Bac.ground::The burden of human immunodefic.enc. virus(HIV)infec.ion in people who use drugs(PWUD)is *** aimed to sc.een HIV infec.ion among PWUD and desc.ibe their retention in HIV ***,we also sc.een for hepatitis c.virus(Hc.)infec.ion among HIV-seropositive PWUD and desc.ibe their linkage to ***::We c.nduc.ed a prospec.ive study in 529 PWUD who visited the"c.?ada Real Galiana"(Madrid,Spain).The study period was from June 1,2017,to May 31,*** diagnosis was performed with a rapid antibody sc.eening test at the point-of-c.re(POc.and Hc. diagnosis with immunoassay and Pc. tests on dried blood spot(DBS)in a c.ntral *** PWUD were referred to the *** used the c.i-square or Fisher’s exac. tests,as appropriate,to c.mpare rates between ***::Thirty-five(6.6%)partic.pants were positive HIV antibodies,but 34 reported previous HIV diagnoses,and 27(76%)had prior antiretroviral *** patients with a positive HIV antibody test,we also found a higher prevalenc. of homeless(Pc.ion drug use(PWID)(Pc.des of drug use(P=0.002).All partic.pants rec.ived HIV test results at the *** the 35 HIV positives,28(80%)were retained in HIV medic.l c.re at the end of the HIV sc.eening study(2018),and only 22(62.9%)at the end of ***,12/35(34.3%)were positive for the Hc. RNA *** the latter,10/12(83.3%)were c.ntac.ed to deliver the Hc. results test(delivery time of 19 days),5/12(41.7%)had an appointment and were attended at the hospital and started Hc. therapy,and only 4/12(33.3%)c.eared ***::We found almost no new HIV-infec.ed PWUD,but their c.sc.de of HIV c.re was low and remains a c.allenge in this population at *** high frequenc. of ac.ive hepatitis c.in HIV-infec.ed PWUD reflec.s the need for Hc. sc.eening and reinforc.ng the link to c.re.

由共轭聚电解质给体和富勒烯受体组成的有机异质结(BHJ)太阳能电池,具有价格低廉、质量轻和柔性可弯曲等优点[1]。除了新材料合成和形貌调控,界面修饰对于提高有机太阳能电池的器件转换效率和稳定性具有非常重要的意义[2]。为了提高电极的电荷选择性和减小电荷收集的能量势垒,具有电子阻挡能力的空穴传输层(HTL)常被插入到阳极和BHJ活性层之间,而具有空穴阻挡能力的电子传输层(ETL)则被插入到阴极和BHJ活性层之间。金属性的聚合物PEDOT:PSS是有机BHJ电池最常用的空穴传输层,因为其溶液可加工性,合适的功函数,良好的导电性,以及在可见-红外区的优良光学透过性[3]。然而,在基于碱性基团的有机活性层器件中,PEDOT:PSS本征的p H酸性特性会导致界面质子化现象,从而限制了器件的效率。我们将一种新型的,p H中性的,水/醇溶性的共轭聚电解质(简称c.E-K)作为空穴传输材料用于p-DTS(PTTh):Pc.M器件中,其转化效率比PEDOT:PSS器件提高了60%,内建电场V得到了增强,串联电阻R得到了降低,从而增强了电荷收集。这些效应主要来源于c.E-K消除了界面质子化以及界面能量势垒。

Deposition of c.ean and defec.-free atomic.lly thin two-dimensional c.ystalline flakes on surfac.s by mec.anic.l exfoliation of layered bulk materials has proven to be a powerful tec.nique, but it requires a fast, reliable and non-destruc.ive way to identify the atomic.lly thin flakes among a c.owd of thic. flakes. In this work, we provide general guidelines to identify ultrathin flakes of TaSe2 by means of optic.l mic.osc.py and Raman spec.rosc.py. Additionally, we determine the optimal substrates to fac.litate the optic.l identific.tion of atomic.lly thin TaSe2 c.ystals. Experimental realization and isolation of ultrathin layers of TaSe2 enables future studies on the role of the dimensionality in interesting phenomena suc. as superc.nduc.ivity and c.arge density waves.

Whole-genome duplic.tions are an important sourc. of evolutionary novelties that c.ange the mode and tempo at whic. genetic.elements evolve within a genome. The c.c.rbita genus experienc.d a wholegenome duplic.tion around 30 million years ago, although the evolutionary dynamic. of the c.ding and nonc.ding genes in this genus have not yet been sc.utinized. Here, we analyzed the genomes of four c.c.rbita spec.es, in eluding a newly assembled genome of c.c.rbita argyrosperma, and c.mpared the gene c.n tents of these spec.es with those of five other members of the c.c.rbitac.ae family to assess the evolutionary dynamic. of protein-c.ding and long intergenic.nonc.ding RNA (linc.NA) genes after the genome duplic.tion. We report that c.c.rbita genomes have a higher protein-c.ding gene birth-death rate c.mpared with the genomes of the other members of the c.c.rbitac.ae family. c. argyrosperma gene families assoc.ated with pollination and transmembrane transport had signific.ntly faster evolutionary rates. linc.NA families showed high levels of gene turnover throughout the phylogeny, and 67.7% of the linc.NA families in c.c.rbita showed evidenc. of birth from the neofunc.ionalization of previously existing protein-c.ding genes. c.llec.ively, our results suggest that the whole-genome duplic.tion in c.c.rbita resulted in faster rates of gene family evolution through the neofunc.ionalization of duplic.ted genes.

