Increased long-distance and homo-trans interactions related to H3K27me3 in Arabidopsis hybrids

In plants,the genome structure of hybrids changes compared with their parents,but the effects of these changes in hybrids remain *** reciprocal crosses between Col×C24 and C24×Col in Arabidopsis using high-throughput chromosome conformation capture assay(Hi-C)analysis,we found that hybrid three-dimensional(3D)chromatin organization had more long-distance interactions relative to parents,and this was mainly located in promoter regions and enriched in genes with heterosis-related *** interactions between euchromatin and heterochromatin were increased,and the compartment strength decreased in *** compartment domain(CD)boundaries,the distal interactions were more in hybrids than their *** the hybrids of CURLY LEAF(clf)mutants clfCol×clfC24and clfC24×clfCol,the heterosis phenotype was damaged,and the long-distance interactions in hybrids were fewer than in their parents with lower ***-seq data revealed higher levels of H3K27me3 in the region adjacent to the CD boundary and the same interactional homo-trans sites in the wild-type(WT)hybrids,which may have led to more long-distance *** addition,the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)located in the boundaries of CDs and loop regions changed obviously in WT,and the functional enrichment for DEGs was different between WT and clf in the longdistance interactions and loop *** findings may therefore propose a new epigenetic explanation of heterosis in the Arabidopsis hybrids and provide new insights into crop breeding and yield increase.

This study aims to reveal the occurrence and origin of typical groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations in the loess area of the guanzhong Basin—a Neogene faulted *** findings are as follows:(1)Groundwater samples with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations collected from the loess area and the terraces of the Weihe River accounted for 26%and 30%,respectively,of the total samples,with primary hydrochemical type identified as HCO_(3)-*** karst and sand areas exhibit relatively high groundwater quality,serving as preferred sources for water *** is recommended that local governments fully harness groundwater in these areas;(2)groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations in the loess area and the alluvial plain of rivers in Dali County is primarily distributed within the guanzhong Basin,which represents the drainage zone of groundwater;(3)arsenic and fluoride in groundwater originate principally from natural and anthropogenic sources;(4)the human health risk assessments reveal that long-term intake of groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations pose cancer or non-cancer risks,which are more serious to kids compared to *** study provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations in loess areas.

试验旨在探究饲粮不同粗蛋白质(Crude protein,CP)水平对产蛋期太行鸡种鸡生产性能、蛋品质和营养物质表观利用率的影响。试验选取健康且产蛋率相近的37周龄太行鸡种鸡288只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。各组饲粮CP水平分别为15.50%、16.00%、16.50%和17.00%。正式试验期为42 d。结果显示:①16.50%CP组产蛋率显著高于16.00%、17.00%CP组(P<0.05);16.50%CP组料蛋比极显著低于15.50%、16.00%和17.00%CP组(P<0.01),且饲粮粗蛋白质水平与料蛋比呈二次曲线关系(P=0.015)。②随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平的提高,蛋壳厚度线性升高(P<0.05),其中17.00%CP组蛋壳厚度显著高于15.50%CP组(P<0.05)。③不同粗蛋白质水平显著影响粗蛋白质和有机物表观利用率(P<0.05),16.50%CP组太行鸡粗蛋白质表观利用率显著高于其他组(P<0.05);16.50%CP组有机物表观利用率最高(P<0.01),其次依次为16.00%CP组、15.50%CP组和17.00%CP组(P<0.01),且随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平的提高,粗蛋白质和有机物表观利用率呈二次曲线关系(P<0.05)。综合料蛋比、粗蛋白质和有机物表观利用率指标,产蛋期太行鸡饲粮适宜粗蛋白质水平为16.20%~16.40%。

