Harnessing solar power is essential for addressing the dual challenges of global warming and the depletion of traditional energy ***,the fluctuations and intermittency of photovoltaic(PV)power pose challenges for its extensive incorporation into power ***,enhancing the precision of PV power prediction is particularly *** existing studies have made progress in short-term prediction,issues persist,particularly in the underutilization of temporal features and the neglect of correlations between satellite cloud images and PV power *** factors hinder improvements in PV power prediction *** overcome these challenges,this paper proposes a novel PV power prediction method based on multi-stage temporal feature ***,the improved LSTMand SA-ConvLSTMare employed to extract the temporal feature of PV power and the spatial-temporal feature of satellite cloud images,***,a novel hybrid attention mechanism is proposed to identify the interplay between the two modalities,enhancing the capacity to focus on the most relevant ***,theTransformermodel is applied to further capture the short-termtemporal patterns and long-term dependencies within multi-modal feature *** paper also compares the proposed method with various competitive *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the competitive methods in terms of accuracy and reliability in short-term PV power prediction.

Uveal melanoma is the most common intraocular cancer in the adult eye.R183 and Q209 were found to be mutational hotspots in exon 4 and exon 5 of GNAQ and GNA11 in ***,only a few studies have reported somaticmutations in GNAQ or GNA11 in uveal melanoma in *** extracted somatic DNA from paraffin-embedded biopsies of 63 Chinese uveal melanoma samples and sequenced the entire coding regions of exons 4 and 5 in GNAQ and *** results showed that 33%of Chinese uveal melanoma samples carried Q209 mutations while none had R183 mutation in GNAQ or *** addition,seven novel missense somatic mutations in GNAQ(Y192C,F194L,P170S,D236N,L232F,V230A,and M227I)and four novel missense somatic mutations in GNA11(R166C,I200T,S225F,and V206M)were found in our *** high mutation frequency of Q209 and the novel missense mutations detected in this study suggest that GNAQ and GNA11 are common targets for somatic mutations in Chinese uveal melanoma.

Characterization and acid leaching of rare earth elements in coal gangue using pretreatment of selective grinding,tailings discarding and alkali roasting

Co-associated rare earth elements（lanthanide and yttrium,REY） in coal and its by-products have been considered important potential nontraditional rare earth *** this study,a coal gangue sample collected from a coal processing plant in Jinsha County of Guizhou Province,southwest China,was used as the research *** content,modes of occurrence,and extraction（acid leaching after pretreatment of selective grinding,tailings discarding,and alkali roasting） of REY from the sample were *** result shows that the content of REY（1038.26 μg/g） in pyrite and quartz is low but mainly enriched in *** the following conditions of a filling ratio of 40%（grinding media steel ball） and grinding time of 8 min,selective grinding pretreatment is applied to achieve 176.95 μg/g（yield 24.08%）and 1104.93 μg/g（yield 75.92%） of REY in +2 mm and -2 mm fractions,***,the -2 mm coal gangue fraction is selected,used as the feed,and roasted and leached with *** Na2CO3and NaCl are separately used as roasting activators,the REY leaching ratios are 91.41% and 68.88%,respectively,under the optimum *** contents of REY in the final leachate are 1010.02 and761.08 μg/g when Na2CO3and NaCl are used,*** two REY contents are relatively higher than the impurity ions in the leachate,which facilitates further REY *** mechanism study reveals that high-temperature roasting increases the pore size and the total pore area of the gangue,which promotes leachate penetration and improves reaction *** addition,roasting facilitates the reaction between the sodium salt activator and kaolinite and other aluminosilicate minerals in the coal gangue to generate soluble salts,thus releasing REY into the *** appropriate roasting temperature transforms the activator into a molten ***,the reaction between coal gangue and activator is a solid-liquid reaction rather than a solid-solid reaction,which improves the efficiency

The ability to identify a specific type of leukemia using minimally invasive biopsies holds great promise to improve the diagnosis,treatment selection,and prognosis prediction of *** genome-wide methylation profiling and machine learning methods,we investigated the utility of CpG methylation status to differentiate blood from patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL)or acute myelogenous leukemia(AML)from normal *** established a CpG methylation panel that can distinguish ALL and AML blood from normal blood as well as ALL blood from AML blood with high sensitivity and *** then developed a methylation-based survival classifier with 23 CpGs for ALL and 20 CpGs for AML that could successfully divide patients into high-risk and low-risk groups,with significant differences in clinical outcome in each leukemia ***,these findings demonstrate that methylation profiles can be highly sensitive and specific in the accurate diagnosis of ALL and AML,with implications for the prediction of prognosis and treatment selection.