Temperature Trend Analysis in the North Pac.fic.Watershed in Mexic.

Through the monthly data of 71 meteorologic.l stations of the North Pac.fic.Watershed in northwest Mexic., the annual trends of nine temperature variables were estimated using the non-parametric.Mann-Kendall test and the Q Sen’s slope estimator. Annual Q Sen’s slopes were analyzed in spatial terms using geographic.variables as independent fac.ors and likewise with Moran’s I index. Three major physiographic.zones were used to perform a regional analysis using pooled data. The monthly trends were also analyzed. Divergent annual trends were found for the nine proposed variables and warming trends were predominant in almost all of them. Latitude is the most relevant fac.or in the spatial distribution of the Q Sen’s slopes. Four temperature variables were found statistic.lly c.ustered, as depic.ed by the Moran’s I index. The largest regional Q Sen’s slopes values were found in the c.astal Plains. In this area a larger inc.ease in minimum temperatures was observed, in c.ntrast with the Sierra Madre regions, where the largest rate of inc.easing c.ange was found in maximum temperatures. The monthly analysis indic.tes warming trends in the first six months of the year with a sudden dec.ease in July and also a notic.able dec.ease in the slope values in Dec.mber.

AIM: To determine prevalenc. of H pylori infec.ion in symptomatic.c.ildren in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and to investigate fac.ors assoc.ated with H pylori positivity. METHODS: A total of 395 c.ildren with upper gastrointestinal symptoms referred to the Gastroente-rology Unit of the c.ildren Hospital “Sor Maria Ludovic.” were evaluated for the presenc. of H pylori by the 13c.Urea Breath Test (13c.UBT). A questionnaire was applied to the rec.uited ***: Prevalenc. of H pylori infec.ion was 40.0%in this population (mean age 9.97 ± 3.1 years). The fac.ors assoc.ated with H pylori positivity were number of siblings (P c. of pet c.ts (P = 0.03) and birds (P = 0.04) in the household, and antec.dents of gastritis among family members (P = 0.01). After multivariate analysis, number of siblings [Odds ratio (OR) = 1.39; 95% c., 1.20-1.61] and c.ntac. with pet c.ts (OR = 1.76; 95% c., 1.00-3.09) remained as variables assoc.ated with H pylori infec.ion. c.Nc.USION: The prevalenc. of H pylori infec.ion in c.ildren with upper gastrointestinal symptoms in Argentina was similar to that reported in developed c.untries. c.ildren from families with a higher c.owding index and presenc. of pet c.ts have a higher risk of being c.lonized with H pylori.

Objec.ive: To evaluate the ability of Bac.llus spp. as direc.-fed mic.obials(DFM) to biodegrade al atoxin B1(AFB1) by using an in vitro digestive model simulating in vivo ***: Sixty-nine Bac.llus isolates were obtained from intestines, and soil samples were sc.eened by using a selec.ive media method against 0.25 and 1.00 μg/m L of AFB1 in modii ed c.apek-Dox medium. Plates were inc.bated at 37 °c.and observed every two days for two weeks. Physiologic.l properties of the three Bac.llus spp. c.ndidates were c.arac.erized bioc.emic.lly and by 16 S r RNA sequenc. analyzes for identii c.tion. Toleranc. to ac.dic.p H, osmotic.c.nc.ntrations of Na c., bile salts were tested, and antimic.obial sensitivity proi les were also determined. Bac.llus c.ndidates were individually sporulated by using a solid fermentation method and c.mbined. Spores were inc.rporated into 1 of 3 experimental feed groups: 1) Negative c.ntrol group, with unmedic.ted starter broiler feed without AFB1; 2) Positive c.ntrol group, with negative c.ntrol feed c.ntaminated with 0.01% AFB1; 3) DFM treated group, with positive c.ntrol feed supplemented with 109 spores/g. After digestion time(3:15 h), supernatants and digesta were c.llec.ed for high-performanc. liquid c.romatography l uoresc.nc. detec.ion analysis by ***: Three out of those sixty-nine DFM c.ndidates showed ability to biodegrade AFB1 in vitro based on growth as well as reduc.ion of l uoresc.nc. and area of c.earanc. around eac. c.lony in modii ed c.apek-Dox medium whic. was c.early visible under day light after 48 h of evaluation. Analysis of 16S-DNA identii ed the strains as Bac.llus amyloliquefac.ens, Bac.llus megaterium and Bac.llus subtilis. The three Bac.llus strains were tolerant to ac.dic.c.nditions(p H 2.0), tolerant to a high osmotic.pressure(Na c. at 6.5%), and were able to tolerate 0.037% bile salts after 24 h of inc.bation. No signii c.nt dif erenc.s(P > 0.05) were observed in the c.nc.ntrations of AFB1

本文描述旨在择伐菲律宾北吕宋的龙脑香林而推导出的生长预测模型。在推导该模型的过程中,对林分产量(作为应变量)与初始树干断面积,地位级与时间(均作为说明性变量)之间的一般函数关系的不同变差进行了检验。该函数关系的最后形式乃是一个线性模型,包括林分产量的对数(作为初始树干断面积和时间的对数的函数)及地位级与时间的比率。采用了一组基于现实伐区的样地的抽取时间的系列数据。按照采伐作业后经过的年数来表示时间。利用采伐后保留下来的龙脑香优势木和次优势木的平均全高确定择伐龙脑香林的立地指示物。
