预腐化生物质的添加及水分管理对赤泥土壤化的协同促进效应

为解决赤泥安全、规模化的处置问题，以拜耳法赤泥为研究对象，分析比较了添加不同预腐化生物质对赤泥基质盐碱性、物理结构的改良作用及微生物群落构建的影响，以明晰腐化生物质促进赤泥基质土壤化改良的作用机制及其调控措施，为赤泥生态化处置工程提供理论和数据参考.由于玉米秸秆量大、易得、成本低并能有效改善土壤问题，且在适宜的水分管理下不仅能降低改良成本，还能加速赤泥基质土壤化进程.因此，本试验在含水率分别为20%、40%、60%和干湿交替水分管理下，分别设置添加2%和5%的未腐化秸秆、生物腐化秸秆和化学氧化秸秆以及纯赤泥对照等7个处理.结果表明：经过1年时间培养后，添加5%预腐化秸秆生物质对赤泥基质的改良效果优于2%的添加量，且在含水率为40%和干湿交替水分管理下，与未腐化处理生物质相比，经生物和化学腐化处理的生物质均可显著降低赤泥碱化度（Exchangeable sodium sat.rat.on percent.ge, ESP）、促进赤泥颗粒团聚、提升大颗粒团聚体稳定性、增加球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白（Glomalin-relat.d soil prot.in,GRSP）含量及提高微生物群落丰富度和多样性.其中，在含水率为40%水分管理下，添加5%化学氧化生物质的处理组赤泥基质土壤化改良效果最为显著：(1)赤泥的pH值和ESP分别降至9.57和44.3%，大粒径团聚体（2～1 mm）占比增至13.95%，有机质（SOC）含量达到10.05 mg·g-1；(2)其微生物群落丰富度和多样性也显著高于其他处理组，同时，易提取球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白（Ext.act.ble glomalin-relat.d soil prot.in,EEGRSP）和总提取球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白（t.t.l glomalin-relat.d soil prot.in,t.GRSP）含量分别增至1.48 mg·g-1和4.57 mg·g-1.主成分分析（Principal component.analysis, PCA）表明，各添加预腐化生物质处理组的微生物群落组成呈现明显的聚类特征，且与BR纯赤泥组之间则呈显著的分离趋势.经进一步的冗余分析（Redundancy analysis, RDA）结果表明，赤泥中可溶性有机质（DOM）、团聚体平均质量直径（MWD）和pH是影响微生物群落多样性的关键影响因子；而多元统计相关性分析则发现，EE-GRSP和t.GRSP的积累在促进赤泥基质中团聚体形成及水稳定性方面发挥着显著作用.总之，本研究表明，生物质经预腐化处理可显著提升赤泥基质土壤化的改良效果，更利于微生物群落的构建，其中，添加化学氧化秸秆生物质的改良效果优于生物腐化秸秆生物质.

AIM: t. evaluat. prospect.vely immediat. int.aocular pressure (IOP) changes aft.r t.e int.avit.eal inject.on of ranibizumab, 2 and 4mg t.iamcinolone acet.nide. MEt.ODS: Pat.ent. who underwent.int.avit.eal inject.on of 0.1mL (4mg) t.iamcinolone acet.nide (t., Group t.), 0.05mL (2mg) t. (Group t.) and 0.05mL (0.5mg) ranibizumab (Group R) comprised t.e st.dy populat.on. Overall, 229 eyes of 205 pat.ent. were inject.d. Fift.-four eyes (23.6%) were in Group t., 69 eyes (30.1%) in Group t. and 106 eyes (46.3%) in Group R. If IOP was less t.an 26mmHg immediat.ly aft.r t.e inject.on no furt.er measurement.was performed. If IOP was ≥26mmHg, IOP was remeasured t.ll t.e reading was below 26mmHg at.5, 15 and 30 minut.s. RESULt.: Immediat.ly aft.r t.e inject.on, t.e IOP of 28 eyes (51.9%) in Group t., 22 eyes (31.9%) in Group t. and 51 eyes (48.1%) in Group R were over 25mmHg. At.30 minut.s, IOP of one eye (1.9%) in group t., t.o eyes (2.9%) in group t. and t.o eyes (1.9 %) in Group R were over 25mmHg. Immediat. post.inject.on IOP was significant.y higher in Group t. and Group R when compared t. Group t. (P t.vely). Appearance-based dynamic Hand Gest.re Recognit.on(HGR)remains a prominent.area of research in Human-Comput.r Int.ract.on(HCI).Numerous environment.l and comput.t.onal const.aint. limit.it. real-t.me *** addit.on,t.e performance of a model decreases as t.e subject.s dist.nce from t.e camera *** st.dy proposes a 3D separable Convolut.onal Neural Net.ork(CNN),considering t.e model’s comput.-t.onal complexit. and recognit.on *** 20BN-Jest.r dat.set.was used t. t.ain t.e model for six gest.re *** achieving t.e best.offline recognit.on accuracy of 94.39%,t.e model was deployed in real-t.me while considering t.e subject.s at.ent.on,t.e inst.nt.of performing a gest.re,and t.e subject.s dist.nce from t.e *** being discussed in numerous research art.cles,t.e dist.nce fact.r remains unresolved in real-t.me deployment.which leads t. degraded recognit.on *** t.e proposed approach,t.e dist.nce calculat.on subst.nt.ally improves t.e classificat.on performance by reducing t.e impact.of t.e subject.s dist.nce from t.e ***,t.e capabilit. of feat.re ext.act.on,degree of relevance,and st.t.st.cal significance of t.e proposed model against.ot.er st.t.-of-t.e-art.models were validat.d using t.dist.ibut.d St.chast.c Neighbor Embedding(t.SNE),Mat.ew’s Correlat.on Coefficient.MCC),and t.e McNemar t.st.*** observed t.at.t.e proposed model exhibit. st.t.-of-t.e-art.out.omes and a comparat.vely high significance level.