Simultaneous immobilization of multiple heavy metal(loid)s in contaminated water and alkaline soil inoculated Fe/Mn oxidizing bacterium

Two strains of Fe/Mn oxidizing bacteria tolerant to high concentrations of multiple heavy metal(loid)s and efficient decontamination for them were *** surface of the bio-Fe/Mn oxides produced by the oxidation of Fe(II)and Mn(II)by Pseudomonas taiwanensis(marked as P4)and Pseudomonas plecoglossicida(marked as G1)contains rich reactive oxygen functional groups,which play critical roles in the removal efficiency and immobilization of heavymetal(loid)s in co-contamination *** isolated strains P4 and G1 can growwell in the following environments:pH 5-9,NaCl 0-4%,and temperature 20-30℃.The removal efficiencies of Fe,Pb,As,Zn,Cd,Cu,and Mn are effective after inoculation of the strains P4 and G1 in the simulated water system(the initial concentrations of heavy metal(loid)were 1 mg/L),approximately reaching 96%,92%,85%,67%,70%,54%and 15%,*** exchangeable and carbonate bound As,Cd,Pb and Cu are more inclined to convert to the Fe-Mn oxide bound fractions in P4 and G1 treated soil,thereby reducing the phytoavailability and bioaccessible of heavy metal(loid)*** research provides alternatives method to treat water and soil containing high concentrations of multi-heavy metal(loid)s.

Impacts of Multi-Swirl Interaction Pattern on Self-Excited Instability Combustion Characteristics

Experimental and numerical investigations have been carried out on the effects of multi-swirl interaction patterns on self-excited unstable combustion characteristics based on a five-nozzle can *** multi-swirl interaction patterns include equal swirl intensity interaction and strong-weak swirl *** thermo-acoustic instability characteristics indicate that increasing the central nozzle swirl intensity transforms the interaction pattern from equal swirl intensity interaction to strong-weak swirl interaction,which can significantly weaken the thermo-acoustic coupling effect under low equivalence ratio conditions,and substantially reduce the dynamic pressure amplitude during unstable *** instantaneous flame structures show that the multi-swirl flames exhibit chaotic oscillations under low equivalence ratio *** equivalence ratios greater than 0.71,a clear flame interaction boundary appears,and the flames can exhibit periodic oscillations in a regular ***,different interaction patterns result in the completely different phase oscillations in the central and outer *** time-averaged flame structures also indicate that strong-weak swirl interaction leads to an increase in the flame angle and a decrease in the flame length for both the central and outer flames,and the variations in the flame angle and length have great impacts on the thermo-acoustic instability *** fuel-staging combustion characteristics demonstrate that the instability combustion conditions with a dominant frequency of 100 Hz are greatly broadened by the strong-weak swirl interaction pattern,and the overlapping operating conditions between this mode and other modes are greatly *** implies that it is more flexible to adjust the thermo-acoustic unstable mode,which is conducive to the passive suppression of thermo-acoustic instability.

The study of antibacterial activity of cationic poly(β-amino ester)regulating by amphiphilic balance

It is well known that cationic polymers have excellent antimicrobial capacity accompanied with high biotoxicity, to reduce biotoxicity needs to decrease the number of cationic groups on polymers, which will influence antimicrobial activity. It is necessary to design a cationic polymer mimic natural antimicrobial peptide with excellent antibacterial activity and low toxicity to solve the above dilemma. Here,we designed and prepared a series of cationic poly(β-amino ester)s(PBAEs) with different cationic contents, and introducing hydrophobic alkyl chain to adjust the balance between antimicrobial activity and biotoxicity to obtain an ideal antimicrobial polymer. The optimum one of synthesized PBAE(hydrophilic cationic monomer:hydrophobic monomer = 5:5) was screened by testing cytotoxicity and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC), which can effectively kill S. aureus and E. coli with PBAE concentration of15 μg/m L by a spread plate bacteriostatic method and dead and alive staining test. The way of PBAE killing bacterial was destroying the membrane like natural antimicrobial peptide observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). In addition, PBAE did not exhibit hemolysis and cytotoxicity. In particular, from the result of animal tests, the PBAE was able to promote healing of infected wounds from removing mature S. aureus and E. coli on the surface of infected wound. As a result, our work offers a viable approach for designing antimicrobial materials, highlighting the significant potential of PBAE polymers in the field of biomedical materials.

Genesis of geothermal water in the hinterland of Guanzhong Basin， China: Insight from hydrochemical and isotopic analysis

The Guanzhong Basin， located in Shaanxi Province， China， has abundant geothermal resources in its hinterland. Focusing on typical thermal reservoir structural units， namely the Xianli fault-step (XL) and Xi'an depression (XA)， this study reveals the genesis of geothermal water by combining hydrochemistry and environmental isotopes. The geothermal waters of XL uniformly correspond to the Na-Cl type with high contents of major ions， while the geothermal water of XA has complex hydrochemical types. The quartz geothermometer (with maximum steam loss) and Na-K-Ca geothermometer are recommended for XL and the quartz geothermometer (with no and maximum steam loss) and Na-K geothermometer for XA. Their temperature ranges are 99-159℃ and 93-146℃， respectively. The circulation depth of geofluids in XL and XA range from 2579 to 4766 m and from 2541 to 4330 m， with mean apparent ages of 21543 and 20345 yr B.P.， respectively. The geothermal water in XL originates from a mixture of sedimentary water and ancient infiltration water， and its formation mode was the vertical heat conduction with cooling process. In contrast， the geothermal water in XA originates from the dual process of cooling and mixing， with the process being dominated by ancient infiltration water and supplementation by modern infiltration water.
