Ultrathin and flexible MXene-contained electromagnetic interference shielding composite paper designed with a protective hydrogel film

MXene-contained paper is a good choice to design ultrathin and flexible electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials.However,the deficiencies in strength and stability of MXene-contained paper impede its practical applications.Herein,a composite paper was proposed to address the problems,in which a filter paper was modified with a three-layer structured surface via a facile layer-by-layer coating procedure.Specifically,the TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibers(TOCN)/cationic starch(CS)/MXene gel layer and TOCN/MXene nacre structure layer ensured the good EMI shielding and mechanical performances of the composite paper,while the uppermost TOCN/CS hydrogel film layer mainly protected MXene.The composite paper achieved an EMI SE of 40.3 dB at a thickness of merely 0.1894 mm(SE/t value of ca.212.8 dB mm^(−1),SSE/t values of ca.13216 dB cm 2 g^(−1))and the total MXene dosage was 20 g m^(−2).Its tensile strength could be up to 11.7 MPa while the original filter paper was 6.4 MPa.Four pieces of this composite papers could be easily packed together to attain an EMI SE of nearly 70 dB.Importantly,the hydrogel film layer efficiently protected the MXene and maintained the EMI shielding performance of the composite paper when immersed in different liquids including water,HCl(1 M)and ethanol,due to the dense and compact structure of hydrogel film layer.This work provides a practical way to develop ultrathin,flexible and durable EMI shielding materials.

以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸为单体,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯及N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为功能单体,采用半连续乳液聚合法制备了水性丙烯酸树脂黏结剂。结果表明,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)添加量为11.2%时,乳液平均粒径为172.7 nm,黏度为14.9 mPa·s,并且在100℃下乳液性能保持稳定。接触角及力学性能测试表明,利用水性丙烯酸树脂黏结剂(GMA添加量11.2%)进行浆内施胶,特种含能纸基材料的应力由15.24 MPa增加至33.06 MPa,接触角由108.3°提高到113.3°。

为开发缓蚀剂高效利用的新途径,选取氧化石墨烯为基材、聚邻甲苯胺微胶囊为壁材、缓蚀剂2-巯基苯并噻唑为芯材,制备了缓蚀型聚邻甲苯胺-氧化石墨烯基防腐材料,并将其作为填料用于水性环氧树脂涂层(WEP)的改性。通过FTIR、XRD、XPS和SEM等对材料进行了结构和形貌的表征,采用紫外可见光谱对缓蚀剂的释放行为进行分析,采用万能试验机、电化学测试和盐雾实验对涂层的拉伸性能和防腐性能进行了评价。结果表明:缓蚀剂成功包覆于聚邻甲苯胺微胶囊内部,并通过共价键方式将微胶囊连接在改性氧化石墨烯表面,使缓蚀剂得到了充分利用,提高了涂层的拉伸性能、自修复性能及对腐蚀介质的屏蔽性能。紫外可见光谱测试结果表明,微胶囊在人工破损96 h后,内部缓蚀剂的释放量达78%;拉伸性能测试结果表明,与纯WEP相比,当填料加入量为0.3wt%时,涂层应力从14.281 MPa增加到24.25 MPa;SEM结果表明,被划伤的涂层在常温下放置10 h后自修复;电化学测试和盐雾实验结果表明,涂层腐蚀电位从−0.6216 V提高到−0.1554 V,腐蚀电流密度从4.271×10^(−7)A·cm^(−2)减小到1.016×10^(−11)A·cm^(−2),阻抗模量可达到1.5757×10^(9)Ω·cm^(2),在盐雾500 h后仍表现出较好的防腐性能。

以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)、2-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷(A-173)为单体,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯(TBPB)为引发剂,合成了丙烯酸酯大分子乳化剂,再通过无皂乳液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液,将其与颜料等混合制备了水性油墨。采用FTIR、DSC、TEM、SEM对聚合物的结构及性能进行了表征,考察了不同BPO用量对丙烯酸酯大分子乳化剂的影响,不同AA添加量对乳液及水性油墨的影响。结果表明:当BPO用量为单体总质量的4.18%时,丙烯酸酯大分子乳化剂具有最低表面张力40.43mN/m;当AA添加量为单体总质量的1.00%时,聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液具有合格的储存稳定性,乳胶膜拉伸强度可达5.00 MPa,断裂伸长率为200%,玻璃化转变温度为18.5℃,所制备的水性油墨黏度为23.79mPa·s,附着牢度90.75%,耐摩擦性4.5级。

Effects of Silica Sol on Structure and Properties of Core-Shell Silicon-Acrylic Materials

Silica sol prepared by sol-gel method was introduced into poly (butyl acrylate) (PBA)/poly (butyl acrylate-styrene-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane) (PSBM) core-shell emulsions to prepare a series of paper surface sizing agents. The rheological measurement indicated that PSBM emulsions exhibited shear-thinning behavior, and the phenomena became more pronounced with increasing silica sol concentration. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) demonstrated that the stronger interfacial interaction between silica sol and polymer matrix, but microphase separation took place with excess silica sol. Thereby the tensile strength and thermal stability of emulsion films were increased with desirable silica sol concentration, and when silica sol concentration was greater than 6 wt%, the tensile strength leveled off and the decomposition temperature decreased from 351.19℃ to 331.63℃. The degree of crystallinity increased from 5.12% to 10.98% with 4% silica sol addition, resulting in enhanced rigidity of films. Furthermore, the interaction between polymer and fiber was improved with certain amount of silica sol, resulting in improved sizing degree, ring crush strength, surface strength and folding strength. However, excessive crosslinking will be harmful for the properties of sized paper.

