The tight-fractured gas reservoir of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation in the Western Sichuan Depression has low porosity and permeability. This study presents a DNN-based method for identifying gas-bearing strata in tight sandstone. First, multi-component composite seismic attributes are *** strong nonlinear relationships between multi-component composite attributes and gas-bearing reservoirs can be constrained through a DNN. Therefore, we identify and predict the gas-bearing strata using a DNN. Then, sample data are fed into the DNN for training and testing. After optimized network parameters are determined by the performance curves and empirical formulas, the best deep learning gas-bearing prediction model is determined. The composite seismic attributes can then be fed into the model to extrapolate the hydrocarbon-bearing characteristics from known drilling areas to the entire region for predicting the gas reservoir distribution. Finally, we assess the proposed method in terms of the structure and fracture characteristics and predict favorable exploration areas for identifying gas reservoirs.

Cr^(3+)-activated near-infrared(NIR)phosphors are key for NIR phosphor-converted light emitting diodes(NIR pc-LED).While,the site occupancy of Cr^(3+)is one of the debates that have plagued ***,Y2Mg2Al2-Si_(2)O1_(2)(YMAS)with multiple cationic sites is chosen as host of Cr^(3+)to synthesize YMAS:xCr^(3+)*** YMAS,Cr^(3+)ions occupy simultaneously Al/SiO4 tetrahedral,Mg/AlO6 octahedral,and Y/MgO8 dodecahedral sites which form three luminescent centers named as Cr1,Cr2,and Cr3,***1 and Cr2 relate to an intermediate crystal field,with transitions of^(2)E→^(4)A_(2)and^(4)T_(2)→^(4)A_(2)occurring *** Cr^(3+)concentration increases,the^(4)T_(2)→^(4)A_(2)transition becomes more pronounced in Cr1 and Cr2,resulting in a red-shift and broadband ***3 consistently behaves a weak crystal field and exhibits the broad and long-wavelength ***-range NIR emission centering at 745 nm is realized in YMAS:0.03Cr^(3+)*** phosphor has high internal quantum efficiency(IQE?86%)and satisfying luminescence thermal stability(I423 K?70.2%).Using this phosphor,NIR pc-LEDs with 56.6 mW@320 mA optical output power is packaged and *** study not only demonstrates the Cr^(3+)multi-site occupancy in a certain oxide but also provides a reliable approach via choosing a host with diverse cationic sites and local environments for Cr^(3+)to achieve broadband NIR phosphors.

The anisotropy of the microstructure, thermal expansion behavior, corrosion resistance and magnetic properties of AISI 1045 steel was investigated. The distribution of Fe3C lameUae in the investigation plane parallel to the radial directions of molds was observed to differ from that in the investigation plane perpendicular to the radial directions by transmission electron microscopy. The lattice constants a0 of α-Fe deduced from the XRD patterns of samples prepared using a sand （S）-mold and cut parallel to the radial direction of the mold （S//） and using a metal （M）-mold and cut parallel to the radial direction （M//）, the corrosion resistance measured using an electrochemical work- station, and the magnetic permeability obtained by vibrating sample magnetometry also indicated the existence of anisotropy in the tested samples. The anisotropic change of corrosion potential （Eeorr）, pitting potential （Epit） and magnetic permeability （μ） of the samples was observed to depend on the orientation factorF200 of α-Fe in the measured samples, which is controlled by the distribution of Fe3C lamellae in the eutectoid structure.

AIM To compare the efficacy of a session of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) before endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) vs ERCP only for problematic and large common bile duct(CBD) *** Adult patients with CBD stones for whom initial ERCP was unsuccessful because of the large size of CBD stones were identified. The patients were randomized into two groups,an "ESWL + ERCP group" and an "ERCP-only" group. For ESWL + ERCP cases,ESWL was performed prior to ERCP. Clearance of the CBD,complications related to the ESWL/ERCP procedure,frequency of mechanical lithotripsy use and duration of the ERCP procedure were evaluated in both *** There was no significant difference in baseline characteristics between the two groups. A session of ESWL before ERCP compared with ERCP only resulted in similar outcomes in terms of successful stone removal within the first treatment session(74.2% vs 71.0%,P = 0.135),but a higher clearance rate within the second treatment session(84.4% vs 51.6%,P = 0.018) and total stone clearance(96.0% vs 86.0%,P = 0.029). Moreover,ESWL prior to ERCP not only reduced ERCP procedure time(43 ± 21 min vs 59 ± 28 min,P = 0.034) and the rate of mechanical lithotripsy use(20% vs 30%,P = 0.025),but also raised the clearance rate of extremely large stones(80.0% vs 40.0%,P = 0.016). Post-ERCP complications were similar for the two *** Based on the higher rate of successful stone removal and minimal complications,ESWL prior to ERCP appears to be a safe and effective treatment for the endoscopic removal of problematic and large CBD stones.

