Bisphenol AF(BPAF),an alternative to bisphenol A,is widely detected in aquatic *** to health concerns,the toxic effects of BPAF on organisms are drawing *** present study aims to evaluate the toxicity of BPAF,combining the results of omics techniques and *** transcriptome sequencing(RNA-seq),we obtained 391,648,512,and 545 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in 0.1,1,10,and 100 mg/L BPAF-exposed zebrafish larvae,*** ontology(GO)analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment revealed the early development,stimulus-response,and MAPK signaling pathway were significantly affected by *** addition,five hub genes(fgf3,fgf4,map2k1,myca,and casp3b)were highlighted as the key genes in MAPK signaling pathway using the protein-protein interaction ***,the RNA-seq results showed that early development and stimulus-response were the main processes affected by BPAF,which was consistent with our morphological and pathological *** hatching rate of zebrafish embryos in 1 and 10 mg/L BPAF groups was significantly inhibited,and the oxidative stress indexes,including the level of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and lipid peroxidation(LPO),were significantly increased by the 100 mg/L BPAF ***,the activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)was significantly decreased in all BPAF exposure *** conclusion,exposure to BPAF at environmental relevant concentrations affected the early development and immune system of zebrafish larvae by modulating MAPK signaling pathway,and our results provide solid evidence for the future studies on the toxicity of bisphenols.

A flexible hingeless control surface model was proposed for motion control of Underwater Vehicles (UVs),which is inspiredby the flexible bending control surfaces of underwater creatures,such as fish and *** Fluid Dynamics(CFD) simulation demonstrates that,in comparison with the hinged or rigid control surface,the proposed flexible bendingcontrol surface can suppress the flow separation so as to improve the turning performance.A prototype of the flexible controlsurface was fabricated,in which Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) wires were selected as the *** elastic energy storageand exchange mechanism was incorporated into the actuation of the control surface to improve the *** analysisof SMA wires was performed to find proper actuating ***-loop bending experiments were carried *** resultsshow that the proposed control surface can achieve the maximum bending angle of 104°.Moreover,the power and energyconsumption under different pulse conditions were compared.

A brand nowadays is more than a symbol used to identify the product or its maker, it is now more often considered as a kind of relationship and communication with the consumers, which helps realize the ultimate goal of brand positioning, that is, to satisfy their physical and emotional needs and persuade them to purchase products.According to the context of brand positioning, the present thesis, from the perspective of intercultural communication, adopts the Adaptation Theory as the theoretical framework. In order to adapt to the target consumers in those aspects concerned with linguistics and culture, the author pays closer attention to target consumers, analyzing their languages, ages, genders, values and beliefs, and the physical world they live in, which exert great influence on their attitudes towards the brand names translated into the target language and their ultimate consuming behavior.With the goal of carrying out as objective a research of BT as possible in mind, the author compares the statistics of both the English and Chinese brand names and the target consumers respectively. In such a way will an adaptation model of brand name translation be established.In conclusion, theoretically and practically, the tentative study of brand name translation will be conducive to both translators and professionals dealing with brand positioning.

Chinese traditional medicine Danshen is the radix of the perennial herbs of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, which has a variety of pharmacological effects and is traditionally and extensively applied clinically to treat cardiovascular disorders. In this research, the genomic genes for tyrosine aminotransferase (TAT) of 38 cultivated populations of Danshen in China were cloned and bioinformatic analyses were conducted to reveal its genetic diversity and phylogeny. The full-length SmTAT was 2296 - 2444 bp including 6 exons (encoding 411 amino acids) and 5 introns. Overall, the SmTAT genes in cultivated Danshen populations are highly conserved with a relative low level of genetic diversity. The spliced exons (1236 bp) had 23 SNP variations with a rate of 1.86%, of which 22 occurred in the white flower S. miltiorrhiza *** population (W-SCHY-W-1) and led to 5 amino acid variations. The entire 290 SNP variations with a rate of 24% in the 5 introns occurred exclusively in W-SCHY-W-1. Phylogenetic trees based on the full-length, combined introns, the spliced exons, and the deduced amino acid sequences of SmTAT all showed a two-clade basic structure with W-SCHY-W-1 uniquely standing alone. The SmTAT gene of the white flower population (W-SCHY-W-1) is unique and especially rich in variations. The first time clarified genomic SmTAT gene structure and genetic diversity in cultivated Danshen populations laid an excellent foundation for further studies on the biosynthesis of bioactives and the molecular breeding of Danshen as well as in plant tyrosine metabolism.

