On the ba.is of kinetic da.a.of 4-phenyl-o-xylene a.d 4-phenyl-o-tolunitrile a.moxida.ion, forma.ion mecha.ism of the products wa. a.a.yzed a.d genera.ized. It ha. been shown tha. dissocia.ive a.sorption of a.substra.e a.d mononitrile occurs on the centers with high hea.s of a.sorption of oxygen a.d a. a.consequence, completely covered with it, competitive a.sorption of NH3 a.d O2 occurs on the centers with low hea.s of a.sorption of the la.ter;mononitrile a.d dinitrile a.e formed correspondingly from a.sorbed fra.ments of both substra.e a.d NH3, a.d tolunitrile a.d NH3;surfa.e intera.tion of a.sorbed fra.ments of substra.e a.d O2 with low hea. of a.sorption gives imide a.d CO2;hydrolysis of dinitrile into imide occurs on centers completely covered with a.monia.imide deca.boxyla.ion occurs on the centers covered with it;oxida.ive destruction of tolunitrile occurs on centers covered with substra.e a.d mononitrile.

Litera.ure da.a.dedica.ed to forma.ion of 4-phenylphtha.onitrile were a.a.yzed a.d genera.ized. a. a.result of the own studies, it ha. been esta.lished tha. on V–Sb–Bi–Zr/γ-a.2O3-oxide ca.a.yst a.moxida.ion gives 83.10 mol.% 4-phenylphtha.onitrile a. high conversion of the initia. 4-phenyl-o-xylene in a.single process. In connection with increa.ed dema.d to purity of 4-phe-nylphtha.onitrile a. using a.d division problem of ha.d-sepa.a.le impurity of crysta. 4-phe-nylphtha.imide, a.va.ia.t of the technologica. process design with a.era.e conversion a.d recircula.ion of the unrea.ted 4-phenyl-o-xylene a.d intermedia.e 4-phenyl-o-tolunitrile wa. proposed. In contra.t to the single process, it ha. been determined tha. recircula.ion reduces qua.tity of form by-products, fra.tions of deep oxida.ion a.d increa.es selectivity on 4-phenylphtha.onitrile up to 96.14% - 97.72%. For the da.a.a.a.ysis a.d visua.iza.ion of results it is developed a.d offered the softwa.e pa.ka.e of OptimMe written in C#.
