Fertilizers are widely used to produce more food, inevitably altering the diversity and composition of soil organisms. The role of soil biodiversity in controlling multiple ecosystem services remains unclear, especially after decades of fertilization. Here, we assess the contribution of the soil functionalities of carbon(C), nitrogen(N), and phosphorus(P) cycling to crop production and explore how soil organisms control these functionalities in a 33-year field fertilization experiment. The long-term application of green manure or cow manure produced wheat yields equivalent to those obtained with chemical N, with the former providing higher soil functions and allowing the functionality of N cycling(especially soil N mineralization and biological N fixation) to control wheat production. The keystone phylotypes within the global network rather than the overall microbial community dominated the soil multifunctionality and functionality of C,N, and P cycling across the soil profile(0–100 cm). We further confirmed that these keystone phylotypes consisted of many metabolic pathways of nutrient cycling and essential microbes involved in organic C mineralization, N_(2)O release, and biological N fixation. The chemical N, green manure, and cow manure resulted in the highest abundances of amoB, nifH, and GH48 genes and Nitrosomonadaceae,Azospirillaceae, and Sphingomonadaceae within the keystone phylotypes, and these microbes were significantly and positively correlated with N_(2)O release, N fixation, and organic C mineralization, respectively. Moreover, our results demonstrated that organic fertilization increased the effects of the network size and keystone phylotypes on the subsoil functions by facilitating the migration of soil microorganisms across the soil profiles and green manure with the highest migration rates. In the era of advanced wearable electronic devices,the triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)as energy harvesting and self-powered sensing units hold great promise.Selecting appropriate triboelectric material is the crucial factor to optimize the performance of TENG,while polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)stands out as a highly versatile option among the various materials.In this study,we present an ultrafine nanofibrous PTFE(NF-PTFE)films prepared by novel in-situ fibrillation strategy as the triboelectric material in TENG devices.The innovative processing methodology facilely addresses the dilemma between high porosity and fine pore size of traditional porous PTFE films,meanwhile achieves exceptional mechanical strength,hydrophobicity,air permeability,and chemical resistance of the films.With the integration of nanofibrous PTFE films into contact-separation mode TENG and droplet-based TENG,these devices realize the peak electrical output of 131 V/10.8μA and 54 V/14μA with great durability,which surpass the performance of TENGs using traditional expanded PTFE films.Furthermore,a smart glove capable of recognizing hand gestures is proposed,which demonstrates the versatility,flexibility,and practicality of this material for potential use in smart devices.This reported NF-PTFE film provides insights for the design of high-performance TENG device for advanced wearable electrical applications.

Creation of stable intrinsically anisotropic self-bound states with embedded vorticity is a challenging issue.Previously,no such states in Bose−Einstein condensates(BECs)or other physical settings were known.Dipolar BEC suggests a unique possibility to predict stable two dimensional anisotropic vortex quantum droplets(2D-AVQDs).We demonstrate that they can be created with the vortex axis oriented perpendicular to the polarization of dipoles.The stability area and characteristics of the 2D-AVQDs in the parameter space are revealed by means of analytical and numerical methods.Further,the rotation of the polarizing magnetic field is considered,and the largest angular velocities,up to which spinning 2D-AVQDs can follow the rotation in clockwise and anti-clockwise directions,are found.Collisions between moving 2D-AVQDs are studied too,demonstrating formation of bound states with a vortex−antivortex−vortex structure.A stability domain for such stationary bound states is identified.Unstable dipolar states,that can be readily implemented by means of phase imprinting,quickly transform into robust 2D-AVQDs,which suggests a straightforward possibility for the creation of these states in the experiment.

The two bay scallop subspecies,Argopecten irradians irradians(NN)and A.i.concentricus(SS),are fast growing and major cultured bivalves in China.However,their relatively small sizes and decreasing production traits caused by long-term inbreeding have been major concerns to the industry in the last two decades.Hybridization between the two bay scallop subspecies may provide a new approach to breed a new variety with superior production traits for the industry.For this end,in this study,we hybridized the two bay scallop subspecies in order to obtain a new strain that incorporates the genes of both subspecies.No significant difference was found in fertilization rate,hatching rate and metamorphosis rate between the purebred and crossbred cohorts(NN♀×SS♂,denoted as NS;SS♀×NN♂,denoted as SN).Both mating strategy(intra-vs.inter-population crosses)and egg origin had significant effects on growth and survival at the larval stage.Heterosis was observed in the crossbred and was more pronounced in older stages.Genetic diversity of the reciprocal hybrids,especially that of SN,was increased compared with the purebred cohorts.Almost all hybrids were completely fertile and able to reproduce by selffertilization or by backcrossing with either parent.Apparently,male sterile individuals whose gonads were fully occupied by the ovary part at mature stage were found in the hybrids for the first time.The hybrids,especially SN,may provide precious germplasm resources for the production of ternary hybrids with the Peruvian scallop,A.purpuratus.