探究城市资源集聚能力的变化趋势与影响因素,对优化资源空间配置,促进城市群高质量发展有重要意义。论文构建评价模型评价城市资源集聚能力,揭示2003—2020年关中平原城市群内部城市资源集聚能力时空演变特征,并通过空间计量方法估计影响城市资源集聚能力演变的影响因素。研究发现关中平原城市群内部资源集聚呈现“首位”分布,西安的资源集聚能力最大但增长缓慢,而其他城市资源集聚能力总体不高且大部分降低。城市资源集聚能力的空间分布在缓慢集中,且存在正向空间依赖。经济发展水平、生态环境质量、科技发展水平、公共服务水平和工资水平显著提升了城市资源集聚能力,而市场化水平抑制了城市资源集聚能力。

Spatial expansion effects on urban ecosystem services supply-demand mismatching in guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration of China

Global urbanization has led to drastic land use change,interfering the ecosystem services(ES)supply-demand balance,in turn threatening the well-being of ***,existing studies mainly stranded at the historical and current analysis,and the effects of urban spatial expansion on the relationship between ES supply and demand in the future are less clear,in particular at an urban agglomeration *** study was constructed with a framework of assessing the effects of urban spatial expansion on ES supply-demand mismatching under different future scenarios in the guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration(GPUA)by using the Future Land Use Simulation(FLUS)model and expert-based Land-Use and Land-Cover Change(LUCC)*** results showed that:(1)Urban expansion is significant in the natural development(ND)scenario,mainly manifesting the great transfer of dry land to construction land.(2)The gap between total ES supply and demand is narrowed from 2000 to 2030 and the mismatch between ES supply and demand is mainly reflected in the spatial distribution pattern in the *** ES budgets were in high surplus in Northern Qinling Mountains and northeast mountain areas,while they were in severe deficit in urban center *** budgets deficit under the ND scenario in 2030 is the most severe.(3)The gradient differences of ES budgets of the GPUA between urban centers and suburbs increase from 2000 to 2030 under two *** deficit region expands largest under ND *** findings revealed that ES declining and supply-demand mismatching were triggered by the drastic land-use change driven by rapid urban *** expansion has brought about an increasing material demand and growing industries,threatening the sustainability of *** setting could contribute to coordinating the relationship between future urban development and ecological protection,and the policy strategies proposed in the study could inform ecological management and urban planning

Efficacy of pemetrexed combined with erlotinib/gefitinib in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients during tyrosine kinase inhibitor treatment

Objective We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pemetrexed combined with erlotinib/gefitinib in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients during tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI) treatment. Methods Thirty-two patients with advanced NSCLC were divided into two groups. Patients in the control group received continuous daily epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFRTKI) treatment, and patients in the experimental group received continuous daily EGFR-TKI along with pemetrexed treatment, which was administered on day 1 at 500 mg/m2. Erlotinib(150 mg) or gefitinib(250 mg) was administered daily from day 1 to day 21, with a cycle of every 21 days. Dexamethasone, folic acid, and vitamin B12 were also administered during the treatment. The endpoint of the primary study was the disease control rate. Results The objective response rate was 21.9%(95% CI: 7.6% to 36.3%) in the control group, whereas the disease control rate was 84.4%(95% CI: 71.8% to 97.0%) in the experimental group. The median progression-free survival was 6.2(95% CI: 2.4 to 10.0). Grades 3 or 4 adverse effects of leucopenia(15.6%), neutropenia(12.5%), anemia(3.1%), and nausea or vomiting(3.1%) were found in the experimental *** The administration of pemetrexed combined with erlotinib or gefitinib showed a higher efficacy in TKI-resistant NSCLC patients. Further, the adverse effects of this drug combination were well tolerated by the patients. Pemetrexed combined with TKI treatment might provide a satisfactory therapeutic strategy for advanced NSCLC patients after TKI treatment.