首先,将三乙烯四胺(TETA)和氧化石墨烯(GO)球磨,得到TETA改性GO分散液TGO;然后向其中依次滴加双酚A型环氧树脂E44、三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚(TPEG)、甲氧基聚氧乙烯-2,3-环氧丙烷(MEH)和γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560),采用原位聚合法合成了氧化石墨烯-水性环氧树脂固化剂(TGO-WPEA);采用上述工艺,不添加GO的条件下制得水性环氧树脂固化剂(WPEA)。将WPEA和TGO-WPEA分别与环氧树脂乳液(Epikote-6520)复合制得水性环氧树脂(EP)和氧化石墨烯改性水性环氧树脂(TGO-EP)防腐涂料。通过FTIR、XPS和XRD对材料进行了结构表征,采用电化学测试和盐雾实验对TGO-EP的防腐性能进行了评价。结果表明,水性环氧树脂固化剂(WPEA)分子通过共价键连接到GO表面,改善了GO在EP中的分散稳定性和接枝率,提高了TGO-EP复合涂料对腐蚀介质的屏蔽性能。与纯EP涂层相比,TGO-EP涂层腐蚀电位从-0.267 V提高到-0.125 V,腐蚀电流密度从5.44×10^(-8)A/cm^(2)减小到1.09×10^(-8)A/cm^(2);浸泡20 d后,TGO-EP仍具有较高的低频阻抗。

Homer1a reduces inflammatory response after retinal ischemia/reperfusion injury

Elevated intraocular pressure(IOP)is one of the causes of retinal ischemia/reperfusion injury,which results in NRP3 inflammasome activation and leads to visual damage.Homerla is repo rted to play a protective role in neuroinflammation in the cerebrum.However,the effects of Homerla on NLRP3inflammasomes in retinal ischemia/reperfusion injury caused by elevated IOP remain unknown.In our study,animal models we re constructed using C57BL/6J and Homer1^(flox/-)/Homerla^(+/-)/Nestin-Cre^(+/-)mice with elevated IOP-induced retinal ischemia/repe rfusion injury.For in vitro expe riments,the oxygen-glucose deprivation/repe rfusion injury model was constructed with M uller cells.We found that Homerla ove rexpression amelio rated the decreases in retinal thickness and Muller cell viability after ischemia/reperfusion injury.Furthermore,Homerla knockdown promoted NF-κB P65^(Ser536)activation via caspase-8,NF-κB P65 nuclear translocation,NLRP3 inflammasome formation,and the production and processing of interleukin-1βand inte rleukin-18.The opposite results we re observed with Homerla ove rexpression.Finally,the combined administration of Homerla protein and JSH-23 significantly inhibited the reduction in retinal thickness in Homer1^(flox/-)Homer1a^(+/-)/Nestin-Cre^(+/-)mice and apoptosis in M uller cells after ischemia/reperfusion injury.Taken together,these studies demonstrate that Homer1a exerts protective effects on retinal tissue and M uller cells via the caspase-8/NF-KB P65/NLRP3 pathway after I/R injury.

Constraints on the primordial curvature power spectrum by pulsar timing array data:a polynomial parameterization approach

The recent stochastic signal observed jointly by NANOGrav,parkes pulsar timing array,European pulsar timing array,and Chinese pulsar timing array can be accounted for by scalarinduced gravitational waves(SIGWs).The source of the SIGWs is from the primordial curvature perturbations,and the main contribution to the SIGWs is from the peak of the primordial curvature power spectrum.To effectively model this peak,we apply the Taylor expansion to parameterize it.With the Taylor expansion parameterization,we apply Bayesian methods to constrain the primordial curvature power spectrum based on the NANOGrav 15 year data set.The constraint on the primordial curvature power spectrum possesses a degree of generality,as the Taylor expansion can effectively approximate a wide range of function profiles.

A modified stochastic model for LS+AR hybrid method and its application in polar motion short-term prediction

Short-term(up to 30 days)predictions of Earth Rotation Parameters(ERPs)such as Polar Motion(PM:PMX and PMY)play an essential role in real-time applications related to high-precision reference frame conversion.Currently,least squares(LS)+auto-regressive(AR)hybrid method is one of the main techniques of PM prediction.Besides,the weighted LS+AR hybrid method performs well for PM short-term prediction.However,the corresponding covariance information of LS fitting residuals deserves further exploration in the AR model.In this study,we have derived a modified stochastic model for the LS+AR hybrid method,namely the weighted LS+weighted AR hybrid method.By using the PM data products of IERS EOP 14 C04,the numerical results indicate that for PM short-term forecasting,the proposed weighted LS+weighted AR hybrid method shows an advantage over both the LS+AR hybrid method and the weighted LS+AR hybrid method.Compared to the mean absolute errors(MAEs)of PMX/PMY sho rt-term prediction of the LS+AR hybrid method and the weighted LS+AR hybrid method,the weighted LS+weighted AR hybrid method shows average improvements of 6.61%/12.08%and 0.24%/11.65%,respectively.Besides,for the slopes of the linear regression lines fitted to the errors of each method,the growth of the prediction error of the proposed method is slower than that of the other two methods.