The use of cover crops is a promising strategy for influencing the soil microbial consortium,which is essential for the delivery of multiple soil functions(i.e.,soil multifunctionality).Nonetheless,relatively little is known about the role of the soil microbial consortium in mediating soil multifunctionality under different cover crop amendments in dryland Ultisols.Here,we assessed the multifunctionality of soils subjected to four cover crop amendments(control,non-amended treatment;RD,radish monoculture;HV,hairy vetch monoculture;and RDHV,radish-hairy vetch mixture),and we investigated the contributions of soil microbial richness,network complexity,and ecological clusters to soil multifunctionality.Our results demonstrated that cover crops whose chemical composition differed from that of the main plant crop promoted higher multifunctionality,and the radish-hairy vetch mixture rendered the highest enhancement.We obtained evidence that changes in soil microbial richness and network complexity triggered by the cover crops were associated with higher soil multifunctionality.Specifically,specialized microbes in a key ecological cluster(ecological cluster 2)of the soil microbial network were particularly important for maintaining soil multifunctionality.Our results highlight the importance of cover crop-induced variations in functionally important taxa for promoting the soil multifunctionality of dryland Ultisols.

Although various anti-osteoporosis drugs are available,the limitations of these therapies,including drug resistance and collateral responses,require the development of novel anti-osteoporosis agents.Rhizoma Drynariae displays a promising anti-osteoporosis effect,while the effective component and mechanism remain unclear.Here,we revealed the therapeutic potential of Rhizoma Drynariae-derived nanovesicles(RDNVs)for postmenopausal osteoporosis and demonstrated that RDNVs potentiated osteogenic differentiation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(hBMSCs)by targeting estrogen receptor-alpha(ERα).RDNVs,a natural product isolated from fresh Rhizoma Drynariae root juice by differential ultracentrifugation,exhibited potent bone tissue-targeting activity and anti-osteoporosis efficacy in an ovariectomized mouse model.RDNVs,effectively internalized by hBMSCs,enhanced proliferation and ERαexpression levels of hBMSC,and promoted osteogenic differentiation and bone formation.Mechanistically,via the ERαsignaling pathway,RDNVs facilitated mRNA and protein expression of bone morphogenetic protein 2 and runt-related transcription factor 2 in hBMSCs,which are involved in regulating osteogenic differentiation.Further analysis revealed that naringin,existing in RDNVs,was the active component targeting ERαin the osteogenic effect.Taken together,our study identified that naringin in RDNVs displays exciting bone tissue-targeting activity to reverse osteoporosis by promoting hBMSCs proliferation and osteogenic differentiation through estrogen-like effects.

程序公正司法审查标准体系的形成在我国法治进程中具有里程碑意义。以1989年《行政诉讼法》将“违反法定程序”列为司法审查标准为重要标志,程序公正理念破茧为蝶,实现了中国法治化的蝶变。正当程序进入程序公正司法审查标准体系是司法的杰作,通过案例发现,正当程序标准从隐含适用到明示适用、从“规范空缺适用”到“利益衡量适用”,实现了域外规则的本土化,并让程序正义理念在我国司法领域得以完整体现,使得“重实体、轻程序”的法律传统成为昨日黄花。从法定程序到正当程序,进而涉入“过程性审查”这一程序正义的新路径,中国程序公正司法审查标准体系经历了一个逐步发展完善的过程,催发程序正义之树在中国大地上生根发芽、茁壮成长。

国有企业产权改革通过各类资本的融合与互补,促进国有企业高质量发展。棋至中局,如何进一步提升国有企业产权改革的效率备受关注。文章采用文本分析技术测量法人股东与企业经营范围的相似度,识别产业型战略投资者,研究了引入产业型战略投资者能否更好地提升国有企业经营效率。研究发现,与企业经营范围相似度较高的产业型战略投资者能够有效降低国有企业僵尸化程度,这种作用在产业型战略投资者持股比例高时更加显著。机制分析表明,产业型战略投资者能够发挥更加积极的监督治理效应和资源配置优化效应,表现为产业型战略投资者更加积极参与股东大会和委派董事参与国有企业治理,产业型战略投资者持股高的公司具有更高的商业信用水平、员工雇佣效率和经营绩效。文章研究表明,与公司经营范围较为相似的产业型战略投资者能够有效提升国有企业的经营韧性和效率,国有企业产权改革除了在股权和高层治理维度的混合外,还应在业务层面考虑股东经营业务的协同程度。文章拓展了国有企业产权改革的研究视角,对于进一步推进和完善国有企业混合所有制改革具有重要的政策参考价值。
