The problem of robust H_∞ control for uncertain neutral stochastic systems with time-varying delay is discussed.The parameter uncertaintie is assumed to be time varying norm-bounded.First,the stochastic robust stabilization of the stochastic system without disturbance input is investigated by nonlinear matrix inequality method.Then,a full-order stochastic dynamic output feedback controller is designed by solving a bilinear matrix inequality（BMI）,which ensures a prescribed stochastic robust H_∞ performance level for the resulting closed-loop system with nonzero disturbance input and for all admissible uncertainties.An illustrative example is provided to show the feasibility of the controller and the potential of the proposed technique.

Robust Control for a Class of Nonlinear Systems with Time-varying Delays Based on Dissipative Analysis

In this paper, we focus on the stochastic finite-time passive control problem for interval energy-storing electrical systems with time-delay and Markov switching. The mathematical model of energy-storing electrical circuit is given firstly, in which not only the error of resistor , inductance and capacitor , but the stochastic disturbance as well are considered. To investigate the finite-time passive control for the interval energy-storing electrical circuit,mathematical model is transformed into a kind of stochastic uncertain systems with time-delay and Markov switching. By constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, together with linear matrix inequalities（LMIs） toolbox, some sufficient conditions are given. Meanwhile, the passive controllers are also designed by solving the corresponding LMIs. Naturally,a numerical examples with simulation is given to illustrate the correctness and effectiveness of the designed controller.

基于EMD-LSTM的国际黄金期货价格预测

This paper focuses on the problems of robust control for nonlinear systems with time-delay based on dissipative analysis.The nonlinear parameters satisfied Lipschitz conditions.The objective is to design a feedback controller achieving strict quadratic dissipativeness.By constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional,together with the definition of dissipativity and line matrix inequality（LMI）techniques,some sufficient conditions which include delay-independent and delay-dependent dissipativity criteria are obtained in the form as LMI based on feasibility tests.The free weight matrix is also introduced to reduce the conservatism of the sufficient conditions.Finally,an numerical example with simulations is given to show the correctness of the derived results and the effectiveness of the proposed method.

黄金是一种特殊的金融商品,黄金期货作为黄金市场的衍生品,其价格受到多方面的影响,且具有金融序列非线性不平稳的特点,因此传统的统计预测模型通常难以预测其走势.将美元指数、纳斯达克综合指数、道琼斯工业平均指数和标准普尔500指数作为国际黄金期货价格的影响因素,选择2011―2021年交易日收盘价基于EMD-LSTM的组合模型进行预测,并通过与SVR、RF、RNN和LSTM模型对比分析,结果表明:EMD-LSTM模型在国际黄金期货价格的预测上具有更良好的效果,精度更高,能更准确地预测国际黄金期货价格走势.

在噪声混入含有基波的信号时,传统的时频分析方法在基波提取过程中易出现模态混叠。为了准确检测出基波分量,利用时频分析精度较高的同步挤压小波变换(Synchrosqueezing Wavelet Transform,SWT)实现基波检测。首先,采用SWT将含有基波的信号分解为一组内蕴模态类函数(Intrinsic Mode Type functions,IMTs),第一个分量IMT1即代表基波。然后,该分量经Hilbert变换实现基波频率和幅值的测量。在谐波幅值瞬变、噪声混入、基波频率波动、间谐波频率靠近基波和谐波的情境下进行算法验证。实验结果表明,SWT能够准确提取基波,频率精度最高可达10^(-8)量级,具有较强的抗噪性,且SWT的基波提取能力强于谐波和间谐波。

胎儿心电信号提取对围产期胎儿监护具备重要意义。为提高胎儿心电信号的预测精度,本文提出一种基于遗传算法(GA)优化的长短时记忆(LSTM)网络胎儿心电信号提取方法(GA-LSTM)。首先根据母体腹壁混合心电信号的特征,利用GA的全局搜索能力对LSTM网络中隐层神经元个数、学习率和训练次数进行寻优,计算参数的最优组合,使网络拓扑结构与母体腹壁混合信号的特征相匹配;然后,使用GA求出的最优网络参数构建LSTM网络模型,并利用GA-LSTM网络模型估计母体胸部心电信号传输到母体腹壁时的非线性变换;最后,利用母体胸部心电信号和GA-LSTM网络模型求得的非线性变换,估计腹壁信号中所含的母体心电信号,从腹壁混合信号中减去估计出的母体心电信号,得到纯净的胎儿心电信号。本文实验应用两个数据库的临床心电信号进行实验分析,最终结果表明:与传统归一化最小均方误差(NLMS)方法、支持向量机(SVM)方法、遗传算法支持向量机(GA-SVM)方法和LSTM网络方法相比,本文所提出的方法可以提取出更为清晰的胎儿心电信号,其准确率、灵敏度、精确性和总体概率均有较好的提高,表明本文方法可以提取出较为纯净的胎儿心电信号,对围产期胎儿健康监护具有一定的应用价值。