The particles of titanium-iron (Ti/Fe) complex with different Fe contents were prepared by means of the sol-gel method and used as a photocatalyst. The activity of the catalyst was investi- gated as a function of the Fe content during the liquid-phase oxidation of tetracycline, which showed an enhancement at the low Fe content. The XRD, Raman, XPS, and UV-Vis absorp- tion spectra indicated that the crystalline structure of the Ti/Fe complex particles changed from anatase phase to rutile phase when the Fe content increased. The isolated Fe203, Fe304, FeO species were observed and Fe3+ ions were highly dispersed in the TiO2 matrixes, then Ti-O-Fe species were formed. These species increased the surface defects of the Ti/Fe particles. Also, ac- tive hydroxyl radicals could be generated in the catalytic transformation, which led to the higher activity of the catalyst than bare Ti02 for the degradation of tetracycline.

Background:Abnormal expression of major histocompatibility complex class I(MHC-I)is increased in dopaminergic(DA)neurons in the substantia nigra(SN)in Parkinson’s disease(PD).Low-molecular-mass protein 7(β5i)is a proteolytic subunit of the immunoproteasome that regulates protein degradation and the MHC pathway in immune ***:In this study,we investigated the role of β5i in DA neurons using a 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA)model in vitro and ***:We showed that 6-OHDA upregulatedβ5i expression in DA neurons in a concentration-and time-dependent *** and downregulation ofβ5i induced the expression of glucose-regulated protein(Bip)and exacerbated 6-OHDA neurotoxicity in DA *** inhibition of β5i further promoted the activation of Caspase 3-related pathways induced by 6-OHDA.β5i also activated transporter associated with antigen processing 1(TAP1)and promoted MHC-I expression on DA ***:Taken together,our data suggest that β5i is activated in DA neurons under 6-OHDA treatment and may play a neuroprotective role in PD.

Percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） with drug-eluting stent implantation has been provedefficient to reduce complications and restenosis in type B2/C lesions compared with bare stent, since the major drawback of the latter technique is intimal hyperplasia from the vessel media, which significantly cause in-stent restonosis. Despite the beneficial effects on the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone （RAAS） system, the role of angiotensin-converting enzyme （ACE） inhibitors after PCI is still unclear. However, first results of angiotensin receptor antagonist （valsartan） after stent implantation in the VaI-PREST1 and VALVACE2 trials have indicated the systemic pharmacological effect in the prevention of in-stent-restenosis. Up to our knowledge, whether local treatment of valsartan by implanting drug-eluting stent can generally prevent restenosis by inhibiting intimal hyperplasia has not been explored.

ANALYSIS OF SYMMETRY OF C_60) ADSORBED ON THE SILVER MIRROR BY SERS SPECTRUM

A serial of pure (M,Ba)Eu(BO) (M=Ca,Sr) phosphors have been synthesized by the solid-state reaction *** lattice expansion and occupation change were triggered by the substitution of Bainto Ca/*** comparison with the MEu(BO) cell with one 4e and two 8d crystallographic sites co-occupied by Ca/Eu or Sr/Eu atoms,the 4e site is occupied mainly by Eu atoms in (M,Ba)Eu(BO) lattice,even monopolized by Eu atoms in BaEu(BO) *** phosphors show a deep red emission from D-F transition along with an anomalously strong D-F transition of Euion,with emission intensity keeping ***,the fluorescence lifetime of BaEu(BO) is slightly shorter than those of both (CaBa)Eu(BO) and(SrBa)Eu(BO).According to the local-structure analysis by virtue of Judd-Ofelt theory,BaEu(BO)phosphor has the largerΩ value,apart from the smallerΩ value,indicating a lower symmetry in comparison with the original *** addition,the larger distance of the nearest-neighbor sites for activators could be beneficial for the emission reinforce.

The SERS spectrum of C_(60) was obtained by using silver mirror. From the SERS spectrum of C_(60) and the IR spectrum of C_(60), we proposed that C_(60) adsorbed on the silver mirror adopts a more ellipsoidal shape.
