Objective:To observe the effects of Methyl Carboprost and Diclofenac Sodium on opening orifice of uterus and pain controlling in patients with uterine cervix cancer (UCC) when receiving intracavitary brachytherapy. Methods: Sixty patients with UCC of stage IIA-IIIB were divided into three groups randomly before receiving the intracavitary brachytherapy: the patients in group A received Methyl Carboprost in the hind fornix of the vagina, group B received Diclofenac Sodium in the anus, while group C was the control group. Results: The painlessness rates in groups A, B and C were 89.9%, 91.3% and 36.4%, respectively. The incidences of patients with relaxed uterus cervix in groups A, B and C were 91.7%, 85.9% and 48.9%, respectively. Conclusion: Methyl Carboprost and Diclofenac Sodium are useful in relaxing uterus cervix and pain controlling in patients with UCC when receiving intracavitary brachytherapy.

Objective: To observe the efficacy and toxicities of paclitaxel plus cisplatin in the treatment of recurrent cervical cancer. Methods: Twenty-three patients with a diagnosis of recurrent cervical cancer were eligible. Three-weekly chemo- therapy regimen consisted of paclitaxel 135–150 mg/m2 infusion for 3 h on day 1, cisplatin 25 mg/m2 infusion on day 1 to 3. All patients received at least two cycles treatment. Results: The response rates was 47.8%, including CR 2 cases (8.7%), PR 9 cases (39.1%). The major toxicity included neutropenia, nausea vomiting, arthralgia, myalgia and alopecia. Conclusion: Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin is an effective therapy with acceptable adverse reactions for recurrent cervical cancer.

Environment-friendly protic amine carboxylic acid ionic liquids(ILs)as solvents is a significant breakthrough with respect to traditional highly coordinating and toxic solvents in achieving efficient and stable perovskite solar cells(PSCs)with a simple one-step air processing and without an antisolvent treatment ***,it remains mysterious for the improved efficiency and stability of PSCs without any passivation ***,we unambiguously demonstrate that the three functions of solvents,additive,and passivation are present for protic amine carboxylic acid *** found that the ILs have the capability to dissolve a series of perovskite precursors,induce oriented crystallization,and chemically passivate the grain *** is attributed to the unique molecular structure of ILs with carbonyl and amine groups,allowing for strong interaction with perovskite precursors by forming C=O…Pb chelate bonds and N-H…I hydrogen bonds in both solution and *** finding is generic in nature with extension to a wide range of IL-based perovskite optoelectronics.

With the rapid development of sequencing technologies towards higher throughput and lower cost, sequence data are generated at an unprecedentedly explosive rate. To provide an efficient and easy-to-use platform for managing huge sequence data, here we present Genome Sequence Archive （GSA; http：//***/gsa or http：//***）, a data repository for archiving raw sequence data. In compliance with data standards and structures of the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration （INSDC）, GSA adopts four data objects （BioProject, BioSample, Experiment, and Run） for data organization, accepts raw sequence reads produced by a variety of sequencing platforms, stores both sequence reads and metadata submitted from all over the world, and makes all these data publicly available to worldwide scientific communities. In the era of big data, GSA is not only an important complement to existing INSDC members by alleviating the increasing burdens of handling sequence data deluge, but also takes the significant responsibility for global big data archive and provides free unrestricted access to all publicly available data in support of research activities throughout the world.

Immunity-and-matrix-regulatory cells(IMRCs)derived from human embryonic stem cells have unique abilities in modulating immunity and regulating the extracellular matrix,which could be mass-produced with stable biological *** resemblance to mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)in terms of self-renew and tri-lineage differentiation,the ability of IMRCs to repair the meniscus and the underlying mechanism remains ***,we showed that IMRCs demonstrated stronger immunomodulatory and pro-regenerative potential than umbilical cord MSCs when stimulated by synovial fluid from patients with meniscus *** injection into the knees of rabbits with meniscal injury,IMRCs enhanced endogenous fibrocartilage *** the dose-escalating phase I clinical trial(NCT03839238)with eighteen patients recruited,we found that intra-articular IMRCs injection in patients was safe over 12 months ***,the effective results of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)of meniscus repair and knee functional scores suggested that 5×107 cells are optimal for meniscus injury *** summary,we present the first report of a phase I clinical trial using IMRCs to treat meniscus *** results demonstrated that intra-articular injection of IMRCs is a safe and effective therapy by providing a permissive niche for cartilage regeneration.

