Since the discovery of enzyme-like activity of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in 2007,nanozymes are becoming the promising substitutes for natural enzymes due to their advantages of high catalytic activity,low cost,mild reaction conditions,good stability,and suitable for large-scale ***,with the cross fusion of nanomedicine and nanocatalysis,nanozyme-based theranostic strategies attract great attention,since the enzymatic reactions can be triggered in the tumor microenvironment to achieve good curative effect with substrate specificity and low side ***,various nanozymes have been developed and used for tumor *** this review,more than 270 research articles are discussed systematically to present progress in the past five ***,the discovery and development of nanozymes are ***,classification and catalytic mechanism of nanozymes are ***,activity prediction and rational design of nanozymes are focused by highlighting the methods of density functional theory,machine learning,biomimetic and chemical ***,synergistic theranostic strategy of nanozymes are ***,current challenges and future prospects of nanozymes used for tumor theranostic are outlined,including selectivity,biosafety,repeatability and stability,in-depth catalytic mechanism,predicting and evaluating activities.

Alterations of soil aggregates and intra-aggregate organic carbon fractions after soil conversion from paddy soils to upland soils:Distribution,mineralization and driving mechanism

Investigating the impacts of soil conversion on soil organic carbon(OC) content and its fractions within soil aggregates is essential for defining better strategies to improve soil structure and OC sequestration in terrestrial ecosystems. However, the consequences of soil conversion from paddy soil to upland soil for soil aggregates and intra-aggregate OC pools are poorly understood. Therefore, the objective of this study was to quantify the effects of soil conversion on soil aggregate and intra-aggregate OC pool distributions. Four typical rice-producing areas were chosen in North and South China, paired soil samples(upland soil converted from paddy soil more than ten years ago vs. adjacent paddy soil) were collected(0–20 cm) with three replicates in each area. A set of core parameters(OC preservation capacity, aggregate carbon(C) turnover, and biological activity index) were evaluated to assess the responses of intra-aggregate OC turnover to soil conversion. Results showed that soil conversion from paddy soil to upland soil significantly improved the formation of macro-aggregates and increased aggregate stability. It also notably decreased soil intra-aggregate OC pools, including easily oxidized OCa(EOCa), particulate OCa(POCa), and mineral-bound(MOCa) OC, and the sensitivity of aggregate-associated OC pools to soil conversion followed the order: EOCa(average reduction of 21.1%) > MOCa(average reduction of 15.4%) > POCa(average reduction of 14.8%). The potentially mineralizable C(C_(0)) was significantly higher in upland soil than in paddy soil, but the corresponding decay constant(k) was lower in upland soil than in paddy soil. Random forest model and partial correlation analysis showed that EOCa and pH were the important nutrient and physicochemical factors impacting k of C mineralization in paddy soil,while MOCa and C-related enzyme(β-D-cellobiohydrolase) were identified as the key factors in upland soil. Influence of Mass Ratio of Resin and Stabilizer on Mechanical Properties of Mo Fiber-reinforced Granite Polymer Composite

Because inferior mechanical strength of granite polymer composite(GPC)has become the main drawback limiting its application and popularization,Mo fibers were added into(GPC)to improve its mechanical *** properties of matrix materials with different mass ratio of resin and stabilizer(MRRS)were investigated *** influences of MRRS on interface bonding strength of Mo fiber-matrix,wettability and mechanical strength of GPC were discussed,respectively,and the theoretical calculation result of MRRS k was obtained,with the optimal value of k=*** k=4,tensile strength,tensile strain and fracture stress of the cured resin achieve the maximum *** for k=7,the corresponding values reach the *** the increase of MRRS k,surface free energy of the cured resin first increases and then decreases,while contact angles between Mo sample and matrix have displayed the opposite *** of resin to Mo fiber is the best at k=*** load of Mo fiber and interface bonding strength appear the maximum at k=4,followed by k=5,k=3 the third,and k=7 the *** k=4,mechanical properties of Mo fiber-reinforced GPC are optimal,which is consistent with the result of theoretical *** study is of great significance to get better component formulas of Mo fiber reinforced GPC and to improve its application in machine tools.

