodies(LIF neu Abs)have been reported to block LIF signaling and largely abolish the promoting effect of LIF on cancer progression(Li et al.,2014;Yue et al.,2016;Shi et al.,2019).

Summary：A multi-centred study was designed to collect dengue epidemiologic data from government and registered private hospitals/clinics and maintained archive of frozen specimens in bio-bank to be used for future dengue epidemic control program, and assess the epidemiology of dengue fever（DF） by evaluating biochemical and oxidative status of patients. ELISA Ig M antibodies test was done to confirm DF. From August 2010 to December 2011, 101 confirmed blood samples of DF patients referred to pathology lab of Jinnah Hospital Lahore were subjected to the epidemiologic assessment by evaluating the biochemical and physiological indices and alterations of circulating antioxidants. Clinical features of DF patients and effect of fever on blood components and serum proteins of liver were recorded. The hospital stay in DF, dengue hemorrhagic fever（DHF） and dengue shock syndrome（DSS） showed significant difference. Significant increases in serum alanine amino transferase（ALT）（P=0.000）, aspartate amino transferase（AST）（P=0.000）, alkaline phosphatase（ALP）（P=0.000）, malondialdehyde（MDA） along with significant decreases in total protein（TP）（P=0.000）, reduced glutathione（GSH）（P=0.000）, superoxide dismutase（SOD）, catalase（CAT）（P=0.000）, and sialic acid contents（P=0.016） were observed. A positive correlation existed between bound sialic acid levels, liver enzymes and circulating antioxidants（r=0.656, P=0.016）. In the present study, alterations of circulating antioxidants in DF suggest that DF might be a metabolic response to an acute, self-limiting tropical viral infection, and a consequence of the viral inflammatory process.

BACKGROUND Cardiogenic shock(CS)is a life-threatening complication of acute myocardial infarction with high morbidity and mortality *** percutaneous coro-nary intervention(PCI)has been shown to improve outcomes in patients with *** To investigate the immediate mortality rates in patients with CS undergoing primary PCI and identify mortality *** We conducted a retrospective analysis of 305 patients with CS who underwent primary PCI at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases,Karachi,Pak-istan,between January 2018 and December *** primary outcome was immediate mortality,defined as mortality within index ***-variate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to identify predictors of immediate *** In a sample of 305 patients with 72.8%male patients and a mean age of 58.1±11.8 years,the immediate mortality rate was found to be 54.8%(167).Multivariable analysis identified Killip class IV at presentation[odds ratio(OR):2.0;95%co-nfidence interval(CI):1.2-3.4;P=0.008],Multivessel disease(OR:3.5;95%CI:1.8-6.9;P<0.001),and high thrombus burden(OR:2.6;95%CI:1.4-4.9;P=0.003)as independent predictors of immediate *** Immediate mortality rate in patients with CS undergoing primary PCI remains high despite advances in treatment *** class IV at presentation,multivessel disease,and high thrombus burden(grade≥4)were identified as independent predictors of immediate *** findings underscore the need for aggressive management and close monitoring of patients with CS undergoing primary PCI,particularly in those with these high-risk characteristics.

Governments settle their financial obligations and pay for the public expenditures largely through finances generated from *** many developing countries like Pakistan,the state authorities are still having difficulty to achieve tax *** literature has yet to traverse individual’s tax compliance behavior on developing *** current study,however,explores the relationships among voluntary tax compliance behavior of individual taxpayers with selected economic,social,behavioral and institutional *** individual tax compliance behavior is studied through the multi-perspective lenses of the theory of attribution,equity theory,expected utility theory,and social exchange *** design using the survey method was employed to collect data from 435 individual taxpayers through *** testing linkage between constructs,through mediation and moderation tests,structural equation modeling technique was *** results suggest that tax compliance simplicity has a larger impact on tax filing than perception about Government Spending and tax ***,perception of fairness significantly mediates the strengths between morale,simplicity,government spending and compliance behavior.