秸秆还田和施肥对冬小麦-夏大豆轮作系统培肥与生产效益的影响

为探明秸秆还田和化肥施用对冬小麦-夏大豆轮作系统土壤培肥和生产效益的影响,于2020-2022年在关中平原开展田间定位试验,设置秸秆不还田不施肥(S0F0)、秸秆不还田常规施肥(S0F1)、秸秆还田配合常规施肥(S1F1)和秸秆还田配合减量施肥(S1F0.8)4个处理。利用静态暗箱-气相色谱法监测土壤N_(2)O排放通量,综合分析土壤养分、作物产量和土壤N_(2)O排放,明确秸秆还田配施化肥在土壤培肥、增产减排方面的效应。结果表明,秸秆还田和施肥通过显著提高土壤有机质(SOM)、全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)、硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)、铵态氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、速效磷(AP)含量来促进土壤培肥。与S0F0相比,S1F0.8和S1F1处理提高土壤综合肥力314.24%~317.12%、330.58%~384.98%;S1F0.8和S1F1处理显著提高冬小麦产量80.29%~101.25%、82.50%~107.66%,提高夏大豆产量25.31%~34.72%、36.93%~45.20%;S0F1、S1F0.8、S1F1均显著增加土壤N_(2)O累积排放量和种植系统温室气体排放强度,但S1F0.8较S0F1、S1F1处理显著降低土壤N_(2)O累积排放量和种植系统温室气体排放强度;S1F0.8和S1F1处理提高生产效益75.09%~75.88%、67.54%~114.23%。综上,秸秆还田配合常规施肥(S1F1)是关中平原麦-豆轮作系统土壤培肥的有效方式;但依照国家降低化肥施用量的要求来说,秸秆还田配合减量施肥(S1F0.8)是关中平原麦-豆轮作系统增产、减排、提高收益的推荐方式。

Environmental Isotopes Study on Geothermal Water in guanzhong Basin,Shaanxi Province

There exists abundant thermal water recourses in guanzhong basin, Shaanxi province (northwestern China). With the deepening of exploitation for thermal aquifer nowadays, the information about the origin and movement of thermal water is limited by using traditional methods. This paper applies environmental isotope techniques to offer direct constraints on the recharge and movement of thermal water and improve the geological and hydrogeological data- base in guanzhong Basin. The research on the environmental isotopes shows that the geothermal water of the area is mainly recharged by meteoric water. The temperature of meteoric water which replenishes geothermal water in the study area is -16 ℃. The estimated age of recharging the geothermal water is 13.3-28.2 ka based on the isotope analysis, belonging to the last glacial period in Late Quaternary. The source of replenishment of the geothermal water is thought to have been derived from glacial snow-melt water with an elevation higher than 1 500 m (ASL) in the north side of Qinling Mountain. The isotopic analysis denotes that the geothermal water in the southern guanzhong basin is the mixture of net thermal water and normal temperature groundwater. Based on calculating the percentage of the mixture, nearly half of cold groundwater had participated the circulating of the geothermal water. However, in the center part of the basin, some artificial factors such as mismanage of pumping are probably the reason for the mixturing. The temperature range of the geothermal reservoirs in the basin is estimated at about 80-121 ℃ based on calculation of both SiO2 geothermometer and thermal water saturation index, which are basically in accordance with the measured temperature of thermal water. 城市群资源集聚能力是城市群高质量发展的物质基础,该文应用频度统计和德尔菲法,从人口、经济、土地、科技、金融、政策等10个方面构建西部地区城市群资源集聚能力评价体系,进一步应用熵值法评价城市群及内部城市资源集聚能力,以此为基础从时空双维度分析关中平原城市群资源集聚能力演变特征,结果发现:2003-2019年关中平原城市群资源集聚能力总体呈现波动增长,城市群内部资源集聚能力差异在城市间与省域内逐渐扩大、在省域间逐渐缩小;关中平原城市群内部资源集聚能力呈现并保持典型的“核心—边缘”空间结构,城市资源集聚能力差异表现出显著的“两极分化”趋势,虽然“核心”城市西安的资源集聚能力增长缓慢,但距离“核心”较远的“边缘”城市资源集聚能力逐渐降低。