目的探讨过表达BIRC5基因对氧糖剥夺/复氧(OGD/R)诱导的小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞损伤的保护作用,并分析其可能的机制。方法将小鼠源性脑微血管内皮细胞,根据不同干预方式分为正常对照组(细胞正常培养)、细胞损伤组(细胞正常培养24 h,随后OGD3h/R3h损伤细胞)、BIRC5干预组(细胞预先转染腺病毒-BIRC5质粒并培养24 h,随后OGD3h/R3h处理)和阴性对照组(细胞预先转染腺病毒空质粒并培养24 h,随后OGD3h/R3h处理)。采用激光共聚焦显微镜观察各组细胞形态学变化;用MTT法和流式细胞仪分别检测各组细胞存活率和凋亡率;用RT-PCR和免疫印迹法分别检测各组细胞BIRC5和VEGF mRNA及蛋白表达。结果正常对照组的细胞骨架微丝彼此连接,分布规则,丝网状有序排列;细胞损伤组和阴性对照组的细胞微丝断裂,收缩变短或移向周边,微丝网状排列紊乱,可见细胞外形皱缩,间隙加大,少部分微丝缺失出现空隙;BIRC5干预组的细胞微丝连接,形态成长梭形,排列较规则,可见细胞间隙缩小,显示过表达BIRC5基因能够减轻损伤细胞的骨架微丝紊乱。与正常对照组相比,细胞损伤组、BIRC5干预组及阴性对照组细胞存活率降低,而细胞凋亡率增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与细胞损伤组相比,BIRC5干预组的细胞存活率增高,而细胞凋亡率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与正常对照组相比,细胞损伤组、BIRC5干预组和阴性对照组的BIRC5和VEGF的mRNA及蛋白表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与细胞损伤组相比,BIRC5干预组细胞BIRC5和VEGF的mRNA及蛋白表达增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过表达BIRC5基因对OGD/R诱导的脑微血管内皮细胞损伤具有保护作用,机制可能与上调VEGF表达有关,提示BIRC5调控VEGF表达促进血管新生可能是脑侧支循环建立和形成的重要机制之一。

Synergism of solar-driven interfacial evaporation and photo-Fenton Cr(Ⅵ) reduction by sustainable Bi-MOF-based evaporator from waste polyester

The integration of interfacial solar steam generation and photocatalytic degradation technology has pro-vided a promising platform to simultaneously produce freshwater and degrade ***,con-structing low-cost,multi-functional evaporators for treating Cr(Ⅵ)-polluted water remains challenging,and the synergistic mechanism on Cr(Ⅵ)reduction is ***,we propose the combined strategy of ball milling and solution mixing for the sustainable production of Bi-MOF microrod from waste poly(ethylene terephthalate),and construct Bi-MOF-based solar evaporators for simultaneous photo-Fenton Cr(Ⅵ)reduction and freshwater ***,the evaporator comprised of Bi-MOF microrod and graphene nanosheet possesses high light absorption,efficient photothermal conversion,and good hydro-philic *** to the advantages,the hybrid evaporator exhibits the evaporation rate of 2.16 kg m^(-2) h^(-1) and evaporation efficiency of 87.5%under 1 kW m^(-2) of *** integrating with photo-Fenton reaction,the Cr(Ⅵ)reduction efficiency is 91.3%,along with the reaction kinetics of 0.0548 min^(-1),surpassing many advanced *** the outdoor freshwater production and Cr(Ⅵ)reduction,the daily accumulative water yield is 5.17 kg m^(-2) h^(-1),and the Cr(Ⅵ)reduction efficiency is 99.9%.Furthermore,we prove that the localization effect derived from the interfacial solar-driven evap-oration enhances H_(2)O_(2) activation for the photo-Fenton reduction of Cr(Ⅵ).Based on the result of density functional theory,Bi-MOF microrod provides rich active centers for H_(2)O_(2) activation to produce active sites such as e-or-O_(2).This study not only proposes a new strategy to construct multi-functional solar evaporators for freshwater production and catalytic reduction of pollutants,but also advances the chem-ical upcycling of waste polyesters.

利用自组装和电沉积交替的方法制备了基于磷钨酸盐K_(28)Li_(5)H_(7)P_(8)W_(48)O_(184)·92H_(2)O(P_(8)W_(48))、碳纳米管和Ni纳米颗粒的复合膜电极,用于NO^(2−)的检测.由于复合膜中P_(8)W_(48),CNTs和Ni纳米颗粒3种活性成分的协同作用,所制备的传感器表现出低的检出限、宽的线性范围和较高的选择性.将该传感器用于检测果汁中的NO^(2−),所得到的回收率在允许的误差范围内.这种复合膜电极传感器有望在实际应用中高度灵敏地检测NO^(2−).