Purpose: Male infertility is a major issue of human reproduction ***-teratospermia can impair sperm motility and cause male infertility. Male individuals with multiple morphological abnormalities of the flagella(MMAF)present abnormal spermatozoa with absent, bent, coiled, short and/or irregular-caliber flagella. Previous studies on MMAF reported that genetic defects in cilia-related genes(e.g. DNAH1 and CCDC39) are the major cause of MMAF. However, the known MMAF-associated genes are only responsible for approximately half of human cases. Pathogenic mechanisms still remain to be elucidated in ***: We conducted whole-exome sequencing in a male individual with MMAF from a consanguineous Han Chinese family. Sanger sequencing was also conducted in additional individuals with MMAF. Furthermore, we generated the knockout model using the CRISPR-Cas9 ***: Intriguingly, a homozygous frameshift mutation(***357 Hisfs*11) was identified in the gene encoding CFAP69(cilia and flagella associated protein 69),which is highly expressed in testis. The subsequent Sanger sequencing of the CFAP69 coding regions among 34 additional individuals with MMAF revealed a homozygous nonsense mutation(***216*) of CFAP69. Both of these CFAP69 loss-of-function mutations were not present in the human population genome data archived in the 1000 Genomes Project and ExAC databases, nor in 875 individuals of two Han Chinese control populations. Furthermore, we generated the knockout model in mouse ortholog Cfap69. Remarkably, male Cfap69-knockout mice manifested with MMAF ***: Our experimental findings elucidate that homozygous loss-of-function mutations in CFAP69 can lead to male infertility with MMAF in humans and mice.

过敏性疾病是由于机体对外界有益或无害的物质(过敏原)免疫失耐受造成的免疫损伤性疾病。常见的过敏性疾病包括由食物过敏和吸入物(如尘螨等)过敏等引起的特应性皮炎、过敏性鼻炎、过敏性哮喘和严重过敏反应等。其发病机制极为复杂,主要包括遗传和环境因素两方面,过敏原暴露是过敏性疾病发生的始动因素,过敏症状的发生、发展及其严重程度均可能受机体暴露于过敏原的时间及剂量的影响。过敏性疾病可发生在机体各系统,覆盖全生命周期,从儿童至成人再到老人,可终身发病,严重者可致死。儿童是过敏性疾病最大的患病人群,儿童过敏从无至有,从轻至重,从少至多,从单一表现至多系统及全身表现,所以,对儿童过敏性疾病的防治是关键环节,既可防治过敏高风险状况发展为过敏性疾病,还可进一步阻断过敏进程。过敏性疾病是一种现代病,日本在过敏性疾病防治工作中以国家层面颁布了过敏性疾病对策基本法,包括规定社会各界的责任,使过敏性疾病管理和防治有法可依,国家重视,社会各界共同参与,以应对、预防过敏性疾病的发生及其严重化,值得学习和借鉴。中国一定会在不久的将来制定出适合国情的过敏性疾病防治相关法律法规,在此之前还有很多工作需要做,对儿童过敏性疾病的防治是其中十分重要的一步。为此组织了重庆市区卫生健康委员会及多个医疗系统及社区卫生服务中心等多学科专家共同讨论、撰写了“社区及区县妇幼保健院过敏性疾病防治重庆共识”,以期为社区及区县妇幼保健院长期综合管理过敏患儿提供帮助,为过敏患儿防治体系的建立提供依据。