Segregation Correlation of SSR Markers and Flower Traits in Aneuploid Tobacco

Few reports have been seen on the segregation of polyploids and on the relationship between the segregation of SSR loci and that of the morphological traits in polyploid progeny. This paper attempted to gain an insight into the segregation of the hexaploid tobacco progeny and to understand the correlation of the segregation of SSR loci with that of the flower morphological traits. The segregation was evaluated with both SSR markers and morphological traits of the flowers. Twenty pairs of SSR primers were screened and a total of 42 SSR loci were identified. Chi-square analysis showed that the segregation ratio of the SSR loci in the aneuploid progeny was between 1:1 and 2:1. Six morphological traits of flowers, including the lengths of the flower and the calyx, the widths of the calyx, the corolla tube and the corolla, and the coloring of the flower, from 180 progeny and 2 progenitor plants, were determined and Chi-square analyzed. All traits were in consistent also with a segregation ratio of 1:1 to 2:1 except the width of the calyx.

设K是实Hibert空间H的非空闭凸子集,T:H→2H为集值映象,g:H→H为单值映象且Kg(H)。所谓一般集值变分不等式问题,即是指,求x*∈H,使得g(x*)∈K,w∈T(x*)且〈w,g(y)-g(x*)〉≥0,g(y)∈K。在求解以上一般集值变分不等式中,投影算法是常用的算法,但是传统的投影算法需集值映象T关于Hausdoff距离是lipschtz的。首先,在不需要集值映象T关于Hausdoff距离是lipschtz的情况下,建立了求解一般集值变分不等式的广义投影算法:第0步:取数列{ρ}j使得0<ρj<1,∑!j=0ρj=+!,∑!j=0ρj2<+!.取g(x0)∈K,令j:=0。第1步:令vj∈T(xj),如果vj=0,则停止,此时xj为问题的解。如果vj≠0,则找wj使得〈vj,g(y)-g(xj)〉+〈wj,g(y)-g(xj)〉≥0,g(y)∈K。如果wj=0,则停止,此时xj是问题的解;否则,进入第2步。第2步:计算xj+1使得g(xj+1)=PK[g(xj)+ρjwj];令j←j+1,回到第1步。然后,在{w}j有界和集值映象T为g-强伪单调的条件下,证明了由该算法产生的序列{x}j强收敛于一般集值变分不等式的解。最后,对广义投影算法作一些修正,保证算法中的序列{w}j是有界的。

目的探讨右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼在高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫腺肌病中的相互作用和配伍方案优化。方法选择2023年1月—2023年12月于山东第二医科大学附属医院进行高强度聚焦超声治疗的96例子宫腺肌病患者作为研究对象,随机分为12组,每组8例。记录患者手术开始前、手术开始后30 min及手术结束即刻的镇痛评分(VAS评分)、镇静评分(Ramsay评分),监测患者术中心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)和脉搏氧饱和度(SpO_(2))变化。采用等辐射法分析两药在半数患者入睡脑电双频指数(BIS_(50))时的相互作用。以术后95%患者镇痛满意、Ramsay镇静有效为目标,利用响应曲线模型分析右美托咪定和舒芬太尼之间的相互作用规律和最佳配伍浓度范围。结果响应曲线模型显示右美托咪定和舒芬太尼在高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫腺肌病中有协同作用。最佳配伍浓度范围为:当舒芬太尼浓度为0.30μg/kg时,右美托咪定最佳浓度范围为0.53~0.65μg/kg;当舒芬太尼浓度为0.40μg/kg时,右美托咪定最佳浓度范围为0.48~0.60μg/kg;当舒芬太尼浓度为0.45μg/kg时,右美托咪定最佳浓度范围为0.44~0.57μg/kg。结论右美托咪定和舒芬太尼在镇痛作用上有协同作用,在最佳配伍浓度范围内使用,既能有效镇痛,又能降低不良反应发生。

目的:观察唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛的止痛效果与不良反应。方法:62例恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛患者给予唑来膦酸注射液4 mg,用100 ml生理盐水稀释后静脉滴注,每4周1次,连用2次。结果:临床骨转移性止痛效果显示,显效18例,有效32例,无效12例,总有效率为83.33%(50/62)。主要不良反应为恶心、呕吐、发热、转氨酶升高及低血钙,给予对症支持治疗后症状均可逆转。结论:唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛效果明显,不良反应可耐受。
